Die Erfindung betrifft ein Abstreifelement für Staubsaugerdüsen. Es besteht aus einer Bürstenleiste (2) und einem Schaber (3) aus einem elastomeren Material, der mit der Bürstenleiste (2) eine in einer Aufnahmenut (4) an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse befestigbare Funktionseinheit bildet. Der Schaber (3) weist eine gegenüber der Bürstenleiste (2) unterseitig vorstehende glatte Wischkante (5) sowie oberhalb der Wischkante (5) in Längsrichtung gereihte Öffnungen (6) auf. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Abstreifelement für eine Staubsaugerdüse.
Staubsaugerdüsen, die zum Saugen von Glattböden eingesetzt werden, weisen an ihrer Unterseite Abstreifelemente in Form von Bürstenleisten und/oder Schaber aus Kunststoff oder Gummi auf. Die Abstreifelemente können fest an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse angeordnet sein. Wenn die Staubsaugerdüse auch zum Trockensaugen von Teppichböden eingesetzt werden soll, sind die Abstreifelemente zumeist an einem in der Staubsaugerdüse heb- und senkbar angeordneten Halter befestigt und können durch eine Bewegung des Halters ein- und ausgefahren werden.
Staubsaugerdüsen, die zum Trockensaugen von Glattböden eingesetzt werden, sind in der Praxis regelmäßig mit Bürstenleisten ausgerüstet.
Aus DE 690 03 698 T2 ist eine Mehrzweck-Staubsaugerdüse bekannt, die für das Trockensaugen auf Teppichböden, für das Trockensaugen auf Glattböden sowie für das Naßsaugen auf Glattböden eingerichtet ist. Sie weist eine heb- und senkbare Tragplatte auf, an der eine im Aufriß U-förmige Bürstenleiste sowie außerdem eine flexible Abziehlippe befestigt sind. Die Bürstenleiste ist vor dem bodenseitig offenen, kanalförmigen Saugmund der Staubsaugerdüse, die Abziehlippe hinter dem Saugmund angeordnet. Die Bürstenleiste nimmt in der ausgefahrenen Funktionsstellung das Gewicht der Staubsaugerdüse auf und dient insofern als Abstützelement. Sie verleiht der Staubsaugerdüse ihre Trockensaugeigenschaften auf glatten Böden. Die an anderer Stelle der Staubsaugerdüse angeordnete Abziehlippe ist für die Naßsaugeigenschaften der Düse maßgebend.
Bei einer aus US 3 107 387 bekannten Staubsaugerdüse bestehen die Abstreifelemente aus flexiblen Schabern, die an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse beidseits des Saugmundes befestigt sind. Die Schaber weisen eine glatte Wischkante sowie oberhalb der Wischkante in Längsrichtung gereihte Öffnungen auf. Die bekannte Staubsaugerdüse ist zum Naßsaugen von Glattböden geeignet. Ihre Trockensaugeigenschaften sind schlecht.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Abstreifelement für Staubsaugerdüsen anzugeben, das sich sowohl durch gute Trockensaugeigenschaften als auch gute Naßsaugeigenschaften auf glatten Böden auszeichnet.
Gegenstand der Erfindung und Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Abstreifelement, bestehend aus einer Bürstenleiste und einem Schaber aus einem elastomeren Material, der mit der Bürstenleiste eine in eine Aufnahmenut an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse befestigbare Funktionseinheit bildet,
  • wobei der Schaber eine gegenüber der Bürstenleiste unterseitig vorstehende glatte Wischkante sowie oberhalb der Wischkante in Längsrichtung gereihte Öffnungen aufweist und
  • wobei die Bürstenleiste im Bereich dieser Öffnungen mit Ausklinkungen versehen ist.
