Definitions

  • the invention relates to a projectile for barrel weapons according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a projectile is known from US 4,444,112A known.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a projectile for barrel weapons, which for combat lightly armored vehicles and infantry is suitable.
  • the projectile according to the invention has a relatively steep, ballistic rise Trajectory and only comes to its relatively steeply sloping trajectory part Deployment, either through the proximity function or through the serve function. This makes the projectile according to the invention for local combat, combat of armored personnel carriers, vehicle collections and covered gun emplacements suitable. When fighting buildings, the floor according to the invention able to penetrate concrete ceilings and in the interior of the building Effect to come.
  • the mortar projectile 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists essentially of a Tail 2, an igniter 3 with sensor 16, an energy supply 17, one Explosive charge 4 and a penetration grenade 6.
  • the penetration grenade 6 is stored and penetrated in a floor 7 almost the entire usable interior space 8 of the mortar level 1.
  • the penetration grenade 6 is 9 of the most of its length Explosive charge 4 and a double splinter jacket 5 surrounded.
  • a front, annular support 10 of the penetration grenade 6 is also formed splintering.
  • detonators 12 are arranged in the floor protected against impact.
  • Parts such as sensor 16 and power supply 17 are arranged on the ogive side.
  • the penetration grenade 6 has a connection to the floor of the floor 7, which consists of a shearable thread 13.
  • the explosive charge 4 designed as a main charge is detonator-free. It surrounds the Penetration grenade 6 almost over its entire length 9. They are ignited sympathetically by an explosive charge 22 of the penetration grenade 6th
  • the penetration grenade 6 has a solid penetration head 30 and a tubular rear part 31 for receiving the explosive charge 22, the detonator 12 and the safety device 11.
  • the ogive-shaped punch head 30 is in a corresponding opening 34 a cone angled at the rear, serving as an annular support 10 35 positively and / or non-positively mounted.
  • the cone 35 is on its side on the projectile casing 26 positive and / or non-positive attached.
  • the cone 35 is designed as a two-layer splinter body 36.
  • the first layer consists of glued or soldered heavy metal bodies 38 which form a self-supporting layer 37.
  • a second layer 39 on the ogive side consisting of construction splinters 40 firmly arranged.
  • the second layer 39 consists, for example, of a pre-notched coil or pre-notched rings, both made of steel or heavy metal.
  • a fragment jacket 25 of the mortar shell 1 made of a splintering material has an additional splinter insert 27 on the inside.
  • This sliver insert 27 in turn consists of a pre-embossed splinter casing 28, such as a pre-notched one Fragment spiral or from a number of pre-notches arranged next to one another, cylindrical splinter rings.
  • a separate storey log 50 is connected to the splinter jacket 25.
  • the storey ogive consists of a suitable plastic, which from the splinters 38, 40th of the cone 35 can be penetrated without resistance or almost without resistance.
  • the swirl projectile 100 which is designed as an artillery projectile, assigns the the mortar level 1 correspondingly described elements and assemblies.
  • the igniter 12 has different working areas. So there are the following Functions possible, namely floor service, floor clearance approx. 1 to 4 m, floor clearance approx. 8 to 14 m, medium delay and additional with long delay.
  • the projectile 1, 100 generates many when the igniter 12 approaches long-range splinters in effective size and defined form in the airspace from 0 up to 2 m above the ground.
