  • the known stripping systems have the disadvantage, in particular in the case of fast-working automatic punching presses, that they do not lie quietly due to air vortices on the edges of large-area cut-outs or due to large closed areas of the lowering material plate and can have faults, so that often a clean flare-out Chen the parts is not possible.

  • the invention provides that a perforated plate is used and that this perforated plate is individually fitted with stripping pins. If this perforated plate z. B. has a hole pattern of approx. 3 mm and each of the through holes has a diameter of approx. 2 mm, this means that approximately 140,000 holes are provided with a format of approx. 70 x approx. 100 cm. If, on the other hand, the perforated plate is moved upwards, then no punctiform negative pressure is generated, since air flows downward through the open holes when starting up, and an air pressure compensation is thus provided. Abstract
