Abstract

L'invention concerne un transducteur ultrasonique comportant un élément oscillant en forme de pot, disposé dans un boîtier, dont la base supporte un disque piézo-électrique. L'objectif de l'invention est de simplifier le contact électrique entre les câbles de connexion et l'élément oscillant ou le disque piézo-électrique, et de mieux l'adapter à une fabrication automatisée. Le dispositif selon l'invention est constitué de deux ressorts de contact (3, 4) qui ne sont plus soudés ou matés avec ledit élément, mais dont la seule connexion avec lui est de type ressort. Les améliorations sont obtenues grâce à un corps de contact (1), de forme sensiblement cylindrique, dans lequel les ressorts de contact (3, 4) sont scellés, et qui peut en même temps servir d'élément amortisseur.
