Description
Claims (6)
- Emballage plissé ayant une résistance renforcée à la charge verticale, formé d'un dispositif de renforcement à la charge verticale, de forme sensiblement annulaire et de hauteur (16) sensiblement constante lorsqu'il est déployé, associé à un emballage pour corps convexes, réalisé à partir d'une feuille mince plissée suivant des plages (5,6) successives, de largeur respective A (32) et B (33) avec A (32) supérieur à B (33), dont les plis sont fixés à leurs extrémités, caractérisé en ce que les plages (5,6) successives séparées par un pli (4) de la feuille mince (1) sont renforcées dans leur partie médiane par des renforts rectangulaires (2) de matériau semi-rigide, fixés sur les plages et (5,6), articulés entre eux par une charnière (3), constituée de la feuille mince (1) et intégrant le pli (4) et d'une largeur (9) suffisante pour permettre le pliage de la feuille ainsi renforcée par des moyens de pliages.
- Emballage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lorsque l'emballage est plié et que des renforts (7,8) sont en contact direct, la largeur (9) de la charnière (12) est supérieure à la somme des épaisseurs respectives (10,11) des renforts (7,8).
- Emballage suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le renfort concernant la plage de largeur A (32) comporte une découpe située au droit du pli (39) parallèle aux plis de la feuille mince et placée à une distance (36) du bord de la plage de largeur A (32), égale à la différence de largeur entre A (32) et B (33).
- Dispositif d'assemblage de l'emballage renforcé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un cylindre support (22), muni d'un dispositif d'aspiration (23,24), entraínant une bande 19 de matériau semi-rigide, un cylindre de coupe (26) dont les couteaux (25) découpent la bande (19) en renforts rectangulaires successifs sur lesquels on déroule et fixe une feuille flexible (21) pour constituer une feuille composite (46) maintenue en place sur le cylindre support (22) par les moyens d'aspiration, la vitesse de défilement de la bande semi-rigide (19) étant légèrement inférieure à la vitesse tangentielle du cylindre support (22).
- Dispositif d'assemblage suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un second cylindre de coupe (42) pour la découpe du renfort de largeur A (32) au droit du pli (39)
- Dispositif pour la fixation des renforts rectangulaires suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des deux éléments constitués par le renfort rectangulaire (28,29) et la feuille (21) est enduit d'un matériau thermosoudable sur la face en contact avec l'autre élément.
