Definitions
- the invention relates to a rotor nozzle, in particular for a high-pressure cleaning device, with a nozzle housing that is axially at one end an inlet opening and at the other end an outlet opening for the cleaning liquid has, as well as with in the nozzle housing opposite whose longitudinal axis is inclined, from the cleaning liquid driven rotor that rolls on the inside wall of the housing, the one with the cleaning fluid flowing through, axially to the rotor aligned nozzle is provided, the one facing the outlet opening End is pivotally supported in a cup bearing, according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- Such a rotor nozzle is known from DE 44 33 646 C2, in which the rotor with at least one protruding radially outward, on the Rotor rotatably mounted rolling ring is provided on the inner wall of the housing expires. In this way it is achieved that despite reduced Rotational speed of the rotor around the longitudinal axis of the rotor nozzle The speed of the self-rotation of the nozzle body is freely selectable.
- the rotatable mounting of the rolling ring decouples the self-rotation of the nozzle body resulting from the operation of the orbital rotation of the nozzle body in contact with the inside wall of the housing. This results in significant advantages with regard to the specification the circulation speeds, especially in the starting phase, and it also reduces wear and increases operational safety achieved.
- the object of the present invention is to further embodiments create that lead to corresponding advantages and for special applications alternatively can be chosen.
- the rotor is according to the features of claim 1 which solve this object surrounding one-piece outer sleeve that rotates on the rotor is arranged and with a partial peripheral area on the housing inner wall expires.
- the rotor nozzle shown in the figure is particularly suitable for use in Determined connection with a high pressure cleaning device.
- the rotor nozzle consists in particular of a possibly two-part housing 1, wherein in If the housing is divided into two, the two parts are screwed together and can be mutually sealed with an O-ring.
- the nozzle housing 1 is axially at one end with a central Inlet opening 3 and at the other end with an outlet opening 4 for the Provide cleaning liquid.
- a longitudinal axis 6 opposite the latter provided inclined rotor 7.
- the rotor 7 is one of the Cleaning fluid flowed through, essentially axially to the rotor 7 aligned nozzle 8 provided.
- the end facing the outlet opening 4 the nozzle 8 is pivotally supported in a cup bearing 9.
- the area of the nozzle housing 1 facing the inlet opening 3 is as Vortex chamber 10 formed, in which several with the inlet opening in Connected inlet channels 11 open in the radial direction.
- the insert part 18 provided with an outer cone surface.
- the inlet side face of the Rotor 7 stands this conical surface in the operational state with little Distance opposite, which is achieved in this area strongly swirling cleaning liquid soothes the nozzle body entry.
- the insert ensures that the rotor 7 without Pressurizing the nozzle housing 1 in its inclined position remains.
- the outer sleeve 21 is preferably pushed onto the rotor body 7 and designed to be snapped on, for which purpose the rotor body has an annular recess 25, into which a radially inwardly extending extension 24 of the Sleeve engages. A slight axial relative mobility between the rotor body 7 and outer sleeve 21 can be provided.
- an O-ring 26 is provided on the outside, which has a holding function.
- the outer sleeve 21 lies in a partial area 22 on the inner wall of the housing 23 on, so that this outer sleeve 21 during operation on the Housing inner wall 23 expires, whereby the rotational speed of the Reduced rotor around the longitudinal axis of the nozzle and due to the rotatable Storage of the sleeve decoupling the resulting in operation Self-rotation of the nozzle body from the rotation of the nozzle body is achieved.
- the outer sleeve 21 can be configured in terms of material be that during the process on the housing inner wall 23 deformation work is performed.
- the O-ring 26 which is non-rotatably on the outer sleeve 21, further up in to move the contact area 22 so that instead of the rotatably mounted Outer sleeve 21 of the O-ring 26 runs on the inner wall 23 of the housing.
- tread area 22 can for flow calming purposes both on the sleeve 21 and on the housing inner wall 23 ribbing may be provided.
