- 100 parties en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse constituée de :
- 50 à 100 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un polyuréthane,
- 0 à 50 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un copolymère éthylène/acétate de vinyle,
- 0 à 50 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un polymère vinylique, acrylique ou vinylacrylique,
- 0 à 20 parties en poids d'un durcisseur choisi parmi les polyisocyanates.
- 100 parties en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse renfermant
- 68,3 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un élastomère polyester polyuréthane (40 % d'extrait sec),
- 7,92 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un copolymère éthylène/acétate de vinyle (55 % d'extrait sec),
- 18,31 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un copolymère vinylacrylique (60 % d'extrait sec),
- 4,68 parties en poids d'un polyisocyanate aliphatique.

Claims (9)
- Procédé d'assemblage par collage de pièces en matière synthétique pyrolysable, pour constituer une empreinte servant de modèle perdu au cours du moulage de métaux du type à modèle perdu, par pulvérisation d'une colle en émulsion aqueuse sur les parties à encoller,
caractérisé en ce qu'on pulvérise une colle à base de polyuréthanes en émulsion aqueuse, puis on sèche la colle en évaporant l'eau par chauffage à une température comprise entre environ 50°C à environ 80°C, pendant une durée d'environ 8 minutes à environ 3 minutes. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la matière synthétique pyrolysable est du polystyrène expansé. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que la colle comprend :100 parties en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse constituée de :50 à 100 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un polyuréthane,0 à 50 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un copolymère éthylène/acétate de vinyle,0 à 50 % en poids d'une émulsion aqueuse d'un polymère vinylique, acrylique ou vinylacrylique,0 à 20 parties en poids d'un durcisseur choisi parmi les polyisocyanates. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'on dépose la colle selon une épaisseur comprise entre environ 60 µm à environ 400 µm. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'on sèche la colle à une température supérieure à 65°C et qu'on assemble les pièces immédiatement après le séchage. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce qu'on sèche la colle à une température inférieure à 65°C, on laisse les pièces au repos pendant environ au maximum 4 heures, puis on réchauffe les pièces à une température comprise entre environ 65°C et la température de déformation des pièces de matière synthétique. - Procédé selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce qu'on réchauffe les pièces à environ 85°C. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la colle contient un colorant, comme du bleu de méthylène. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise le séchage de la colle par air chaud, rayonnement infrarouge ou micro-ondes.
