Claims (6)
- Spitzenschneider für eine Maschine zur Herstellung einer Materialbahn (3), insbesondere Papier- oder Kartonbahn, mit mindestens einer mit einer unter Druck stehenden Flüssigkeit beaufschlagbaren Düse (43) aus der ein auf eine Walze gerichteter Düsenstrahl austritt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (43) gegenüber einer in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (3) verlaufenden Geraden (G) um einen Winkel (β) geneigt. ist, der in einem Bereich von 0° < β ≤ 45°, vorzugsweise von 10° bis 30° liegt.
- Spitzenschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (43) gegenüber einer Normalen (34) der Düsenstrahl-Berührungstangente (35) um einen Winkel (α) geneigt ist, der in einem Bereich von -25° ≤ α ≤ 45°, vorzugsweise von -5° ≤ α ≤ 10° liegt.
- Spitzenschneider nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (43) mit einer Flüssigkeit beaufschlagbar ist, die unter einem Druck von 400 bar bis 2000 bar, vorzugsweise von 600 bar bis 1200 bar steht.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Düsendurchmesser 0,05 mm bis 0,3 mm, vorzugsweise 0,08 mm bis 0,2 mm beträgt.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (43) zur Oberfläche der Materialbahn (3) einen Abstand (y) von 1 mm bis 50 mm, vorzugsweise von 10 mm bis 25 mm aufweist.
- Spitzenschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (43) zu einer Ablaufstelle (17), an der die Materialbahn (3) von der Walze (Trockenzylinder (5)) abläuft, einen Abstand (x) von 1 mm bis 500 mm, vorzugsweise von 20 mm bis 100 mm aufweist.
