Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Umreifung eines Gegenstandes oder einer Gruppe von Gegenständen mit Hilfe eines Thermoplastbandes nach einem Verfahren, welches darin besteht, den Gegenstand oder die Gruppe der Gegenstände (A) in Richtung zweier Bänder (F, F') zu bewegen, die zuvor verschweißt und quer zur Förderrichtung (C) gespannt wurden, und eine Schlinge um den Gegenstand oder die Gruppe von Gegenständen (A) zu bilden, nachdem der Gegenstand die Stelle passiert hat. Anschließend wird einmal geschnitten und zweimal geschweißt. Zu diesem Zweck weist die Vorrichtung mindestens zwei Spulen (D, E) mit Band (F, F`) auf, in die jeweils ein Spannmittel (G, H) für das Band (F, F`) eingebaut ist. Die Spulen befinden sich auf den beiden Seiten eines Förderbandes (B), auf dem sich der zu umreifende Gegenstand bzw. die Gruppe der zu umreifenden Gegenstände (A) fortbewegen. Außerdem enthält die Vorrichtung zwei bewegliche Köpfe (1, 2), die sich auf einer Achse quer zur Förderrichtung (C) des zu umreifenden Gegenstandes oder der Gruppe der zu umreifenden Gegenstände (A) einander nähern oder voneinander fortbewegen können und die sich berühren können, um mit Hilfe einer Schweiß- und einer Pressvorrichtung den Schnitt und das Verschweißen der genannten Bänder (F, F`) vornehmen zu können, die jeweils außerdem von der Vorderseite (10, 20) der genannten Köpfe (1, 2) gehalten werden, d.h. von der Seite, an welcher der Gegenstand oder die Gruppe von Gegenständen (A) ankommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einerseits der erste Kopf am Ende zwei parallele Platten enthält (4, 5), die in einer vertikalen Ebene parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (R, R') der genannten Köpfe (1, 2) angeordnet sind und jeweils im mittleren Bereich ihres äußeren Randes (40, 50) eine Kerbe (41, 51) für den Durchlauf des Bandes (F) aufweisen; aufder anderen Seite enthält der zweite Kopf (2) zwei parallele Platten (7, 8), deren Flächen jeweils denen der Platten (4, 5) des ersten Kopfes (1) entsprechen. Die äußerste Kante (72, 82) der beiden Köpfe kann jeweils bei Annäherung der genannten Köpfe von der Kerbe (41, 51) der gegenüberliegenden Platte (4, 5) aufgenommen werden,damit das durchlaufende Band (F) dort festgeklemmt werden kann. Jede der Platten (7, 8) des zweiten Kopfes (2) besteht hierbei aus zwei übereinander liegenden Elementen, die jeweils so angebracht sind, dass sie auf dem genannten Kopf (2) um eine zur Fortbewegungsrichtung des Kopfes (2) senkrechte Achse (87) schwenken, so dass das zweite Band (F`) durchlaufen kann, wenn sie sich öffnen. Dieses wiederum wird von einem Aufnahmeschlitz (76, 86) aufgenommen, welcher, wenn die genannten Elemente (70, 80) aneinander liegen, aus zwei Aussparungen (84) in jedem der genannten Elemente (70, 80) gebildet wird, und zwar an ihren Kanten, die sich bei Annäherung berühren. Der genannte Aufnahmeschlitz (76, 86) birgt einen Stützsattel (26), gegen den das genannte Band (F`) von einer Kante des genannten Aufnahmeschlitzes (76, 86) geklemmt wird. Die genannten Elemente (70, 80) des Kopfes (2) sind dabei in Richtung der Bewegung desselben beweglich, wobei sie federnd zurückgeschoben werden, wenn sich der genannte Kopf (2) entfernt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Elemente (70, 80) der Platten (7, 8) des zweiten Kopfes (2) schwenkbar auf einen Ring (87) montiert ist, der sich in Längsrichtung am äußersten Ende des genannten Kopfes (2) bewegen kann und durch eine Feder bis zum Anschlag gegen dieses äußerste Ende zurückgedrückt wird (88), während ein Zapfen (89), der seitlich über die genannten Elemente (70, 