Description

The invention relates to a recessed light, especially in a ceiling or furniture, such as cabinets or shelves, built-in light.

Recessed lights are in openings, for example, in suspended wooden ceilings o.ä. are provided used. For this purpose, the recessed lights on a mounting ring, which is inserted from the visible side into the mounting hole and closes with the ceiling. In the mounting ring is a. Reflector used, which is firmly connected by means of fastening webs with the mounting ring. To secure the recessed light in the ceiling opening, brackets, for example in the form of clamps, provided by means of the recessed light is held in the ceiling opening. Within the reflector, a lamp is arranged.

In order to avoid dazzling effect by the lamp, outside the recessed light in front of the reflector, a dressing or screen, for example a glass, a plastic disc or a perforated plate, arranged. The dressing is fixed at a distance from the reflector by means of rods to the mounting ring. For this purpose, the rods, for example by means of screws, firmly connected to the mounting ring and fixed to the dressing room. Since each rod must be firmly connected to the mounting ring as well as fixed to the dressing room, the installation of dressing on recessed lights is difficult and time consuming. To replace the lamp, the dressing room must be removed. For this purpose, the screws with which the rods are attached to the dressing room, with a screwdriver or a corresponding tool to be solved. After replacing the lamp, the dressing must be screwed back to the rods, so that the replacement of lamps is expensive.

A generic built-in rights is known from DE 9307685 U.

The object of the invention is to provide a holder for dressing, with the dressing easily and quickly mounted on recessed lights and removable, and are securely connected.

Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claim 1.

According to the dressing is fixed by means of rod-shaped brackets which are formed perpendicular to its longitudinal axis resilient and press against a projection of the mounting ring or the reflector. Each holding part is rigidly connected at one end to the dressing room. The other end of the holding part has a lug, which is the projection of the mounting ring or the reflector engages behind. The holding part is a simple sheet metal part, which by punching, bending and the like. is made, so that the holding part is easy and cheap.

To attach the dressing room to the recessed light, several rod-shaped holding parts with the dressing room, for example by means of screws, firmly connected. After attaching the rod-shaped holding parts to the dressing, each provided with the approach ends of the holding parts of the dressing away. To attach the dressing room to the recessed light the dressing room must be pressed only against the projection of the reflector or the mounting ring, so that the brackets are elastically resiliently deformed about its longitudinal axis. Once the approaches of the brackets are guided past the projection of the mounting ring or the reflector, snap the brackets back to their original position and engage behind the projection. Since the holding parts press against the projection due to their spring tension, the dressing room is securely connected to the recessed light. The holding parts can be preassembled with the dressing room, so that the dressing room can be attached to the recessed light by simply plugging it on.

If the dressing is fastened, for example, to a round mounting ring with a projection facing radially inwards, the holding parts firmly connected to the dressing are resiliently deformed elastically inwardly by the projection in the radial direction when fastening the dressing to the mounting ring. Once the approaches of the brackets have passed the projection of the mounting ring, the holding parts spring radially outward and embrace the projection of the mounting ring. When attaching a dressing to a reflector, the resilient Holding parts pressed by the projection according to the outside and springs for engaging behind the projection of the reflector inward to its original position.

In order to remove the changing-of-lamp dressing room or for cleaning, the holding parts must be perpendicular to their longitudinal axis, i. be pushed inward during attachment to the mounting ring or in the attachment to the reflector to the outside until the approach of the holding parts no longer engages behind the projection and the dressing is removable from the recessed light.

To attach the dressing room to the recessed light and to remove the dressing from the recessed light no tool is required. Thus, the dressing room can be easily and quickly mounted and removed. Since the preassembled dressing room only has to be put on the recessed light, the dressing room can be attached very quickly and easily to the mounting ring or the reflector.

Preferably, the pointing in the direction of the recessed light projection of the holding part is hook-shaped and has a tongue which engages around the projection of the mounting ring or the reflector. By providing a tongue on the approach, the holding parts are securely connected to the mounting ring or the reflector of the recessed luminaire, since a radial displacement of the holding part is avoided. By a radial displacement of the holding parts of the approach of the holding part relative to the projection of the mounting ring or the reflector could be moved so that the approach no longer surrounds the projection and the dressing is no longer safe to the recessed light is attached. This is prevented by the provision of the tongue, which engages behind the projection.

To remove a dressing room fastened with such holding parts, the dressing room must be moved in the direction of the recessed light until the tongues no longer embrace the projection. Subsequently, the holding parts as described above are bent radially inwardly or outwardly resiliently until the lugs of the holding parts no longer engage behind the projection and the dressing room can be removed.

To attach the holding parts to the dressing the holding parts may have an angled foot part. The foot part has, for example, a threaded hole into which a screw for fastening the holding part is screwed to the dressing room. The foot part is followed by a flat bending area, which allows the springs of the holding part. Since the resilient region is thus provided at the end of the holding part facing the dressing, a long lever arm is provided between the projection provided at the other end of the holding part and the bending region, so that only slight forces are required for elastic deformation of the holding parts. As a result, the mounting and removal of the dressing is additionally facilitated.

