Description
Claims (9)
- Zahnradpumpe, bestehend aus zwei, je einer Welle (W1, W2) zugeordneten und ineinandergreifenden Zahnrädern (Z1, Z2), die je mit einer Antriebseinheit (AE1, AE2) angetrieben werden, wobei die Antriebseinheiten (AE1, AE2) je durch eine Steuereinheit (SE1, SE2) derart steuerbar sind, dass die Wellen (W1, W2) mit einer vorgebbaren Drehzahl (ω1, ω2) drehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheiten (SE1, SE2) über eine Datenleitung (DL) verbindbar sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinheiten (SE1, SE2) symmetrisch zueinander aufgebaut sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Antriebseinheit (AE1, AE2) ein Leistungswandler (WR1, WR2) vorgesehen ist, der mit der jeweiligen Antriebseinheit (AE1, AE2) wirkverbunden ist, und dass in jeder Steuereinheit (SE1, SE2) eine Kontrolleinheit (KE1, KE2) zur Erzeugung von Steuersignalen (SS1, SS2) vorgesehen ist, die den entsprechenden Leistungswandlern (WR1, WR2) beaufschlagt sind, wobei die zwischen den Steuereinheiten (SE1, SE2) vorhandene Datenleitung (DL) auf die jeweiligen Kontrolleinheiten (KE1, KE2) der Steuereinheiten (SE1, SE2) geführt sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leistungswandlerausgangssignale oder zu diesen proportionale Signale in die entsprechende Kontrolleinheit (KE1, KE2) zurückgeführt sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinheiten (AE1, AE2) vom Typ Asynchronmaschinen sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leistungswandler (WR1, WR2) vom Typ Wechselrichter zur Erzeugung von Strom (I1, I2), Spannung (U1, U2) und Frequenz (F1, F2) sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Welle (W1, W2) eine Drehzahlmesseinheit (DME1, DME2) zur Bestimmung der jeweiligen Wellendrehzahl (ω1, ω2) und/oder der jeweiligen Position der Wellen (W1, W2) zueinander vorgesehen ist, wobei die Drehzahlmesseinheiten (DME1, DME2) je mit der entsprechenden Kontrolleinheit (KE1, KE2) wirkverbunden sind.
- Zahnradpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leistungsverhältnis zwischen den beiden Antriebseinheiten (AE1, AE2) zwischen 0.05 und 1 einstellbar ist.
- Zahnradpumpe nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Recheneinheit an die Datenleitung (DL) anschliessbar ist.
