Description
Claims (7)
- Ventilschaftabdichtung, bestehend aus einem Dichtkörper aus Elastomer mit einer Feder zur Vorspannung der Dichtlippe gegen eine abzudichtende Fläche des Ventilschaftes und einem mit dem Dichtkörper verbundenen Halteteil, über den die Dichtung auf der Mantelfläche der Ventilschaftführung befestigt ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteteil (6) im die Ventilschaftführung übergreifenden Abschnitt einen vorderen, in der Wandstärke verjüngten und radial von der Ventilführung zurückgesetzten Bereich (9) für die Aufnahme des Dichtkörpers (1) aus Elastomer und einen hinteren, in die Wandstärke verstärkten Bereich (10) zur unmittelbaren Anlage auf der Mantelfläche (11) der Ventilschaftführung (7) aufweist.
- Ventilschaftabdichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtkörper (1) über einen ringförmigen Ansatz (12) in dem verjüngten Bereich (9) des Halteteils (6) befestigt ist.
- Ventilschaftabdichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der ringförmige Ansatz (12) mit seiner Bohrung (13) unter radialer Vorspannung anliegend auf der Mantelfläche (11) der Ventilschaftführung (7) aufgesetzt ist.
- Ventilschaftabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Bohrung (13) des ringförmigen Ansatzes (12) mit einem Wellenprofll (14) versehen ist.
- Ventilschaftabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Halteteil (6) im hinteren verstärkten Bereich (10) in der Bohrung (13) mit einer Schräge (15) versehen ist.
- Ventilschaftabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteteil (6) im hinteren verstärkten Bereich (10) mit mindestens einem in Axialrichtung verlaufenden Schlitz (16) versehen ist.
- Ventilschaftabdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Halteteil (6) aus einem zähharten Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
