Claims (14)
- Trainingsgerät zur Entwicklung und Kräftigung der Körpermuskulatur bei gleichzeitiger koordinativer Kraftschulung mit einem Grundgestell, Mittel zur Erzeugung einer Trainingskraft, einer ersten Rolle, die mit den Mitteln zur Erzeugung einer Trainingskraft über Verbindungselemente gekoppelt ist, wenigstens zwei weitere am Grundgestell fest anordenbare Rollen sowie einem ersten Zugelement, das über die erste Rolle und die wenigstens zwei weiteren Rollen frei bewegbar verläuft, so daß durch Zug auf die Enden des ersten Zugelements eine Zugkraft auf die erste Rolle aufbringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (22 - 26) derart ausgestaltet sind, daß die Position der ersten Rolle (19) im unbelasteten Zustand in Bezug auf den Befestigungspunkt (27) der Mittel zur Trainingskraft-Erzeugung an den Verbindungselementen im Bereich des Grundgestells verstellbar ist. - Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente ein zweites Zugelement (22) umfassen, das an der ersten Rolle (19) festgelegt ist und über wenigstens eine am Grundgestell fest anordenbare weitere Rolle (23) mit den Mitteln zur Trainingskraft-Erzeugung in Verbindung steht, wobei die Länge dieses zweiten Zugelements (22) einstellbar ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Mitteln zur Trainingskraft-Erzeugung eine Rolle (25) angeordnet ist, und daß das zweite Zugelement (22) auch über diese Rolle 25 geführt ist, wobei das der ersten Rolle (19) entgegengesetzte Ende des zweiten Zugelements (22) im Bereich des Grundgestells (4) längenverstellbar festgemacht ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Grundgestell (4) eine weitere Rolle (24) angeordnet ist, über welche das zweite Zugelement (22) nach Verlauf über die Rolle (25) an den Mitteln zur Erzeugung der Trainingskraft geführt ist, bevor es längenverstellbar festgelegt ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Rolle (16) um eine Achse senkrecht zur Rollenachse drehbar angeordnet ist.
- Trainingsgerät, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein mit dem ersten Zugelement (18) in Verbindung bringbares Griffelement (44) vorgesehen ist, das ein Griffteil (46) umfaßt, welches drehbar auf einem das Griffteil (46) durchdringenden Stabelement (45) gelagert ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Enden des Stabelements jeweils die Enden eines Seils (47) angeordnet sind, das in einer Aufnahme (48), welche mit dem ersten Zugelement (18) verbindbar ist, frei gleiten kann.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß ein Schlaufenenlement (51) vorgesehen ist, mittels dem eine menschliche Hand oder ein menschliches Handgelenk an ein Griffelement (44), das mit dem ersten Zugelement (18) verbunden werden kann, fest anbringbar ist.
- Trainingsgerät, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine vom Trainingsgerät weggehende Bodenplatte (70) vorgesehen ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Bodenplatte (70) zusätzliche Ösen (72) vorgesehen sind, an welche die wenigstens zwei weiteren Rollen (16, 17) für das erste Zugelement (18) anbringbar sind.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein an den Enden (20, 21) des ersten Zugelements (18) anbringbarer Rahmen (60) vorgesehen ist.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zur Erzeugung einer Trainingskraft ein elastisches Element, z. B. ein Gummiband (40) umfassen.
- Trainingsgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Zugelement ein Seil (18) umfaßt.
- Trainingsgerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Zugelement ein Seil (18) ist und an den Enden (20, 21) des Seils (18) Griffelemente (44) angeordnet sind, wobei an wenigstens einem Ende des Seils vor dem Griffelement ein Seilverkürzer (37) vorhanden ist.
