Description
Die Position des Windungslegers führt dazu, dass die abzulegenden Drahtwindungen in Transportrichtung gesehen ansteigend abgelegt werden.
Eine einwandfreie Mitnahme der Drahtwindungen ist nicht gewährleistet.

Claims (5)
- Ablegeverfahren für Drahtwindungen (2) auf ein Transportband (5) mit einer Bandmitte (10), insbesondere auf ein Stelmor-Transportband (5), wobei die Drahtwindungen (2) in einer Ist-Lage bezüglich der Bandmitte (10) positionsgeregelt auf das Transportband (5) abgelegt werden und die Ist-Lage durch eine optische Sensoreinrichtung erfasst wird, und das Ablegen der Drahtwindungen (2) durch einen Windungsleger (1) erfolgt, der sich mit änderbarer Drehzahl (n) um eine Rotationsachse (11) dreht, wobei zur Regelung der Ist-Lage der Drahtwindungen (2) die Drehzahl (n) verändert wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Drahtwindungen (2) zunächst auf einer abschüssigen Rampe (3) mit einem gegenüber der Horizontalen änderbaren Neigungswinkel (α) abgelegt und von dort weiter zum Transportband (5) transportiert werden, unddass zur Regelung der Ist-Lage der Drahtwindungen (2) der Neigungswinkel (α) der Rampe (3) geändert wird. - Ablegeverfahren nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Drahtwindungen (2) beim Transport auf der Rampe (3) durch seitlich verstellbare Führungslineale (6) seitlich geführt werden, unddass zur Regelung der Ist-Lage der Drahtwindungen (2) die Lage der Führungslineale (6) verändert wird. - Ablegevorrichtung zum positionsgerechten Ablegen von Drahtwindungen (2) in einer Ist-Lage auf ein Transportband (5) mit einer Bandmitte (10), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach der Erfindung,dadurch gekennzeichnet,mit einem Windungsleger (1) zum Ablegen der Drahtwindungen (2) auf dem Transportband (5),mit einer Sensoreinrichtung (7) zum Erfassen der Lage der Drahtwindungen (2) auf dem Transportband (5),mit Stellgliedern (1, 3, 6) zum Beeinflussen der Ist-Lage der Draht windungen (2) auf dem Transportband (5), undmit einem Regler, dem die Ist- und Soll-Lagen zugeführt werden, und der aus deren Differenz ein Stell-Signal für ein Stellglied (1,3,6) er mittelt und an dieses ausgibt,dass das Stellglied (3) als dem Transportband (5) vorgeschaltete abschüssige Rampe (3) mit einem gegenüber der Horizontalen änderbaren Neigungswinkel (α) ausgebildet ist.
- Ablegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Stellglied (6) als der Rampe (3) zugeordnete seitlich lage verstellbare Führungslineale (6) ausgebildet ist, unddass das Stellsignal die seitliche Position der Führungslineale (6) vorgibt. - Ablegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Stellglied (1) als drehzahlveränderlicher Windungsleger (1) ausgebildet ist, unddass das Stellsignal die Drehzahl (n) des Windungslegers (1) vorgibt.
