Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Erwärmen einer Flüssigkeit miteinem die Flüssigkeit enthaltenden drucklosen Behältereiner in die Flüssigkeit hineinragenden Tauchglocke,einem in einer Brennkammer angeordneten Brenner für fließfähige Brennstoffe, mit Mitteln für die Verbrennungsluft- und Brennstoffzuführung,einem Strömungsweg für die Verbrennungsgase vom Brenner in die Tauchglocke und aus einem unteren Austrittsquerschnitt der Tauchglocke hinaus in die Flüssigkeit für deren direkte Erwärmung, sowiein Strömungsrichtung der Verbrennungsgase hinter dem Austrittsquerschnitt der Tauchglocke angeordneten Mitteln zum Verteilen der Verbrennungsgase in der Flüssigkeit,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßsich die Tauchglocke nur in einen oberen Teilbereich der Flüssigkeit hineinerstreckt,der größere Teil der Flüssigkeit unterhalb des Austrittsquerschnittes der Tauchglocke zugegen ist, zum Ausbilden einer vertikalen Temperaturschichtung, unddie Behälterwand in bestimmten Höhenbereichen der Temperaturschichtung mit Anschlüssen für Wärmetauscher versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlüsse in der Behälterwand für die Entnahme und Rückführung von Flüssigkeit aus dem Behälter zur Beaufschlagung eines oder mehrerer externer Wärmetauscher ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das mindestens einer der Rückführanschlüsse innerhalb des Behälters mit einem Schichtenlader zur Rückführung von Flüssigkeit in temperaturgleiche Flüssigkeitsschichten versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tauchglocke zu weniger als einem Drittel der Flüssigkeitssäule von oben in die Flüssigkeit eintaucht.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennkammer und der Brenner innerhalb der Tauchglocke angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brennkammer durch einen unten durch einen Boden verschlossenen und oben offenen Hohlkörper begrenzt ist, der von unten in die Tauchglocke hineinregt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlkörper über den Austrittsquerschnitt der Tauchglocke hinaus nach unten in die Flüssigkeit hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austrittsquerschnitt der Tauchglocke ringraumartig durch diese selbst und die Wand des Hohlkörpers gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 6-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Verbrennungsgasführungsrohr vorgesehen ist, welches von der Oberwand der Tauchglocke in den Hohlkörper bis kurz über dessen Boden hineinragt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Weg für die Verbrennungsgase aus dem unteren Bereich der Brennkammer von unten in den Spaltraum zwischen dem Verbrennungsgasführungsrohr und der Wand des Hohlkörpers und über die Oberkante der Wand des Hohlkörpers in den Ringraum zwischen der Wand des Hohlkörpers und der Tauchglocke zu deren Austrittquerschnitt führt.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Verteilen der Verbrennungsgase aus einer die Tauchglocke umgebenden Platte mit verteilten Gasdurchtrittsöffnungen besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenumfang der Platte frei in der Flüssigkeit endet und daß die Platte an ihrem Außenumfang mit einer nach unten gerichteten Umfangsschürze versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 5-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Brenner durch die Tauchglocke von oben in die Brennkammer geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Abgaswärmetauscher für die aus der Flüssigkeit austretenden Restverbrennungsgase (Abgase) vorgesehen ist zum Ausnutzen von restlicher Abgaswärme für das Erwärmen von Flüssigkeit aus dem untersten Bereich der Flüssigkeitsschichtung im Behälter.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie temperaturschichtgerecht mit einem Flüssigkeitsentnahmeanschluß im unteren Behälterbereich und einem Flüssigkeitsrückführanschluß im oberen Behalterbereich für den Anschluß an und zur Übernahme von Wärmeenergie aus dem Wärmetauscher einer Solarwärmeanlage versehen ist.
