Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Zusammenfügen durch Kleben von Teilen aus einem pyrolysierbaren synthetischen Material zur Erzeugung einer Gußform, die als verlorenes Modell beim Gießen von Metallen in einem Verfahren vom Typ der Gießverfahren mit verlorenem Modell dient, bei dem ein in wäßriger Emulsion vorliegender Klebstoff auf die zu verklebenden Teilen gesprüht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Klebstoff auf der Basis von Polyurethanen in wäßriger Emulsion versprüht wird, wonach der Klebstoff durch Verdampfen des Wassers unter Erwärmen auf eine Temperatur, die im Bereich von etwa 50 bis etwa 80 °C liegt, während eines Zeitraums von etwa 8 bis etwa 3 min getrocknet wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem pyrolysierbaren synthetischen Material um expandiertes Polystyrol handelt.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff enthält:
    100 Gewichtsteile einer wäßrigen Emulsion, die besteht aus:
    · 50 bis 100 Gew.-% einer wäßrigen Emulsion eines Polyurethans,
    · 0 bis 50 Gew.% einer wäßrigen Emulsion eines Ethylen/Vinylacetat-Copolymers,
    · 0 bis 50 Gew.-% einer wäßrigen Emulsion eines Vinyl-, Acryloder Vinylacryl-Polymers,
       wobei der Trockensubstanzgehalt jeder Emulsion im Bereich von 40 bis 70 % liegt,
    0 bis 20 Gewichtsteile eines Härters, der unter den Polyisocyanaten ausgewählt ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff in einer Dicke von etwa 60 bis etwa 400 µm aufgetragen wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff bei einer Temperatur oberhalb von 65 °C getrocknet wird und daß die Teile unmittelbar nach der Trocknung zusammengefügt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff bei einer Temperatur unterhalb von 65 °C getrocknet wird, daß man die Teile etwa maximal 4 h ruhen läßt und daß die Teile wieder auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von etwa 65 °C bis zur Verformungstemperatur der Teile aus dem synthetischen Material erwärmt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teile wieder auf etwa 85 °C erwärmt werden.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klebstoff einen Farbstoff enthält, wie z.B. Methylenblau.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trocknung des Klebstoffs mit heißer Luft, Infrarotstrahlung oder Mikrowellenstrahlung durchgeführt wird.
