Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Ankuppeln eines Verschiebemittels an einen Walzenwechselwagen/- schlitten oder ein Walzgerüst bzw. einen Walzenständer,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verschiebemittel (1) mit einem Kupplungskopf (4) ausgebildet ist, der in seinem Inneren ein axiales Ein- und Ausrückelement (5) aufweist, dem radial verlagerbare Rastkörper (8) zugeordnet sind, die in ein in situ dem Kupplungskopf (4) umschließendes Kupplungsgehäuse (9) eingreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Verschiebemittel (1) ein Stellzylinder (2) ist, dessen Kolbenstange (3) mit dem Kupplungskopf (4) versehen ist, der als axiales Verstellelement einen an seinem Außenumfang mit Hubschrägen (6) ausgebildeten Plunger (5) aufnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2,
gekennzeichnet durch
als Rastkörper eingesetzte, in Durchtrittsöffnungen (7) des Kupplungskopfes (4) begrenzt ein- und ausrückbar gehaltene Kugeln (8) und eine diesen im Kupplungsgehäuse (9) zugeordnete umlaufende Rastnut (12). - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Zylindergehäuse (13) einen der Kolbenfläche (15) des Zylinderkolbens (16) und einen dem Plunger (5) zugeordneten Druckmittelanschluß (14, 17) aufweist, wobei in der Kolbenstange (3) eine zu dem Plunger (5) führende Druckmittelzuleitung (18) angeordnet ist, die über Radialbohrungen (19) an den kolbenstangenseitigen Zylinderraum (20) angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Plunger (5) unter der Kraft einer Druckfeder (21) steht. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckfeder (21) in einer Mittenbohrung (22) des Plungers (5) angeordnet ist und sich mit ihrem freien vorderen Ende (23) am Grund (24) einer den Plunger (5) aufnehmenden Bohrung (25) des Kupplungskopfes (4) abstützt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kupplungsgehäuse (9) an ein Walzgerüst (10) angeflanscht ist.
