Claims (10)
- Steckverbinder mit einem zweiteiligen Gehäuse, das aus einem Gehäuseunterteil (1) mit einem Steckkontakte (4) enthaltenden Steckerkörper (5) und einem mit dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) verbindbaren Deckel (3) besteht, und mit einem Anschlußkabel (7), dessen isolierte Einzelleiter (6) in IDC-Technik an den Steckkontakten (4) angeschlossen sind, wobei in dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) quer zu den ankommenden Einzelleitern (6) mindestens eine Gruppe von mit einem Schneidklemmschlitz (10) ausgebildeten IDC-Kontakten (8) fixiert ist und an der dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) zugewandten Unterseite des Deckels (3) in einem dem Bereich mit den IDC-Kontakten (8) etwa entsprechenden Bereich passende, in Zuführrichtung verlaufende Rinnen (15) für die Einzelleiter (6) vorgesehen sind,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) in Zuführrichtung der Einzelleiter (6) sind beidseitig der Gruppe von IDC-Kontakten (8) diese in der Höhe überragende gabelförmige Führungen (13) für die Einzelleiter (6) angeordnet,b) der Deckel (3) ist mittels Schrauben (19, 20) mit dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) verbindbar,c) die Einzelleiter (6) sind beim Verbinden des Deckels (3) und des Gehäuseunterteiles (1) durch Einschrauben und Festziehen der Schrauben (19, 20) in die IDC-Kontakte (8) gedrückt und dabei kontaktiert. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) zugewandten Unterseite des Deckels (3) mehrere in Ausnehmungen (17) des Gehäuseunterteiles (1) eingreifende Vorsprüche (18) zum Ausrichten des Deckels (3) am Gehäuseunterteil (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der dem Gehäuseunterteil (1) zugewandten Unterseite des Deckels (3) mehrere zueinander parallele Versteifungsrippen (16) vorgesehen sind, zwischen welchen die Rinnen (15) für die Einzelleiter (6) verlaufen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die IDC-Kontakte (8) aus Kontaktelementen mit zwei den Schneidklemmschlitz (10) zwischen sich bildenden Gabelschenkeln (11) bestehen und Letztere so ausgebildet sind, daß sie in die Einzelleiterisolation eindringen und/oder in den Außenmantel der Einzelleiterisolation tangential einschneiden.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel (3) und das Gehäuseunterteil (1) an einer Seite des Gehäuses mit einer Kabeleinführung (14) bzw. einem Teil (14a, 14b) einer Kabeleinführung versehen sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kabeleinführung (14) zur Zugentlastung des Kabelanschlusses mit keilförmigen Spitzen (24) und /oder messerartigen Stegen (25) ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verbindung von Deckel (3) und Gehäuseunterteil (1) mindestens zwei Schrauben (19, 20) vorgesehen sind, wobei eine Schraube (19) im Bereich der Kabeleinführung (14) und - in Zuführrichtung der Einzelleiter (6) - vor einer Führung (13) und den IDC-Kontakten (8) für die Einzelleiter (6) und die andere Schraube (20) nach diesem Bereich angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Masseblech (30) aus einem Stanzbiegeteil in das Gehäuseunterteil (1) eingesetzt und so ausgebildet ist, daß es mit seitlichen, von einer Basisplatte (31) abragenden Armen (33) in die Kabeleinführung (14) reicht und über die Basisplatte (31) leitend mit einem metallischen Bereich des Steckerkörpers (5) verbindbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Masseblech (30) in dem mit dem Steckerkörper (5) verbindbaren Bereich der Basisplatte (31) mit Federzungen (35) ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Masseblech (30) an der Basisplatte (31) mit hochstehenden gelochten Lappen (36) versehen ist.
