Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klebfolienstreifen-Verbund und seine Verwendung, nämlich einen solchen mit einem Klettverschluß und einem Klebfolienstreifen, der durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene abstripbar ist.
Klebfolien, die durch Ziehen in der Verklebungsebene wiederablösbar sind, sind bekannt und im Handel erhältlich, so als "Power Strips"@ von der Beiersdorf AG.
So beschreibt US 4,024,312 ein Selbstklebeband mit einem dehnbaren und elastischen Träger aus einem Blockcopolymeren, insbesondere für Anwendungen im medizinischen Bereich, wo ein schmerzloses Abziehen von der Haut erwünscht ist.
Weiterhin beschreibt DE 33 31 016 A1 eine Klebfolie für wiederlösbare Klebbindungen, die es gestattet, daß eine damit hergestellte Klebbindung durch Ziehen an der Klebfolie in Richtung der Verklebungsebene lösbar ist. Mit solchen Klebfolien lassen sich hohe Klebkräfte und Scherfestigkeiten erzielen und Klebverbunde ohne weitere Hilfsmittel wieder lösen, vergleichbar dem Öffnen eines Weckglases, ähnlich wie dort die Gummidichtung am Anfasser aus der Dichtungsfuge gezogen wird.
Ferner beschreibt DE 37 14 453 C1 einen zerstörungsfrei von Übungsobjekten wieder abnehmbaren Übungssprengkörper, der mit einer Klebfolie reversibel befestigt wird.
Auch WO 92111333 beschreibt unter anderem Klebfolien für entsprechende Anwendungen, wobei die eingesetzten Klebfolien eine geringe Elastizität bei gleichzeitig hoher Dehnung aufweisen.
DE 42 22 849 C1 beschreibt ebenfalls einen Streifen einer Klebfolie dieser Art mit einem besonders ausgestalteten Anfasser.
Schließlich beschreiben DE 42 33 872 C2 und WO 94121157 wiederablösbare selbstklebende Haken, die ebenfalls mit derartigen Klebfolien ausgerüstet und also wiederablösbar sind.
Weitere Klebfolienstreifen dieser Art werden in WO 95/06691, DE 43 39 604 A1, DE 44 28 587 A1 und DE 44 31 914 A1 beschrieben, und eine entsprechende Aufhängevorrichtung in DE 195 11 288 A1.
Die in den vorgenannten Druckschriften dargestellten Klebstoffsysteme wiesen jedoch auch eine Anzahl von Nachteilen auf:
  • Um die Klebfolie aus der Klebfuge herauslösen zu können, muß ein Teil derselben in Form eines Anfassers aus dieser hervortreten. Die Klebfolie ist damit notwendigerweise bei der Verklebung nicht flexibler Gegenstände nicht völlig unsichtbar, sondern der Anfasser ist sichtbar, welches optisch unvorteilhaft erscheinen kann und bei Verwendung von Materialien, welche unter Lichteinfluß altern, auch zu technischen Problemen führen kann.
  • Beim Verkleben kann es leicht dazu kommen, daß die gesamte Klebfolie, also inklusive Anfasser, in der Klebfuge verschwindet. Besonders dem Laien kann dies passieren, wann er einen Abschnitt einer solchen Klebfolie nicht so am Rande des Substrates plaziert, daß ein Anfasser übersteht und dann aus der Klebfuge herausragt. Beim Lösen der Verklebung ist dann guter Rat teuer und ein Zerstören zumindest des einen Substrates kann die Folge sein.
  • Tritt ein Reißen der Klebfolie beim Ablöseprozeß auf und verbleibt ein gerissener Klebfolienteil vollständig in der Klebfuge, so ist eine rückstandsfreie Trennung der verklebten Materialien ohne Zerstörung der Verklebungspartner zumeist nicht mehr möglich, welches einen erheblichen Schaden verursachen kann.
Auch die in DE 195 11 288 beschriebene Aufhängevorrichtung hat Nachteile, indem ein Verkleben lediglich auf festen, möglichst glatten und insbesondere ebenen Untergründen bzw. Substraten möglich ist.
In der WO-A-95/35056 wird beschrieben, wie ein Klettverschluß dazu dient, Gegenstände, wie zum Beispiel Schilder, aus einem Untergrund aus Gewebe oder Gestrick reversibel zu befestigen.
So bleibt es ein ungelöstes Problem, wie denn wertvolle oder solche Gegenstände, die unbeschädigt bleiben sollen, insbesondere nicht angebohrt werden sollen, reversibel, rückstandsfrei wiederlösbar und beschädigungslos auf unebenen oder sonst ungünstigen Substraten zu befestigen seien.
Demgemäß betrifft die Erfindung einen Klebfolienstreifen-Verbund und seine Verwendung, wie dies im einzelnen in den Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet ist.
Bezüglich der einzusetzenden Klettverschlüsse und Klebfolienstreifen wird auf den Stand der Technik verwiesen.
Die Ablösung der verklebten Gegenstände wird dabei durch die Dehnung des doppelseitigen Haftklebebandes erreicht. Der auftretende Adhäsionsverlust wird durch Verringerung der Klebrigkeit der Haftklebemasse analog DE 33 31 016 bzw. DE 42 22 849 begünstigt, sowie durch die Reduktion der Klebfoliendicke, verursacht durch die Dehnung der Klebstoff-Folie.
Bei Verwendung von Klebfolien-Abschnitten mit einem Zwischenträger kommen insbesondere Produkte vom Typus wie in WO 92111333 in Betracht.
Die Erzeugungsmöglichkeit der nicht haftklebrigen Bereiche für Anfasser sind vielfältig. Sie kann z.B. durch Inertisierung der Haftklebemasse mittels eines nicht klebrigen Lackes erfolgen. Weitere Möglichkeiten umfassen das Zukaschieren von dünnen Schichtmaterialien wie Kunststoff-Folien und Papieren.
Als Deckpapier oder Trennlaminate eignen sich die üblichen Trennfolien und Trennpapiere, z.B. silikonisierte Trennfolien/Trennpapiere, welche üblicherweise als gut trennende flächige Medien gegenüber Haftklebemassen eingesetzt werden.
Generell sei zu Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Handhabung von den besonders bevorzugten Klebfolien auf DE 33 31 016, DE 42 22 849 und WO 92111333 verwiesen.
In mehrfacher Hinsicht reversibel lassen sich erfindungsgemäß Substrate verbinden, nämlich zum einen über den Klettverschluß, zum anderen über den oder die Klebfolienstreifen.
Vorteilhafte Anwendungen sind insbesondere solche mit unebenen Substraten, etwa im Automobilbereich, wie am Armaturenbrett oder auf Seitenverkleidungen, etwa ein Handy. Aber auch sonstige gerundete Gegenstände, wie Vasen, Bälle, Kleidungsstücke und auch der menschliche oder tierische Körper lassen sich so reversibel und beschädigungslos bekleben.
Vorteilhaft ist dabei auch eine Version mit zwei Anfassern an einem Klebfolienstreifen, gemäß EP 747 027 A2.
Auch sonstige schwierige Substrate lassen sich erfolgreich reversibel und beschädigungslos verkleben und wieder lösen, wie Fliegengitter vor Fenstern, Teppiche auf schwierige Untergründe, wobei auch solche Teppiche geeignet sind, die bereits eine Schlaufen-Rückseite aufweisen, so daß nur noch der Haken-Teil eines Klettverschlusses eingesetzt werden muß.
Im folgenden soll die Erfindung anhand von Zeichnungen erläutert werden, ohne sie aber unnötig einschränken zu wollen. Es zeigen:

