Claims (16)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von festen Reinigungsmittelzubereitungen, worin man feste und flüssige Bestandteile zu einer homogenen, formgebend verpreßbaren Masse durch Mischen aufbereitet, die Masse über Lochformen mit Öffnungsweiten der vorbestimmten Preßlingdimension bei Temperaturen oberhalb 30 °C strangförmig bei oberhalb 50 bar verpreßt, die austretenden verdichteten Materialstränge mittels einer Schneidvorrichtung auf die vorbestimmte Preßlingdimension zuschneidet und gewünschtenfalls die noch plastischen Teilchen formgebend verändert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Inhaltsstoffe zwischen 30°C und 60 °C, insbesondere zwischen 35°C und 45°C, schmelzendes Paraffin als Zusatzkomponente enthalten, und man diese nach dem Schneidvorgang/oder nach der weiteren Formgebung durch Abkühlen erstarren läßt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von festen Reinigungsmittelzubereitungen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Preßlinge mit feinteiligen Bezugsbeschlagstoffen, insbesondere Fällungskieselsäuren, Natrium-carbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat und dergleichen zur Vermeidung von Oberflächenklebrigkeit abpudert.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von festen Reinigungsmittelzubereitungen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man weitere Wirkstoffe, insbesondere Bleichaktivatoren, Korrosionsinhibitoren für Silber, Enzyme und dergleichen in Granulatform oder als flüssige oder feste Zuschlagstoffe beimischt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von festen Reinigungsmittelzubereitungen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zur Entfernung von etwa vorhandenen Restflüssigkeitsmengen einen Trockenschritt einführt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von festen Reinigungsmittelzubereitungen nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Verpressung unter Einsatz von stark erhöhtem Druck, insbesondere im Bereich von wenigstens etwa 100 bar und bei mäßig angehobenen Massetemperaturen zum Beispiel im Bereich von 45 bis 60 °C durchführt und gewünschtenfalls durch Schockkühlung, insbesondere mittels Kaltluft die austretenden plastifizierten Stränge vor und/oder während der Zerteilung wenigstens oberflächlich abkühlt.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Steuerung der Plastifizierfähigkeit während des Prozesses Wasser in einer Menge zugegeben wird, die keinen zusätzlichen Trocknungsschritt mehr erforderlich macht, und bevorzugt zwischen 1-5 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 1-3 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt zwischen 1-2 Gew.-% liegt.
- Feste Reinigungsmittelzubereitung für das maschinelle Geschirrspülen in Form von Preßlingen in rieselförmiger Komform, die auf Schüttgewichte von wenigstens 700 g/l verdichtet sind, enthaltend feste Inhaltsstoffe, die wenigstens anteilsweise der Klasse der Builder, Alkaliträger, Sauerstoffbleichmittel und/oder Bleichaktivatoren angehören und weiterhin zumindest anteilsweise bei Temperaturen über 30°C flüssige oder plastisch verformbare Stoffe, die der Klasse der Tenside angehören können, enthalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigphase ein zwischen 30 °C und 60 °C, insbesondere zwischen 35 und 45°C, schmelzendes Paraffin in Mengen von 1 bis 15 Gew.% enthält.
- Feste Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigphase 5 bis 20 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 15 Gew.-%, bezogen auf Gesamtzubereitung, ausmacht.
- Feste Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Flüssigphase anteilsweise Tenside, insbesondere nichtionische Tenside, vorzugsweise ethoxylierte, langkettige Alkohole, Alkylpolyglykoside und/oder Fettsäureglucamide eingesetzt werden.
- Feste Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zwischen 30°C und 60°C schmelzende Paraffin in Mengen von 2 bis 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die gesamte Reinigungsmittelzubereitung enthalten ist.
- Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Tenside hochethoxylierte Fettalkohole verwendet werden.
- Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Builder, Salze mehrfunktioneller Carbonsäuren, insbesondere Trinatriumcitrat und/oder Pentanatriumtripolyphosphat und gewünschtenfalls silikatische Builder aus der Klasse der Disilikate eingesetzt werden.
- Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Alkalisierungsmittel Alkalicarbonate, insbesondere Natriumcarbonat, Natriumhydrogencarbonat oder Natriumsesquicarbonat eingesetzt werden.
- Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sauerstoffbleichmittel Natriumperborat, als Mono- oder Tetrahydrat oder Natriumpercarbonat eingesetzt werden.
- Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie 20 bis 70 Gew.-% Natriumcitrat, 2 bis 10 Gew.-% Tenside, 2 bis 15 Gew.-% Soda, 10 bis 50 Gew.-% Natriumhydrogencarbonat, 2 bis 12 Gew.-% Natriumperborat, 0 bis 30 Gew.- % Polycarbonsäure enthalten.
- Reinigungsmittelzubereitung nach den Ansprüchen 7 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Zumischkomponente nachträglich 1 bis 5 Gew.-% Bleichaktivator, 0 bis 5 Gew.-% Enzym und/oder 0 bis 1 Gew.-% Parfümöl zur Konfektionierung beigefügt werden.