Preferably, the rod-shaped part of the holding part with the foot part encloses an acute angle before mounting the dressing room on the recessed light. The acute angle between the rod part and foot part is bent in the inserted state at right angles, so that the holding part in the inserted state is approximately perpendicular to the dressing room. Due to the bias of the holding parts when mounted dressing the holding member is pressed against the projection, so that a twisting of the dressing is prevented.

With the mounting ring 10 is by means of a screw 16, a fastening web 17 firmly connected. The upper end of the fastening web 17 in FIG. 1 is connected to the reflector 15, so that the reflector 15 is supported by the mounting ring 10. Along the circumference of the mounting ring 10 a plurality of fastening webs 17 are arranged, which are fastened by means not shown clamp or corresponding brackets on the inside 18 of the ceiling 12, so that the reflector 15 is held together with the mounting ring 10 fixed in the ceiling opening 11. Further, a mounting box may be connected to the mounting webs 17, in which the electrical leads and the socket for a lamp are housed. The lamp is disposed within the reflector 15.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, a round dressing 20 is secured by means of a plurality of circumferentially distributed holding parts 21 on the reflector 15. For attachment of the dressing 20 serve the in Figs. 2-4 holding parts 21. The holding part 21 is a one-piece sheet metal part, the like by punching, bending and the like. made of a flat sheet metal material. The holding part 21 has a foot part 22 which is fixedly connected to the dressing room 20 (FIG. 1). For this purpose, the foot part 22 has an annular shoulder 23, for example, with an internal thread provided in an opening. The foot part 22 of the holding part 21 is placed in Fig. 1 from above the dressing room and by means of a screw 24 which is screwed into the thread of the annular projection 23 from below, rigidly connected to the dressing room 20. Furthermore, the foot part 22 on a bent, acting as a rotation projection 25, which engages in a recess 26 of the dressing room 20. This is ensures that the holding part 21 is connected in a defined position with the dressing 20.

At the foot part 22, a flat bending region 27 connects. When using the holding part 21 for attachment to a reflector 15 includes the flat bending portion 27 with the foot part 22 at an acute angle, preferably an angle of 80 ° to 85 °, so that the holding part 21 before mounting on the reflector 15 with respect. the dressing room 20 is inclined inwards. Subsequent to the flat bending region 27, a central region of the holding part 21 is bent around the longitudinal axis of the holding part 21 to a partially closed rod part 30. The rod member 30 is part-circular in cross section. The opening 31 of the rod member 30 has in the assembled state to the inside, so that when viewing the recessed light gives the impression that the dressing 20 is fixed by means of round rods on the recessed light.

Subsequent to the rod part 30, the holding part 21 has a flat region 32 extending parallel to the bending region 27. At the upper end of the flat portion 32, the sheet of the holding part 21 is bent to a neck 33 by about 90 ° inwardly in the direction of the foot part 22. At the neck 33, a tongue 34 is also formed by corresponding bending of the sheet. The tongue 34 points in a first area downwards in the direction of the foot part 22 and is bent back upwards in a second area.

In order to bring the dressing in the inserted state shown in Fig. 1, a plurality of holding parts 21 at their foot parts 22 by screws 24 with the dressing room 20 firmly connected. Subsequently, the fixedly connected to the holding parts 21 dressing 20 is moved in Fig. 1 upwards. As soon as the tongues 34 of the holding parts touch an edge 35 of a projection 37 of the reflector 15, the holding parts 21 are bent outwards. The required bending takes place substantially in the bending region 27 of the holding parts 21. The dressing room 20 is moved upward until the tongues 34 have passed an upper edge 38 of the projection 37. Due to the spring action of the holding parts 21, the holding parts 21 snap inwards. Once the holding parts 21 are snapped, the dressing 20 slides slightly in Fig. 1 down, so that the tongues 34 of the holding parts 21 engage around the projection and the holding parts 21 are in the position shown in Fig. 1. The dressing 20 is firmly connected by simply plugging the reflector 15 with the projection 37.

To remove the dressing room 20, the dressing room must be slightly raised in the direction of the reflector 15 until the tongues 34 no longer engage around the projection 37. Then, the holding parts 21 can be bent outwards until the lugs 33 no longer engage behind the projection 37 and the dressing room 30 can be removed downwards from the downlight.

A foot part 41 and a bending portion 42 are formed corresponding to the foot part 22 and the bending part 27 of the holding part 21. In contrast to the holding part 21, a partially rounded bent rod part 43 of the holding part 40 extends from the bending region 42 over the entire length of the holding part 40 upwards. To form a projection 37 (FIG. 1) encompassing approach, the part-circular cross-section rod portion 43 in the upper region two recesses 45,46 which are open in the direction of the edges 47,48 of the rod member 43. The recesses 45,46 are arranged so that in the upper region of the holding part 40 of the part-circular cross section of the rod 43 is maintained and for gripping around the projection 37 two lugs 49,50 are formed. Of the lugs 49,50 two tongues 51,52 extend into the recess 45,46 down in the direction of the foot part 41. The holding part 40 is connected according to the holding part 21 with the dressing 20 and as described above with reference to FIG Reflector 15 connected.
