Description
- wenigstens ein sich in der Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage entlang der Formkörper erstreckendes Fixierstangenmittel, wobei wenigstens ein Teil der Formkörper durch das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenmittel zu einer Baueinheit zusammenkoppelbar oder zusammengekoppelt ist,
- Endanlagemittel, die an oder nahe jedem von in Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage entgegengesetzten Endbereichen des wenigstens einen Fixierstangenmittels mit diesem fest koppelbar oder fest gekoppelt sind und zur Anlage an einer jeweiligen Stirnseite der in Längsrichtung der Baueinheit letzten Formkörper bringbar sind.
Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Anlageflächen der Formkörper jeweils an einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten einander unmittelbar benachbarter Formkörper ausgebildet sind und daß in wenigstens einer der einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Formkörper eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des wenigstens einen Zwischenanlagemittels ausgebildet ist. Durch das Vorsehen der Ausnehmung können die Formkörper mit ihren Stirnseiten aneinander zur Anlage gebracht werden, ohne daß dieser Anlagezustand durch das Zwischenanlagemittel beeinträchtigt wird.
Claims (30)
- Vorrichtung zur Lagefixierung von Formkörpern (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) einer Gleisübergangseinrichtung an einer Gleisanlage, wobei die Gleisübergangseinrichtung eine Mehrzahl von in einer Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage aufeinander folgenden, vorzugsweise aneinander anliegenden Formkörpern (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) umfaßt, ferner wobei die Vorrichtung umfaßt:wenigstens ein sich in der Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage entlang der Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) erstrekkendes Fixierstangenmittel (22; 22a), wobei wenigstens ein Teil der Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) durch das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenmittel (22; 22a) zu einer Baueinheit zusammenkoppelbar oder zusammengekoppelt ist,Endanlagemittel (28; 28a), die an oder nahe jedem von in Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage (44, 46) entgegengesetzten Endbereichen des wenigstens einen Fixierstangenmittels (22; 22a) mit diesem fest koppelbar oder fest gekoppelt sind und zur Anlage an einer jeweiligen Stirnseite (88, 102; 88a, 102a) der in Längsrichtung der Baueinheit letzten Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) bringbar sind,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend wenigstens ein Befestigungsmittel (34; 34"; 200a; 200a') zum Festlegen der Baueinheit und/oder des Fixierstangenmittels (22) bezüglich der Gleisanlage.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenmittel (22; 22a) eine Mehrzahl von in der Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage aufeinander folgend angeordneten Gewindestangenelementen (36, 38; 38a) umfaßt, wobei unmittelbar aufeinander folgende Gewindestangenelemente (36, 38; 38a) vorzugsweise durch Schraubverbindungsmittel (40; 134'; 136a, 134a) miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenmittel (22a) für jeden Formkörper (26a, 18a, 20a) oder jede Formkörpergruppe (16a, 16a) der Baueinheit wenigstens ein Fixierstangenstück (38a) umfaßt, welches in einem ersten Endbereich desselben als einen ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (136a) einen Außengewindeabschnitt (136a) aufweist und in einem zweiten Endbereich desselben als einen zweiten Verbindungs-abschnitt (134a) eine Innengewindeöffnung (134a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außengewindeabschnitt (136a) eines einem Formkörper (16a, 18a, 20a) oder einer Formkörpergruppe (16a, 16a) zugeordneten Fixierstangenstücks (38a) in Verbindungseingriff mit der Innengewindeöffnung (134a) eines Fixierstangenstücks (38a) bringbar ist, das einem in Längsrichtung unmittelbar folgenden Formkörper (16a, 18a, 20a) oder einer in Längsrichtung unmittelbar folgenden Formkörpergruppe (16a, 16a) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenstück (38a) nahe einem seiner Endbereiche, vorzugsweise dem zweiten Endbereich, ein Zwischenanlagemittel (32a) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, ferner umfassend ein Zwischenstück (138a) mit einem Verbindungsbereich (134a) zur Verbindung mit zwei gleichen Verbindungsabschnitten (136a), vorzugsweise den beiden ersten Verbindungsabschnitten (136a), zweier in Längsrichtung unmittelbar aufeinander folgender und miteinander zu verbindender Fixierstangenstücke (38a).