Description
Cette solution ressort par exemple de l'enseignement du brevet EP-A-0145619. La partie immergée dans l'eau peut présenter des agencements faisant office de marche d'escalier.
Après fixation des deux parties de l'escalier, par rapport aux panneaux du bassin de la piscine, subsiste, entre la face arrière de l'escalier et la face avant des panneaux profilés, un espace libre qui, conséquemment, sera rempli d'eau. Il en résulte que des feuilles ou autres impuretés, peuvent s'accumuler dans cet espace, ce qui peut poser des problèmes importants pour l'entretien de l'ensemble de la piscine.

- la face du corps, opposée à celle présentant les marches, présentant des agencements pour le montage et la fixation d'un caisson obtenu par rotomoulage et dans lequel sont montés les moyens d'aspiration et de refoulement en combinaison avec le système de filtration,
- le corps présentant latéralement des agencements pour la fixation des panneaux adjacents constituant le bassin de la piscine, remarquable en ce que :
- le corps de l'escalier délimite un volume fermé creux obtenu par rotomoulage pour constituer ledit réservoir.
Dans ce but, l'une des marches présente, au niveau de sa face horizontale, directement lors du rotomoulage, des nervures délimitant des espaces en creux, pour être en communication avec une prise d'air reliée par un tuyau à un organe disposé dans le caisson technique, ladite marche recevant une plaque microperforée.
Pour augmenter la rigidité du corps (1), ce dernier présente directement lors du rotomoulage, une pluralité de nervures horizontales (1d) et verticales (1e).
L'autre extrémité (6b) du tuyau (6) débouche au niveau de la préforme de centrage (1h). L'extrémité (6b) du tuyau (6) déborde de la préforme de centrage (1h) pour être raccordée d'une manière étanche par tout moyen connu et approprié, au système de pompage, logé dans le caisson technique.
Le tuyau de refoulement (TR), raccordé à une prise correspondante de la pompe (7), est accouplé de manière étanche, à un tuyau (8) pré-installé à l'intérieur du réservoir (1a) et débouchant, par l'intermédiaire d'une buse (8a) au niveau notamment, de l'une des contremarches de l'escalier.
Il en résulte, d'une manière connue, que l'eau du bassin, remplit le réservoir (1a) par l'ouverture (1i), passe au travers du filtre (3), pour être aspirée par la pompe (7), par l'intermédiaire des tuyaux (6) et (TA) pour être refoulée par ladite pompe (7), par l'intermédiaire des tuyaux (TR) et (8).
Comme le montrent les figures 11, 12 et 13 le fond du réservoir présente une empreinte en creux (1a1) formée à partir de la face arrière (1f) du corps (1) afin de délimiter un fond surélevé (1a2) par rapport à une embase d'appui au sol (1a3) de forme générale en U et de section interne creuse. Le fond surélevé (1a2) est parfaitement lisse et situé dans un plan horizontal au niveau de la première marche de l'escalier considérée à partir du bas et afin d'être situé en alignement avec des fentes débouchantes (1m) formée dans l'épaisseur de la contre marche correspondante. La section interne de l'embase d'appui (1a3) est garni d'un matériau léger tel qu'une mousse (M), elle même recouverte par exemple d'un mortier (m) parfaitement lisse de manière à créer une continuité avec le fond surélevé (1a2).
Au dessus du fond surélevé est disposée une rampe (R) reliée à la tuyauterie de refoulement. Cette rampe présente une pluralité de jets d'eau afin de repousser les saletés ou autres qui peuvent apparaítre sur le fond surélevé afin de les évacuer au travers des fentes (1m) dans le bassin de la piscine pour les recycler en les soumettant au système de filtration.
Ces dispositions permettent donc d'éviter toutes stagnations des bactéries ou autres dans le fond du réservoir.
Bien évidemment, le caisson technique (2) recevant le système de pompage est obturé d'une manière étanche par un couvercle amovible (17).
- la fabrication par rotomoulage permettant d'obtenir un escalier sous forme d'un corps volumétrique creux parfaitement étanche,
- la diminution du coût de fabrication,
- la possibilité d'intégrer d'autres fonctions,
- la possibilité d'assembler de manière étanche, l'ensemble de l'escalier filtrant en continuité avec les autres panneaux constitutifs du bassin de la piscine.
