Claims (19)
- Rotor einer Strömungsmaschine, der an einer Oberfläche (6) seiner Rotorwelle (1) in mindestens einer Reihe Laufschaufeln (2) vorsieht, die jeweils über einen Fuß (7) zur Befestigung (1) durch die Oberfläche (6) in die Rotorwelle (1) hineinragen,
daß die Rotorwelle (1) an wenigstens einem Bereich an der Oberfläche (6) nahe eines Fußes (7) ein, eine Ausnehmung (5) in der Rotorwelle (1) überragendes Wellenteil (4) aufweist, das die Ausnehmung (5) radial zur Oberfläche (6) der Rotorwelle (1) beabstandet, wobei
das überragende Wellenteil (4) mit mindestens zwei Durchführungskanälen (9) derart durchsetzt ist, daß die Durchführungskanäle (9) die Ausnehmung (5) mit dem rotorwellenseitig zugewandten Ende eines Fußes (7) zu Kühlzwecken verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
unterhalb der Füsse (7) ein über den Umfang zusammenhängender Umfangshohlraum (10') angeordnet ist, in welchen die Durchführungskanäle (9) münden. - Rotor nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Ausnehmung (5) ein Kühlmedium, vorzugsweise Kühlluft vorgesehen ist. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das überragende Wellenteil (4) am Ende der Rotorwelle (1), d.h. Ende eines Teils der Strömungsmaschine angebracht ist. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchführungskanal (9) radial oder schrägradial zur Rotorwelle (1) angeordnet ist. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (7) in einer Umfangsnut (8) innerhalb der Rotorwelle (1) sitzt, die radial unterhalb des eingesetzten Fußes (7) den Umfangshohlraum (10') vorsieht, der mit dem Durchführungskanal (9) verbunden ist. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (7) in einer Axialnut, die axial oder schrägaxial an der Oberfläche der Rotorwelle verläuft, innerhalb der Rotorwelle (1) sitzt, die radial unterhalb des eingesetzten Fußes (7) den Umfangshohlraum (10') vorsieht, der mit dem Durchführungskanal (9) verbunden ist. - Rotor nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsnut und/oder Axialnut sowie der Fuß Zacken für eine gegenseitige Befestigung aufweisen. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Laufschaufeln (2) an der Oberfläche (6) der Rotorwelle (1) nebeneinander angeordnet sind, und zu einem Fuß (7) einer Laufschaufel (2) jeweils ein Durchführungskanal (9) zugeordnet ist - Rotor nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Durchführungskanal eine Öffnung (11,11') an der rotorwellenseitig zugewandten Seite des überhängenden Wellenteils (5) aufweist, deren Öffnungsradius jeweils derart bemessen ist, daß die Öffnungen zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Durchführungskanäle unterschiedliche Öffnungsradien besitzen. - Rotor nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen entweder einen großen (R) oder einen kleinen (r) Öffnungsradius aufweisen. - Rotor nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotorwellenseitig zugewandte Öffnung (11, 11') eines Durchführungskanals (9) zwei unterschiedlich groß ausgebildete Krümmungsradien (R, r) derart aufweist, daß zwei Öffnungsbereiche einer Öffnung, die der jeweils unmittelbar benachbarten Öffnung nächstliegend sind, einen unterschiedlichen Krümmungsradius vorsehen. - Rotor nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die öffnungsbereiche (11, 11') zweier unmittelbar benachbarter Öffnungen einen übereinstimmenden Krümmungsradius aufweisen. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlräume (10) unter allen, um die Rotorwelle (1) verteilt angebrachten Füßen miteinander zu einem Umfangskanal (10') verbunden sind. - Rotor nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine geradzahlige Anzahl radialer und/oder schrägradialer Durchgangskanäle (9) in einen Umfangskanal (10') mündet - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Strömungsmaschine eine Turbine, eine Verdichterstufe einer Gasturbine oder einer Dampfturbine ist. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Durchführungskanäle (9,9') radial und/oder schrägradial verlaufen und Öffnungen (11, 11') aufweisen, die näher zur Rotorwellenachse angeordnet sind, als andere Bereiche der Durchführungskanäle (9,9'). - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Rotor relativ zu einem, in der Ausnehmung (5) enthaltenen Medium bewegt. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (7) einer Laufschaufel (2) oder eines Teils radial über dem Bereich einer Ausnehmung (5) angeordnet ist. - Rotor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil ein Wärmesegment oder ein Hitzeschild ist.
