Claims (11)
- Dispositif pour la lecture, la signature et l'écriture de documents à distance, comportant un terminal (10) pourvu d'un écran (11) et d'un clavier (12), et un appareil (1) comprenant au moins un circuit interne de documents (4) sur lequel sont disposées une tête d'impression (8) et une tête de lecture optique (7), associées pour intervenir sur un même document en cours de traitement, au moins un bac (3) pour l'alimentation du circuit (4) précité en documents à lire ou à traiter, et des moyens d'entraínement (6) des documents sur ledit circuit (4) dans le sens de l'avance (F1) et du recul (F2), la tête de lecture optique (7) permettant de transmettre progressivement l'image d'un document sur l'écran (11) du terminal (10), situé à distance de l'appareil (1), tandis que le clavier (12) de ce terminal (10) permet de commander à distance l'avance ou le recul d'un document dans l'appareil (1), ainsi que l'écriture de signes et/ou d'une signature sur le document par la tête d'impression (8) de cet appareil (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil (1) comporte, à la sortie de son circuit interne (4) de documents, un bac de réception (5), l'éjection d'un document en fin de traitement étant commandée par le clavier (12) du terminal (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les têtes de lecture optique (7) et d'impression (8) de l'appareil (1) sont réunies en une unique tête mixte de lecture et d'impression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tête de lecture optique (7) et la tête d'impression (8) de l'appareil (1) sont séparées, les circuits électroniques (9) de l'appareil (1) étant prévus pour compenser le décalage physique entre le point de lecture et le point d'impression soit par un décalage correspondant de la transmission et de l'affichage de l'image du document sur l'écran (11) du terminal (10), soit par un déplacement du document et/ou des têtes (7,8).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour respecter des points d'arrêt programmés ou préréglés au cours de l'avancement d'un document, en plus du mouvement commandé par le clavier (11) du terminal (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour l'inscription d'une signature accompagnée d'un code de contrôle, tel qu'un code confidentiel frappé au clavier (11) du terminal (10) et/ou un code calculé selon la date et l'heure de la signature.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour l'inscription d'une signature dont le schéma est stocké dans le terminal (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu pour l'inscription d'une signature dont le schéma est stocké sur une carte magnétique ou autre support de stockage transportable, le terminal (10) étant équipé pour la lecture d'une telle carte ou d'un tel support.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il est utilisé en association avec un serveur intermédiaire, placé entre l'appareil (1) et le terminal (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil (1) est prévu pour être aussi utilisable en scanner et/ou en imprimante, grâce à sa tête de lecture optique (7) et à sa tête d'impression (8), en liaison avec un ordinateur.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil (1) est prévu pour être utilisable aussi comme un télécopieur, notamment avec une alimentation supplémentaire (14;16) en papier vierge.