Claims (14)
- Escalier filtrant pour bassin de piscine, comprenant un corps (1) dont l'une des faces présente des marches (1b), et un réservoir (1a) en communication avec l'eau du bassin,le réservoir (1) présentant des agencements internes aptes à permettre le montage d'un système de filtration (3,4) en communication avec l'eau contenue dans le réservoir (1a),la face (1f) du corps (1), opposée à celle présentant les marches (1b), présentant des agencements (1g) (1h) pour le montage et la fixation d'un caisson (2) obtenu par rotomoulage et dans lequel sont montés les moyens (7) d'aspiration et de refoulement en combinaison avec le système de filtration (3,4),le corps (1) présentant latéralement des agencements pour la fixation des panneaux adjacents constituant le bassin de la piscine, caractérisé en ce que :le corps (1) de l'escalier délimite un volume fermé creux obtenu par rotomoulage pour constituer ledit réservoir (1a).
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les agencements internes, pour le montage du système de filtration, sont constitués par des nervure (1d1) (1d2) formées dans le fond du réservoir (1a), directement lors du rotomoulage, lesdites nervures permettant, en combinaison, l'appui d'une plaque support (5) présentant des organes de raccordement, avec le système de filtration en tant que tel (3) (4).
- Escalier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les organes de raccordement sont constitués par un tuyau coudé (6) disposé entre les deux nervures (1d1, 1d2), l'une des extrémités (6a) du tuyau (6) débouchant dans la plaque (5) pour être raccordée à la base d'au moins un support (4) recevant une poche filtrante (3), l'autre extrémité (6b) dudit tuyau (6), débouchant au niveau des agencements de raccordement du réservoir (1a), avec le caisson (2) recevant les moyens de pompage (7).
- Escalier selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie supérieure du support recevant la ou les poches filtrantes, est raccordée de manière étanche, dans une semelle (9), elle même rendue solidaire de manière étanche, d'une cheminée (1c) formée au niveau supérieur du réservoir (1a), en communication avec une trappe d'accès (1j) obturée par un couvercle amovible (10).
- Escalier selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau (6), monté dans la plaque (5) et relié au système de filtration (3) (4), est raccordé au niveau de la prise d'aspiration de la pompe (7), dont la prise de refoulement est raccordée à un tuyau (8) débouchant au niveau de l'une des marches d'escalier du réservoir.
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fond du réservoir (1a) présente une empreinte en creux (1a1) formée à partir de la face arrière (1f), afin de délimiter un fond surélevé (1a2) par rapport à une embase d'appui au sol (1a3) de forme générale en U et de section interne creuse, ledit fond surélevé est situé en alignement avec des fentes débouchantes (1m) formées dans l'épaisseur d'une contremarche, ladite section interne est remplie d'un matériau léger agencé pour créer une continuité avec le fond surélevé (1a2).
- Escalier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'empreinte en creux (1a1) délimitant le fond surélevé (1a2) est obturée par un caisson technique support (18) formé d'une pluralité de nervures de rigidité (18a).
- Escalier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au dessus du fond surélevé (1a2) est disposée une rampe (R) reliée à la tuyauterie de refoulement, la rampe étant agencée afin de repousser les éventuelles saletés qui peuvent apparaítre sur le fond surélevé, afin de les évacuer au travers des fentes (11) dans le bassin de la piscine.
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les agencements pour le montage et la fixation du caisson (2) recevant la pompe (7) d'aspiration et de refoulement, sont constitués, d'une part, par des étais (1g) formés lors du rotomoulage du réservoir et sur lesquels prend appui ledit caisson et, d'autre part, par une préforme de centrage (1h) coopérant avec une ouverture formée dans le caisson (2), ladite préforme (1h) qui constitue un corps creux, recevant les tuyaux d'aspiration et de refoulement.
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des marches (1b) présente, au niveau de sa face horizontale, directement lors du rotomoulage, des nervures (1b1) délimitant des espaces en creux, pour être en communication avec une prise d'air reliée par un tuyau à un organe disposé dans le caisson technique (2), ladite marche recevant une plaque microperforée (13).
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les agencements pour la fixation des panneaux adjacents, sont constitués par des ailes latérales (1k) dans l'épaisseur desquelles sont noyés des inserts métalliques aptes à recevoir des organes de fixation.
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de la périphérie externe du corps (1) présente des inserts métalliques pour la fixation de goulottes verticales conformées en section pour recevoir du béton.
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face avant du réservoir (1a), au niveau des marches (1b), présente une bride en forme de U, recevant un support de vissage (1h), recouvert d'un joint (15), pour la fixation d'un liner découpé à la forme en U, et fixé dans le support au moyen de vis recouvertes d'une baguette de protection (16).
- Escalier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'une des contremarches intègre, lors de l'opération de rotomoulage, des agencements pour le positionnement d'au moins un projecteur (PR).
