Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour une application dosée de liquides sur des bandes de matière, notamment de feuilles de matière plastique , caractérisé en ce que la bande de matière à enduire (4) est pressée au moyen d'air comprimé ou au moyen d'un cylindre élastique qui accompagne sur la surface d'un système de vibration ultrasonore (1) et est guidée sur ledit système de manière à ce qu'une fente (5) s'ouvrant de façon périodique soit générée à la cadence de la fréquence de fonctionnement appliquée entre la bande de matière (4) et la surface du système de vibration (1) par laquelle fente le liquide est appliqué sur la bande de matière (4).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le liquide est amené sur la bande à matière (4) grace au systéme de vibration ultrasonore.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la quantité de liquide est réglée avec précision par une pompe de dosage selon la vitesse de passage de la bande de matière (4).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le système de vibration ultrasonore (1) est formé par une baguette à ultra-son qui vibre avec une amplitude (A), une fréquence et une position de phase constante sur toute la zone de fonctionnement, et laquelle baguette est formée d'une multitude de générateurs de son travaillant en parallèle.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matière (4) à enduire est guidée sur un arrondi (6) disposant d'un angle d'arrivée défini (α) vers le système de vibration ultrasonore (1) et est sortie sur un bord de découpage (7) disposant d'un angle de sortie (β).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'arrondi (6) et le bord de découpage (7) sont intégrés dans le système de vibration ultrasonore (1).
  7. Dispositif pour la réalisation du procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le système de vibration ultrasonore (1) est relié à une alimentation (2) pour un liquide entre la surface du système de vibration ultrasonore (1) et la bande de matière (4) et en ce qu'au-dessus du système de vibration ultrasonore (1) se trouve un moyen (3) comme de l'air comprimé ou un cylindre élastique qui accompagne pour presser la bande de matière (4) sur la surface du système de vibration ultrasonore (1) avec une force de pression définie.