    • Der Schaber besteht aus Gummi oder Kunststoff und ist biegsam ausgebildet. An der Unterseite steht er geringfügig, z.B. ca. 1 mm, gegenüber der Bürstenleiste vor. Je nach Bewegungsrichtung der Staubsaugerdüse legt sich die Wischkante in der einen oder anderen Richtung um. Die Bürstenleiste begrenzt die Umlenkbewegung jedoch in einer Richtung und führt gleichsam zu einer Versteifung des Schabers in dieser Bewegungsrichtung. Das erlaubt es, den Schaber sehr flexibel auszubilden. Die Öffnungen des Schabers und die den Öffnungen zugeordneten Ausklinkungen der Bürstenleiste ermöglichen einen wirksamen Eintritt der Saugluft, wobei von dem Bürstenstreifen aufgenommene Partikel im Luftstrom abgelöst und mit dem Saugluftstrom abgeführt werden. Darüber hinaus sind die Öffnungen in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wischkante so angeordnet, daß stauende Nässe einen Durchlaß findet. Flüssigkeitsansammlungen auf dem zu reinigenden Boden sind in einer Vorwärts- und/oder Rückwärtsbewegung des Saugkopfes überfahrbar und können, sobald sie in den Arbeitsbereich der Staubsaugerdüse gelangen, im Saugluftstrom aufgenommen und abgeführt werden. Ein auf dem zu reinigenden Boden verbleibender Flüssigkeitsfilm wird von der Wischkante des Schabers erfaßt und im Saugluftstrom abgesaugt. Im Ergebnis ermöglicht das erfindungsgemäße Abstreifelement ein wirkungsvolles Trockensaugen und Naßsaugen auf glatten Böden.
    In weiterer Ausgestaltung lehrt die Erfindung, daß der Schaber aus einer kopfseitigen Verdickung und einer daran angeformten biegsamen Abziehlippe besteht, wobei die kopfseitige Verdickung an der Bürstenleiste anliegt und wobei die Abziehlippe, welche die Wischkante aufweist sowie die Öffnungen enthält, mit Abstand frei beweglich zur Bürstenleiste ausgerichtet ist. Die Bürstenleiste weist zweckmäßig eine die Borsten einfassende Kopfleiste auf. Vorzugsweise ist die Anordnung so getroffen, daß die kopfseitige Verdickung des Schabers an einem Schenkel dieser Kopfleiste anliegt sowie die Oberseite der Kopfleiste umfaßt. Die kopfseitige Verdickung des Schabers sowie die Kopfleiste der Bürstenleiste können z.B. durch Verklebung miteinander verbunden sein. Jedenfalls sind die Kopfleiste der Bürstenleiste sowie die kopfseitige Verdickung des Schabers gemeinsam in eine Aufnahmenut an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse gehalten. Die Aufnahmenut kann an einer gehäusefesten Sohle angeordnet sein, sie kann aber auch Teil einer heb- und senkbaren Anordnung sein. In weiterer Ausgestaltung lehrt die Erfindung, daß die kopfseitige Verdickung des Schabers und das obere Ende der Bürstenleiste in die Aufnahmenut einer Klemmleiste eingespannt sind, die einen die flexible Abziehlippe an ihrer zur Bürstenleiste abgewandten Außenseite oberhalb der Öffnungen stützende Schenkel aufweist. Die Klemmleiste ist beispielsweise heb- und senkbar innerhalb des Saugkopfes der Staubsaugerdüse untergebracht und kann mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung ein- und ausgefahren werden.
    Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, daß der Schaber oberhalb der Öffnungen einen Steg aufweist, der an der von der Bürstenleiste abgewandten Außenseite angeformt ist und an einer Gehäusewand der Staubsaugerdüse anliegt. Dieser Steg erfüllt zusätzliche Dichtungsfunktionen, stützt die Abziehlippe des Schabers und hat insofern auch die Funktion einer Versteifung.
    Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung ausführlicher erläutert. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung

    Das in den Figuren dargestellte Abstreifelement 1 besteht aus einer Bürstenleiste 2 und einem Schaber 3 aus einem elastomeren Material, z.B. aus Gummi oder einem flexiblen Kunststoff. Die Bürstenleiste 2 und der Schaber 3 sind unmittelbar hintereinander angeordnet und bilden eine Funktionseinheit, die in einer Aufnahmenut 4 an der in Fig. 1 nur angedeuteten Unterseite einer Staubsaugerdüse befestigbar ist. Einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 2 entnimmt man, daß der Schaber 3 eine gegenüber der Bürstenleiste 2 unterseitig vorstehende glatte Wischkante 5 sowie oberhalb der Wischkante 5 in Längsrichtung gereihte Öffnungen 6 aufweist. Im Bereich dieser Öffnungen 6 ist die Bürstenleiste 2 mit Ausklinkungen 7 versehen (Fig. 3). Die Wischkante 5 steht etwa 0,5 bis 2 mm an der Unterseite der Bürstenleiste 2 vor. Der Schaber 3 ist flexibel und legt sich je nach Bewegungsrichtung der Staubsaugerdüse nach außen von der Bürstenleiste 2 weg oder nach innen zur Bürstenleiste 2 hin um. Die Bürstenleiste 2 begrenzt die Umlenkbewegung des Schabers 3 in der einen Richtung und verhindert, daß der Schaber 3 unter der Saugwirkung der Staubsaugerdüse vom Boden abhebt. Der Schaber 3 kann daher aus sehr flexiblem Material gefertigt werden. Der Fig. 1 entnimmt man, daß der Schaber 3 im Ausführungsbeispiel und nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung aus einer kopfseitigen Verdickung 8 und einer daran angeformten biegsamen Abziehlippe 9 besteht, wobei die kopfseitige Verdickung 8 an der Bürstenleiste 2 anliegt und wobei die Abziehlippe 9 mit Abstand frei beweglich zur Bürstenleiste 2 ausgerichtet ist. Der Fig. 1 entnimmt man ferner, daß die Bürstenleiste 2 eine die Borsten einfassende Kopfleiste 10 aufweist und daß die kopfseitige Verdickung 8 des Schabers 3 einerseits an einem Schenkel der Kopfleiste 10 anliegt und andererseits die Oberseite der Kopfleiste 10 umfaßt. Die Kopfleiste 10 sowie die kopfseitige Verdickung 8 des Schabers 3 können fest miteinander verbunden, z.B. verklebt, sein. Jedenfalls sind sie gemeinsam in die Aufnahmenut 4 an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse eingesetzt. Im Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die Aufnahmenut 4 aus einer Klemmleiste 11, die einen die flexible Abziehlippe an ihrer zur Bürstenleiste 2 abgewandten Außenseite oberhalb der Öffnungen 6 stützenden Schenkel 11' aufweist. Dieser Schenkel 11' begrenzt die Umlenkbewegung der Abziehlippe 9 nach außen und trägt dazu bei, daß die Abziehlippe 9 mit ausreichender Andrückkraft auf dem zu reinigenden Boden aufliegt, wenn die Staubsaugerdüse (in Fig. 1 nach rechts) bewegt wird.
    Der Schaber 3 kann oberhalb der Öffnungen 6 auch einen Steg 12 aufweisen, der an der von der Bürstenleiste 2 abgewandten Außenseite angeformt ist und an der Gehäusewand 13 der Staubsaugerdüse anliegt.
    In Fig. 4 ist ein Einbaubeispiel für das erfindungsgemäße Abstreifelement 1 dargestellt. Die in Fig. 4 dargestellte Staubsaugerdüse ist für das Trockensaugen auf Teppichböden, für das Trockensaugen auf Glattböden sowie für das Naßsaugen auf Glattböden eingerichtet und besteht in ihrem Aufbau aus einem Saugkopf 14 mit einer Bodenplatte 15, die einen bodenseitig offenen, kanalförmigen Saugmund 16 aufweist und mit Saugmundkanten sowie Fadenhebern zum Trockensaugen von Teppichböden ausgerüstet ist. Das erfindungsgemäße Abstreifelement 1 ist in Bewegungsrichtung der Staubsaugerdüse vor dem Saugmund 16 angeordnet und an einen Halter 17 angeschlossen, der im Saugkopf 14 heb- und senkbar angeordnet ist. Durch eine Betätigungseinrichtung 18 ist das Abstreifelement 1 mit dem Halter 17 ein- und ausfahrbar. Der flexible Schaber 3 ist außenseitig, die Bürstenleiste 2 innenseitig zum Saugmund 16 der Staubsaugerdüse hin angeordnet. Zum Saugen von Glattböden wird das Abstreifelement 1 ausgefahren, wobei die Bürstenleiste 2 auf dem zu reinigenden Boden aufliegt. Die Abziehlippe 9 des Schabers 3 liegt ebenfalls an dem Boden an und wird bei einer Vorwärtsbewegung der Staubsaugerdüse nach innen, zum Bürstenstreifen 2 hin umgelenkt. Die Umlenkbewegung ist durch den verhältnismäßig steifen Bürstenstreifen 2 jedoch begrenzt. Dieser verhindert auch, daß die biegsame Abziehlippe 9 unter der Saugwirkung von dem Boden abhebt.
