Claims (3)

  1. Barre isolante (5) réalisée dans un matériau isolant, en particulier une matière plastique, pour des profilés composites de châssis de fenêtre ou de porte ou de constructions en façade, qui présente un élément de support (1) comportant deux organes d'encastrement (2), l' élément de support (1) comportant les deux organes d'encastrement (2) formant un logement (3) de l'élément de support (1), qui s'étend entre les deux organes d'encastrement (2) et présente une forme de cuvette, en coupe transversale, l'élément de support (1) étant réalisé en un premier matériau présentant une résistance élevée, en particulier du polyamide, et un deuxième matériau présentant une porosité élevée étant disposé sur l'élément de support (1),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le logement (3) de l'élément de support (1) présentant une forme de cuvette, en coupe transversale, est complètement rempli entre les organes d'encastrement (2) avec le deuxième matériau présentant une porosité élevée et la barre isolante présente au moins une barre transversale (4) réalisée en le deuxième matériau présentant une porosité élevée, la barre transversale (4) et le deuxième matériau dans le logement en forme de cuvette (3) étant réalisés d'un seul pièce et l'élément de support (1) et le deuxième matériau présentant une porosité élevée dans le logement en forme de cuvette (3) étant produits par coextrusion.
  2. Barre isolante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième matériau dans le logement en forme de cuvette (3) se compose d'un matériau polymère, en particulier d'un mélange modifié de PPO/PA.
  3. Barre isolante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le premier et/ou le deuxième matériau contient/contiennent une fraction de fibres de verre.
