Claims (12)
- Betätigungsrad zur Betätigung eines Gerätes, insbesondere Drehverstellung eines Potentiometers in einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit mindestens einem aus dem Innenraum des Rades (1) mittels eines Lichtleiters (2) beleuchtbaren Bezirk (20) am seitlichen Umfang des Rades (1), wobei der Lichtstrom im Achsenbereich (12) des Rades (1) in den Lichtleiter (2) eingespeist wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lichtleiter (2) mit Ausnahme der zur Einspeisung des Lichtstromes dienenden Fläche (D1) größtenteils mit einer reflektierenden Schicht in Form einer hellen, vorzugsweise weißen, Deckschicht (8) aus einem ersten Kunststoff umspritzt ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lichtleiter (2) aus drei Abschnitten (3,4,5) besteht, wobei der erste Abschnitt (3) zentral zur Drehachse (12) des Rades (1) angeordnet ist, wobei der dritte Abschnitt (5) im wesentlichen ringförmig ist, wobei die äußere Mantelfläche (19) des Rings (5) sich in den beleuchtbaren Bezirk des Rades (2) erstreckt und wobei ein umlaufender zweiter Abschnitt (4) den ersten mit dem dritten Abschnitt verbindet.
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Abschnitt (4) im wesentlichen die Form eines stumpfen Hohlkegels besitzt, wobei die stumpfe Dachfläche der Querschnittsfläche der Walze (3) entspricht, wobei die Mantelflächen des Stumpfes gegen die Drehachse (12) etwa 45 Grad geneigt sind und die Wandstärke des Kegels etwa der Breite des ringförmigen ersten Abschnitts (3) entspricht.
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 1 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere Mantelfläche (17) des Kegelstumpfs (4) im wesentlichen frei von einer oder mehreren Deckschichten (7,8) ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es mit einer Grifffläche (10,11) aus einem durchgehend, vorzugsweise schwarz eingefärbten zweiten Kunststoff versehen ist und daß die aus dem ersten Kunststoff gebildete Deckschicht (7) weitgehend durch eine aus dem zweiten Kunststoff gebildete weitere Schicht (8) abgedeckt ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der weiteren Schicht (8) ein ebenfalls aus dem zweiten Kunststoff gebildeter Griffring (10) angeformt ist, der vorzugsweise etwa den gleichen Außendurchmesser aufweist wie der ringförmige dritte Abschnitt (5).
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Lichteinspeisung (D1) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Betätigungsrades in die weitere Schicht (8) eine Verzahnung (13,14) eingefügt ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsrad mit mindestens einem in axialer Richtung (12) verlaufenden, gegenüber der Drehachse (12) radial versetzten, aus dem zweiten Kunststoff gebildeten Steg (15) versehen ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Lichteinspeisung gegenüberliegenden Seite des Betätigungsrades (1) an der weiteren Schicht (8) ein aus dem zweiten Kunststoff gebildeter Lagerring (19) angeformt ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Deckschicht (7) an ihrer den dritten Abschnitt (5) umgebenden Mantelfläche (20) mit einem abdeckenden, lichtdichten Lack überzogen ist.
- Betätigungsrad zur Betätigung eines Gerätes, insbesondere Drehverstellung eines Potentiometers in einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit mindestens einem aus dem Innenraum des Rades (1) mittels eines Lichtleiters (2) beleuchtbaren Bezirk (20) am seitlichen Umfang des Rades (1), wobei der Lichtstrom im Achsenbereich (12) des Rades (1) in den Lichtleiter (2) eingespeist wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der größtenteils von einer reflektierenden Deckschicht (7) aus Kunststoff umhüllte Lichtleiter (3,4,5) zur Umlenkung des axial eingespeisten Lichtstroms in eine im wesentlichen radial gerichtete Strahlung mit einer koaxialen, konischen Ausnehmung (17) versehen ist, deren Mantelfläche (17) als spiegelnde Grenzfläche zur Umlenkung des Lichtstroms dient und daß die Grenzfläche (17) weitgehend von einer umhüllenden Deckschicht (7) freigehalten ist.
- Betätigungsrad nach Anspruch 1 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein an die Längsachse (12) angrenzender, radial innenliegender Bereich der Grenzfläche (17) von einer umhüllenden Deckschicht (7) freigehalten ist.
