Claims (3)

  1. Electromotive actuating device for a sliding door, in particular for a motor vehicle, having
    a) an inside door handle and an outside door handle for giving manual door-movement commands,
    b) an electric motor (4) which serves for door-driving purposes and is connected to a voltage source, via a closed actuating circuit, only during door movement,
    c) a door-position sensor (9) for breaking the actuating circuit (5) of the electric motor (4) when provided end-position stops (7) are reached,
    characterized in that
    d) sensors (10, 11) which sense changes in position of the inside door handle and of the outside door handle, wherein these sensors sense the direction of the change in position, and
    e) means for overriding the signal from the door-position sensor (7), this signal breaking the actuating circuit (5), in the presence of signals from the sensors (10, 11), which sense the changes in position of the door handles, for electromotive actuation of the sliding door (1).
  2. Electromotive actuating device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the electric motor (4) is arranged in a stationary manner outside the sliding door (1).
  3. Electromotive actuating device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the door-end position stop (7) serves for transmitting signals from the sensor (10, 11) into the actuating circuit (5).