Im einzelnen zeigt Fig. 1 einen Klebfolienstreifen-Verbund 1 aus einem ersten Klebfolienstreifen 2, der an seiner einen Klebseite mit einer Abdeckfolie 3 eingedeckt ist, während auf seiner anderen Klebseite ein Schlaufen-Klettband 4 so klebt, daß die Rückseite an dem Klebfolienstreifen 2 grenzt und die Vorderseite mit ihren Schlaufen 5 mit den Haken 6 eines entsprechenden Haken-Klettbandes 7 verhakt ist. Dieses Haken-Klettband 7 wiederum ist mit seiner Rückseite auf eine der Klebseiten eines zweiten Klebfolienstreifens 8 geklebt, wobei dessen andere Klebseite wiederum mit einer Abdeckfolie 9 eingedeckt ist. Die Klebfolienstreifen 2 und 8 weisen an ihren Enden mit Folien 10/11 abgedeckte Bereiche auf, die als Anfasser 12/13 dienen.
In Fig. 2 ist nun dargestellt, wie ein Verbund 1 gem. Fig. 1, befreit von seinen Abdeckfolien 3/9, einerseits auf ein Substrat 14 und andererseits auf ein Substrat 15 geklebt ist, wobei der Klettverschluß geöffnet ist, d.h. das Haken-Klettband 7 ist von dem Schlaufen-Klettband 4 gelöst, so daß die Schlaufen 5 und die Haken 6 frei liegen und die Substrate 14 und 15 mit den daran haftenden Verbundteilen voneinander frei sind, im Sinne des Doppelfoils A aber auch wieder verbindbar sind. Um aber die Substrate 14 bzw. 15 von dem Verbundteil zu befreien (dazu ist vorteilhaft der Verbund im Sinne von Fig. 2 gelöst), lassen sich die Klebfolienstreifen 2 und 8 durch Ziehen an den Anfassern 12 und 13 in Richtung der Pfeile A und C, also in Richtung der Verklebungsebene, rückstandsfrei und beschädigungslos abziehen und zumindest der Klettverschluß 4 und 8 wieder verwenden.

Claims (8)

  1. Klebfolienstreifen-Verbund aus
    a) einem Klebfolienstreifen (2) der durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene (B) lösbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der klebflolienstreifer
    b) an seiner einen Klebseite mit der einen Seite eines Klettverschlusses (4, 7) verklebt ist, während
    c) die andere Seite des Klettverschlusses (4, 7) befestigbar freiliegt.
  2. Verbund nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die andere Seite des Klettverschlusses (4, 7) ihrerseits mit einem weiteren Klebfolienstreifen (8) verklebt ist, der durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene (2) lösbar ist.
  3. Verbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) auf ihrer freien, nicht beklebten Seite jeweils mit einer Abdeckfolie (3, 9) eingedeckt sind.
  4. Verbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) Anfasser (12, 13) aufweisen, die vorzugsweise über den Klettverschluß (4, 7) hinausragen.
  5. Verbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) mit oder ohne Zwischenträger elastisch oder plastisch dehnbar sind.
  6. Verwendung eines klebfolionstreifen-Verbundes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adhäsion der Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) geringer als die Kohäsion ist, das Haftvermögen beim Dehnen weitgehend verschwindet und das Verhältnis von Abzugskraft zu Reißlast mindestens 1 : 1,5 ist.
  7. Verwendung eines Klebfolienstreifen-Verbundes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klettverschluß (4, 7) trennbar bzw. wieder verhakbar (A) und der oder die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene rückstandsfrei und beschädigungslos von den zu verklebenden Substraten und dem Klettverschluß (4, 7) entfernbar ist, worauf der Klettverschluß (4, 7) wiederverwendbar ist.
  8. Verwendung nach Anspruch 6 zum Verkleben von nicht-ebenen, insbesondere gewölbten Substraten.
