Claims (11)
- Beheizbare Kalanderwalze mit mehreren in Längsrichtung des Walzenkörpers verlaufenden Heizkanälen und mit einer oder mehreren im Inneren der Heizkanäle vorgesehenen, die Heizkanäle (3) durchziehenden, in rotierendem Zustand der Walze mit einer Stromquelle direkt oder induktiv verbindbaren Heizungen (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizungen (6) an oder in einem schlauchartigen Träger (4) aus weichelastischem Kunststoff, insbesondere aus einer Polyorganosiloxanverbindung, derart angeordnet sind, daß sie unter radialer Aufweitung zusammen mit dem schlauchartigen Träger (4) an die inneren Umfangsflächen (11) der Heizkanäle anlegbar sind.
- Kalanderwalze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Umfangsfläche des Trägerschlauches (4) mit der inneren Umfangsfläche (11) der Heizkanäle (3) durch Aufvulkanisieren oder Verkleben verbunden ist.
- Kalanderwalze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerschlauch (4) mit Druckgas, insbesondere Druckluft, beaufschlagbar ist.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Polyorganosiloxan ein Fluorsilikon oder ein Silikongummi verwendet wird.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Heizung (6) in Form eines radial nachgiebigen Spiraldrahtes oder Drahtgeflechtes ausgebildet ist, das in die Wandung (5) des Trägerschlauches (4) einextrudiert ist.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Heizdraht (6) eine Isolationsbeschichtung aufweist.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei sich jeweils etwa bis zur Walzenmitte erstreckende Trägerschläuche (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerschlauch (4) aus einem Innenschlauch kleineren Durchmessers und einem Außenschlauch größeren Durchmessers besteht, wobei die elektrische Heizung (6) zwischen Innenund Außenschlauch angeordnet ist.
- Kalanderwalze nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schläuche miteinander verklebt sind.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizung als Induktionsheizung ausgebildet ist.
- Kalanderwalze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenseite des Trägerschlauches Thermofühler zur Steuerung des Heizstromes der elektrischen Heizung vorgesehen sind.
