Abstract

Pour l'enduction de bandes de papier ou de carton, il existe des dispositifs connus qui comportent un mécanisme d'application avec un rouleau de transfert entraîné, partiellement entouré par la bande, pour déposer le produit d'enduction en quantités excédentaires sur la bande, une tige à racle rotative comportant à sa périphérie des aspérités et des creux pour égaliser l'excédent de dépôt et une râcle à air comprimé faisant office de dispositif de dosage final avec un contre-rouleau entouré partiellement par la bande et une buse à fente disposée dans la zone entourée. Pour accroître les vitesses de production sans diminuer la qualité, il est prévu dans l'invention que la tige à racle rotative (7) soit pressée élastiquement sur le rouleau de transfert (3) et que l'écart entre le rouleau de transfert (3) et le contre-rouleau (9) soit inférieur à 1500 mm, et de préférence inférieur à 800 mm.