80) hinausragt, in einen nicht geradlinigen Schlitz (24) in einer Platte greift, die in Längsrichtung verschiebbar in den genannten Kopf eingebaut ist und von einem Hydraulikzylinder (23) bewegt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Teile (42, 82, 75, 85, 27) der Platten (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) und der Stützsättel (26), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Bänder (F, F`) einzuklemmen, abgeschrägt sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgeschrägten Teile (42, 82, 75, 85, 27) an der Oberfläche Mittel aufweisen (45, 820, 850), die dazu geeignet sind, die Bänder (F, F`) festzuhaken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (45, 820, 850) dazu geeignet sind, die Bänder festzuhaken.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schweißvorrichtung (3) sich bei Betätigung des Hydraulikzylinders (13) bewegen kann, um sich zwischen die parallelen Platten des Kopfes zu platzieren (1). Sie enthält drei Heizlamellen, eine mittlere (30) und zwei seitliche Lamellen (31, 32), die parallel zur Vorderseite (10) des genannten Kopfes (1) sind, wobei die genannten seitlichen Lamellen (31, 32) sich in Querrichtung bewegen und von der genannten mittleren Lamelle (30) weg bewegen lassen. Durch eine Feder (33) werden sie wieder zurückgestellt .
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pressvorrichtung (6) zwei Hebel (60, 61) enthält, die durch jeweils eines ihrer äußeren Enden um eine zur Vorderseite des Kopfes (2) parallele Achse schwenkbar gelagert sind, und die mit Hilfe einer Feder (62) jeweils zum anderen zurückbewegt werden und sich bewegen können, um sich zwischen die parallelen Platten (7, 8) des genannten Kopfes (2) zu positionieren. Am äußeren Ende eines jeden von ihnen befindet sich eine schwenkbar angebrachte Pressplatte (63, 64), die an der Außenseite gegen den genannten Hebel geklappt ist (60, 61) und deren Abstand zu diesem durch eine Feder (65) gewährleistet wird, während ein sich zwischen den beiden Hebeln befindliches frei bewegliches Mittel (67) es ermöglicht, diese in verschiedenen Winkeln zu schwenken, um die genannten Pressplatten (63, 64) mehr oder weniger den genannten parallelen Platten (7, 8) anzunähern, damit die Enden der zu verschweißenden Bänder (F, F`) gegen sie gepresst werden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (60, 61) jeweils mit einem Lager (600, 610) ausgestattet sind. Zwischen ihnen und gegen sie bewegt sich ein Nocken (67) mit Teilen (670, 671, 672)unterschiedlicher Breite, die das Schwenken der genannten Hebel (60, 61) mit unterschiedlichen Amplituden gewährleisten.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hebel (60, 61) jeweils mit einem Lager (600, 610) ausgestattet sind. Zwischen ihnen und gegen sie bewegt sich ein Nocken mit einem abgeschrägten Ende, der das Schwenken der genannten Hebel (60, 61) gemäß drei unterschiedlichen Amplituden ermöglicht, d. h. entweder die genannten Lager (600, 610) berühren den genannten Nocken nicht, oder sie berühren die genannte abgeschrägte Kante oder den Korpus des genannten Nockens, während der Hydraulikzylinder, der die Stellung des letzteren verändert, sich vor- und zurückbewegen kann.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Pressvorrichtung (6) zwischen die seitlichen Heizlamellen (31, 32) schiebt, wenn sich die Schweißvorrichtung (3) zwischen den parallelen Platten (4, 5, 7, 8) der Köpfe (1, 2) bewegt, während die Bewegung der Pressplatten (63, 64) unter dem Einfluss der schwenkenden Hebel (60, 61) bewirkt, dass sich die genannten seitlichen Heizlamellen (31, 32) voneinander weg bewegen.
