Description
- Um die Klebfolie aus der Klebfuge herauslösen zu können, muß ein Teil derselben in Form eines Anfassers aus dieser hervortreten. Die Klebfolie ist damit notwendigerweise bei der Verklebung nicht flexibler Gegenstände nicht völlig unsichtbar, sondern der Anfasser ist sichtbar, welches optisch unvorteilhaft erscheinen kann und bei Verwendung von Materialien, welche unter Lichteinfluß altern, auch zu technischen Problemen führen kann.
- Beim Verkleben kann es leicht dazu kommen, daß die gesamte Klebfolie, also inklusive Anfasser, in der Klebfuge verschwindet. Besonders dem Laien kann dies passieren, wann er einen Abschnitt einer solchen Klebfolie nicht so am Rande des Substrates plaziert, daß ein Anfasser übersteht und dann aus der Klebfuge herausragt. Beim Lösen der Verklebung ist dann guter Rat teuer und ein Zerstören zumindest des einen Substrates kann die Folge sein.
- Tritt ein Reißen der Klebfolie beim Ablöseprozeß auf und verbleibt ein gerissener Klebfolienteil vollständig in der Klebfuge, so ist eine rückstandsfreie Trennung der verklebten Materialien ohne Zerstörung der Verklebungspartner zumeist nicht mehr möglich, welches einen erheblichen Schaden verursachen kann.

Claims (8)
- Klebfolienstreifen-Verbund ausa) einem Klebfolienstreifen (2) der durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene (B) lösbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der klebflolienstreiferb) an seiner einen Klebseite mit der einen Seite eines Klettverschlusses (4, 7) verklebt ist, währendc) die andere Seite des Klettverschlusses (4, 7) befestigbar freiliegt.
- Verbund nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die andere Seite des Klettverschlusses (4, 7) ihrerseits mit einem weiteren Klebfolienstreifen (8) verklebt ist, der durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene (2) lösbar ist.
- Verbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) auf ihrer freien, nicht beklebten Seite jeweils mit einer Abdeckfolie (3, 9) eingedeckt sind.
- Verbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) Anfasser (12, 13) aufweisen, die vorzugsweise über den Klettverschluß (4, 7) hinausragen.
- Verbund nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) mit oder ohne Zwischenträger elastisch oder plastisch dehnbar sind.
- Verwendung eines klebfolionstreifen-Verbundes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adhäsion der Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) geringer als die Kohäsion ist, das Haftvermögen beim Dehnen weitgehend verschwindet und das Verhältnis von Abzugskraft zu Reißlast mindestens 1 : 1,5 ist.
- Verwendung eines Klebfolienstreifen-Verbundes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klettverschluß (4, 7) trennbar bzw. wieder verhakbar (A) und der oder die Klebfolienstreifen (2, 8) durch Ziehen in Richtung der Verklebungsebene rückstandsfrei und beschädigungslos von den zu verklebenden Substraten und dem Klettverschluß (4, 7) entfernbar ist, worauf der Klettverschluß (4, 7) wiederverwendbar ist.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 6 zum Verkleben von nicht-ebenen, insbesondere gewölbten Substraten.
