SE PULVERIZA UNA COLA EN EMULSION ACUOSA SOBRE LAS PARTES QUE HAY QUE ADHERIR. SE PULVERIZA UNA COLA A BASE DE POLIURETANO EN EMULSION ACUOSA, Y A CONTINUACION SE SECA LA COLA EVAPORANDO EL AGUA POR CALENTAMIENTO. EL MATERIAL SINTETICO PIROLIZABLE ES POLIESTIRENO EXPANSIONADO Y LA COLA COMPRENDE 100 PARTES EN PESO DE UNA EMULSION ACUOSA DE POLIURETANO, OCASIONALMENTE HASTA EL 50 % EN PESO DE UNA EMULSION ACUOSA DE UN COPOLIMERO ETILENO/ACETATO DE VINILO O DE UN COPOLIMERO VINILICO, ACRILICO O VINILACRILICO. SE SECA LA COLA A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE APROXIMADAMENTE 50õC Y 80õC, DURANTE UNA DURACION DE APROXIMADAMENTE 8 Y 3 MINUTOS. APLICACION EN LA FABRICACION DE PIEZAS METALICAS MOLDEADAS.