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (138a) für jeden ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (136a) der beiden Fixierstangenstücke (38a) eine Innengewindeöffnung (134a) in seinem Verbindungsbereich (134a) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zwischenstück (138a) ein Zwischenanlagemittel (32a) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen (88, 102; 88a, 102a) der Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) jeweils an einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten (88, 102; 88a, 102a) einander unmittelbar benachbarter Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) ausgebildet sind und daß in wenigstens einer (88; 88a) der einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten (88, 102; 88a, 102a) zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) eine Ausnehmung (116; 116a) zur Aufnahme des wenigstens einen Zwischenanlagemittels (32; 32a) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Anordnung des wenigstens einen Zwischenanlagemittels (32; 32a) in der Ausnehmung (116; 116a) zwischen einer die Ausnehmung (116; 116a) nach oben hin begrenzenden Fläche (117) und einem oberen Rand (33) des wenigstens einen Zwischenanlagemittels (32; 32a) ein vorbestimmter Abstand vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend Kupplungsabweisermittel (86; 86a), die jeweils an den in der Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage entgegengesetzten Enden der Gleisübergangseinrichtung durch die Endanlagemittel (28; 28a) an der Gleisübergangseinrichtung festlegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsabweisermittel (86; 86a) wenigstens einen Klemmabschnitt (98, 100) aufweisen, der zwischen der Stirnseite (88; 88a) eines jeweiligen Formkörpers (16; 16a) und wenigstens einem entsprechenden Endanlagemittel (28; 28a) klemmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von quer zur Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage in Abstand zueinander angeordneten Fixierstangenmitteln (22; 22a) mit den zugeordneten Endanlagemitteln (28; 28a) und Zwischenanlagemitteln (32; 32a) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenmittel (22; 22a) in einem zugeordneten Kanal (90; 17a) in den Formkörpern (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) anordenbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (90) ein offener Kanal (90) ist, welcher vorzugsweise an einer Unterseite der Formkörper (16, 18, 20) sich in Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage erstreckend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (17a) durch eine in den Formkörpern (16a; 18a, 20a) vorzugsweise in einem Höhenmittenbereich derselben ausgebildete Durchgangsöffnung (17a) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endanlagemittel (28; 28a) ein zur Anlage an den jeweiligen Stirnseiten der entsprechenden Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) bringbares Anlagestück (50; 130a; 250a"') umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anlagestück (50; 130a; 250a"') derart zur Anlage an der jeweiligen Stimseite eines Formkörpers (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) bringbar ist, daß das Anlagestück (50; 130a; 250a"') wenigstens in einem oberhalb einer Höhenmitte (m) des Formkörpers (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) angeordneten Bereich an der Stirnseite anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 und 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anlagestück durch ein Zwischenanlagemittel (32a) eines Fixierstangenstücks (38a) gebildet ist, welches Fixierstangenstück (38a) einem in Längsrichtung der Baueinheit letzten Formkörper (16a, 18a, 20a) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endanlagemittel (28) oder/und das wenigstens eine Zwischenanlagemittel (32) an den jeweiligen Formkörpern (16, 18, 20) in einer zur Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage im wesentlichen orthogonal stehenden Höhenrichtung (h) formschlüssig angreifen.
- Gleisübergangseinrichtung an einer Gleisanlage, umfassend eine Mehrzahl von in einer Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage aufeinander folgenden, vorzugsweise aneinander anliegenden Formkörpern (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a), ferner umfassend wenigstens eine Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21.
- Gleisübergangseinrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleisanlage Schwellen (14; 14a) umfaßt, auf welchen in seitlichem Abstand zueinander Schienen angebracht sind, daß eine Erstreckung der Formkörper (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) in Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches eines Schwellenabstands ist und daß wenigstens ein Stoß zwischen zwei unmittelbar aufeinander folgenden Formkörpern (16, 18, 20; 16a, 18a, 20a) über einer Schwelle (14; 14a) liegt.
- Gleisübergangseinrichtung nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleisübergangseinrichtung zwischen Schienen (10; 10a) einer Gleisanlage angeordnete Mittel-Formkörper (16; 16a) umfaßt und daß zur Lagefixierung der Mittel-Formkörper (16; 16a) wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander in Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage mit seitlichem Abstand zueinander angeordnete Fixierstangenmittel (22; 22a) mit den zugeordneten Endanlagemitteln (28; 28a) und Zwischenanlagemitteln (32; 32a) vorgesehen sind.
- Gleisübergangseinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleisübergangseinrichtung an einer Außenseite von Schienen (10; 10') angeordnete Außen-Formkörper (18, 20; 18a, 20a) umfaßt und daß zur Lagefixierung der Außen-Formkörper (18, 20; 18a, 20a) wenigstens ein sich entlang der Außen-Formkörper (18, 20; 18a, 20a) erstreckendes Fixierstangenmittel (22; 22a) mit den zugeordneten Endanlagemitteln (28; 28a) und Zwischenanlagemitteln (32; 32a) vorgesehen ist.
- Gleisübergangseinrichtung nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außen-Formkörper (18, 20) ferner durch an Schwellen (14) der Gleisanlage angebrachte, im wesentlichen U-förmig ausgebildete Haltemittel (124) an der Gleisanlage gehalten sind, wobei die U-förmigen Haltemittel (124) in einen Aufnahmekanal (90) an einer Unterseite der Außen-Formkörper (18, 20) eingreifen.
- Verfahren zum Aufbau einer Gleisübergangseinrichtung an einer Gleisanlage mit einer Mehrzahl von in einer Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage aufeinander folgenden, vorzugsweise aneinander anliegenden Formkörpem (16a, 18a, 20a) und wenigstens einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, umfassend die Schritte:a) Anordnen eines Formkörpers (16a, 18a, 20a) an der Gleisanlage;b) Anordnen wenigstens eines Fixierstangenstücks (38a) in einem zugeordneten Kanal des einen Formkörpers (16a, 18a, 20a),c) Anordnen eines weiteren Formkörpers (16a, 18a, 20a) vorzugsweise in Stoßanlage an dem einen Formkörper (16a, 18a, 20a),d) Anordnen wenigstens eines Fixierstangenstücks (38a) in einem zugeordneten Kanal des weiteren Formkörpers (16a, 18a, 20a),e) Ineingriffbringen eines ersten Verbindungsabschnitts (136a) des dem weiteren Formkörper zugeordneten Fixierstangenstücks (38a) mit einem zweiten Verbindungsabschnitt (134a) des wenigstens einen dem einen Formkörper (16a, 18a, 20a) zugeordneten Fixierstangenstücks (38a).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 27, ferner umfassend das sukzessive Wiederholen der Schritte a) bis e).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 27 oder 28, ferner umfassend das Ineingriffbringen eines Zwischenstücks (138a) mit dem ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (136a) des wenigstens einen dem einen Formkörper zugeordneten Fixierstangenstücks (38a) und das sukzessive Wiederholen der Schritte a) bis e) an in Längsrichtung der Gleisanlage beiden Seiten des einen Formkörpers, wobei das wenigstens eine Fixierstangenstück (38a) eines auf den einen Formkörper an der Seite des Zwischenstücks (138a) unmittelbar folgenden Formkörpers im Schritt e) mit seinem ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (136a) in Eingriff mit dem Zwischenstück (138a) gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 29, ferner umfassend das Fixieren der Baueinheit bezüglich der Gleisanlage.
