Description
- des moyens de motorisation comprenant un moteur à corps basculant, destiné à être monté sur le véhicule par exemple sur la paroi, dont une sortie est reliée à des moyens de transmission longitudinale de mouvement au vantail, le corps étant agencé pour être entraíné en rotation conjointe par la sortie ou immobilisé en rotation par rapport à cette dernière ; et
- des moyens de verrouillage du vantail en position fermée ou ouverte, avec d'une part un doigt de blocage en position et d'autre part une rampe sensiblement longitudinale pourvue d'au moins une et par exemple deux surfaces opposées d'extrémité, le doigt et la rampe étant respectivement solidaire du moteur basculant et du vantail, ou inversement.
- des moyens de motorisation 6 comprenant un moteur 11 à corps basculant, destiné à être monté sur le véhicule 1. et
- des moyens 14 de verrouillage du vantail 4 en position fermée et ouverte.

Claims (15)
- Dispositif (10) motorisé de verrouillage de porte (3) destinée en particulier à un véhicule ferroviaire (1), avec au moins un vantail (4), ce dernier étant apte à obturer et dégager une baie (5) respectivement en position fermée et ouverte, ainsi qu'à coulisser entre ces positions suivant une paroi (2) du véhicule où est ménagée la baie (5); caractérisé en ce qu'il (10) comporte en combinaison: des moyens de motorisation (6) comprenant un moteur à corps basculant, destiné à être monté sur le véhicule par exemple sur la paroi (2), dont une sortie est reliée à des moyens de transmission longitudinale de mouvement au vantail (4), le corps étant agencé pour être entraíné en rotation conjointe par la sortie ou immobilisé en rotation par rapport à cette dernière; et des moyens de verrouillage du vantail (4) en position fermée ou ouverte, avec d'une part un doigt de blocage en position et d'autre part une rampe sensiblement longitudinale pourvue d'au moins une ou deux surfaces opposées d'extrémité, le doigt et la rampe étant respectivement solidaire du moteur basculant et du vantail (6), ou inversement, de sorte qu'en position fermée le doigt est en butée longitudinalement contre une surface d'extrémité, tandis qu'en position ouverte il l'est le cas échéant contre la surface opposée; le basculement du moteur étant déterminé pour assurer le dégagement depuis ou l'engagement avec une surface d'extrémité contre laquelle le doigt est ou doit être amené en butée, respectivement vers ou depuis une piste longitudinale de la rampe rejoignant les surfaces d'extrémité.
- Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur à corps basculant des moyens de motorisation (6) est un moteur électrique dont la sortie comporte un rotor, tandis que le corps basculant comporte un stator, ce moteur étant pourvu de paliers de montage destinés à être montés par exemple sur la paroi (2) et/ou un plafond du véhicule (1).
- Dispositif (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur à corps basculant des moyens de motorisation (6) est un moteur à fluide sous pression, par exemple pneumatique ou hydraulique, dont la sortie comporte le piston tandis que le corps basculant comporte la chemise.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le moteur à corps basculant des moyens de motorisation (6) est disposé avec son axe sensiblement parallèle à une direction longitudinale, par exemple au dessus de la baie (5), notamment au droit d'un montant d'élévation (8).
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la sortie du moteur à corps basculant des moyens de motorisation (6) est reliée de manière à en être solidaire en rotation, d'une vis sans fin des moyens de transmission longitudinale de mouvement au vantail (4), étendue parallèlement à une direction longitudinale, et sur laquelle est engagé au moins un écrou lui-même rigidement solidaire d'un vantail (4), par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'une patte vissée à un rail de glissière de moyens de guidage longitudinal, à proximité d'une surface d'extrémité avant de la rampe.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de verrouillage du vantail (4) comportent un doigt de blocage, par exemple à galet de roulement sur la piste, étendu radialement depuis le corps basculant du moteur et monté pivotant par rapport à une direction longitudinale, une rampe unique de ces moyens étant sensiblement longitudinale, rigidement fixée au vantail (6), et par exemple la rampe est vissée à un rail central de glissière de moyens de guidage longitudinal.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que chaque surface d'extrémité de la rampe est sensiblement perpendiculaire à une direction longitudinale, tandis que la piste est généralement étendue suivant des directions longitudinale et d'élévation, éventuellement avec un angle de bas en haut de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, constant ou croissant au moins localement, et par exemple de l'ordre de 5° à 30°.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'écrou est rigidement solidaire d'un palpeur, apte à être mis en appui d'une part contre une came, par exemple rigidement solidaire d'un autre vantail (4) ou de la paroi (2), et d'autre part après déplacement sous l'effet de l'appui contre la came, contre un contacteur, relié au moteur de sorte que l'entrée en appui permet de provoquer un changement de son état de fonctionnement tel qu'arrêt.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6 à 8, destiné à une porte à deux vantaux (4), caractérisé en ce que la vis sans fin comporte deux sections longitudinales à pas opposés, de sorte qu'une rotation de cette vis sous l'effet d'un moteur unique, provoque deux déplacements suivant une direction longitudinale, mais en sens opposé, d'écrous de moyens d'entraínement respectivement d'un vantail (4).
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'ancrage destinés au montage de la porte sur la paroi, comprennent deux platines d'appui, destinées à être placées contre et rigidement fixées à la paroi et/ou à un plan horizontal du véhicule.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une poutre de suspension du vantail (4) est essentiellement constituée par un rail de moyens de guidage longitudinal, par exemple un rail de glissière, en "U" couché à concavité tournée transversalement vers l'intérieur de la porte.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de guidage transversal du vantail (4) comprennent au moins un coulisseau rigidement fixé à des moyens d'ancrage d'une part et d'autre part à une poutre de suspension, par exemple ces moyens comportent deux coulisseaux cylindriques transversaux, dans le cas d'une porte (3) louvoyante coulissante.
- Dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la poutre de suspension comporte des moyens d'assemblage d'éléments modulaires, aptes à conformer le dispositif (10) à l'aide de constituants choisis, selon la porte (3) de destination.
- Porte (3) destinée en particulier à un véhicule ferroviaire (1), avec au moins un vantail (4), ce dernier étant apte à obturer et dégager une baie (5) respectivement en position fermée et ouverte, ainsi qu'à coulisser entre ces positions suivant une paroi (2) du véhicule où est ménagée la baie (5); caractérisée en ce qu'elle (3) est équipée, par exemple à un bord supérieur de sa baie (5), d'au moins un dispositif (10) motorisé de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13.
- Véhicule (1) ferroviaire caractérisé en ce qu'il (1) est équipé d'au moins un dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13 et/ou d'une porte (3) selon la revendication 14.