    In dem in Fig. 4 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist hinter dem Saugmund 16 eine Gummileiste 19 fest an der Unterseite des Saugkopfes 14 angeordnet. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, an dieser Stelle ebenfalls ein erfindungsgemäß ausgebildetes Abstreifelement 1, bestehend aus Bürstenleiste 2 und Schaber 3, anzuordnen. Das hintere Abstreifelement kann, wie in Fig. 4 dargestellt, höhenfest an dem Saugkopf angeordnet sein. Es ist ferner möglich, ein vorderes und hinteres Abstreifelement, jeweils erfindungsgemäß ausgebildet, an eine Halteplatte anzuschließen, die in dem Saugkopf heb- und senkbar angeordnet ist und mittels einer Betätigungsvorrichtung ein- und ausgefahren werden kann. Soll die Staubsaugerdüse nur zum Naß- und Trockensaugen von Glattböden eingesetzt werden, ist es ferner ausreichend, ein oder mehrere Abstreifelemente höhenfest an dem Saugkopf anzuordnen.

    Claims (5)

    1. Abstreifelement für eine Staubsaugerdüse, bestehend aus einer Bürstenleiste (2) und einem Schaber (3) aus einem elastomeren Material, der mit der Bürstenleiste (2) eine in einer Aufnahmenut (4) an der Unterseite der Staubsaugerdüse befestigbare Funktionseinheit bildet,
      wobei der Schaber (3) eine gegenüber der Bürstenleiste (2) unterseitig vorstehende glatte Wischkante (5) sowie oberhalb der Wischkante (5) in Längsrichtung gereihte Öffnungen (6) aufweist und
      wobei die Bürstenleiste (2) im Bereich dieser Öffnungen (6) mit Ausklinkungen (7) versehen ist.
    2. Abstreifelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaber (3) aus einer kopfseitigen Verdickung (8) und einer daran angeformten biegsamen Abziehlippe (9) besteht, wobei die kopfseitige Verdickung (8) an der Bürstenleiste (2) anliegt und wobei die Abziehlippe (9), welche die Wischkante (5) aufweist sowie die Öffnungen (6) enthält, mit Abstand frei beweglich zur Bürstenleiste (2) ausgerichtet ist.
    3. Abstreifelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürstenleiste (2) eine die Borsten einfassende Kopfleiste (10) aufweist und daß die kopfseitige Verdickung (8) an einem Schenkel der Kopfleiste (10) anliegt sowie die Oberseite der Kopfleiste (10) umfaßt.
    4. Abstreifelement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die kopfseitige Verdickung (8) des Schabers (3) und das obere Ende der Bürstenleiste (2) in die Aufnahmenut (4) einer Klemmleiste (11) eingespannt sind, die einen die flexible Abziehlippe (9) an ihrer zur Bürstenleiste (2) abgewandten Außenseite oberhalb der Öffnungen (6) stützenden Schenkel (11') aufweist.
    5. Abstreifelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaber (3) oberhalb der Öffnungen (6) einen Steg (12) aufweist, der an der von der Bürstenleiste (2) abgewandten Außenseite angeformt ist und an der Staubsaugerdüse anliegt.
