Description
Claims (12)
- Composteur à molettes (1) à mouvement programmable, du type comprenant des molettes (1) portant des caractères destinés à être imprimés dans une matière, chaque molette (1) étant entraínée en rotation par un moyen mécanique permettant de sélectionner le caractère voulu pour chaque molette (1), après quoi l'ensemble est soumis à l'action d'une presse, caractérisé en ce que chaque molette (1) est mise en rotation par ledit moyen mécanique qui est en outre capable de lui imprimer un mouvement rotatif pas à pas et de sens horaire ou anti-horaire choisi par le programme à chaque positionnement, et est ensuite fixée en position par le même moyen mécanique ou un moyen distinct, et en ce que ledit mouvement horaire ou anti-horaire résulte de la combinaison d'au moins un mouvement vertical « v » aller et retour et d'au moins un mouvement pendulaire ou latéral, c'est-à-dire vers l'intérieur ou l'extérieur de la molette, « I », des moyens d'engrènement (11, 12) constituant ledit moyen mécanique, et lesdits mouvements vertical et latéral étant commandés de manière indépendante.
- Composteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite molette (1) comporte des encoches (4) sur son pourtour et en ce que ledit moyen mécanique consiste en deux moyens capables chacun indépendamment d'engrener une encoche différente, et de lui imprimer un mouvement horaire ou anti-horaire élémentaire en position d'engrènement, l'un des moyens étant en position non engrenée et le second en position engrenée, ledit mouvement horaire ou anti-horaire élémentaire correspondant à un demi pas, effectué pendant l'aller ou pendant le retour du mouvement vertical, le pas étant l'intervalle entre deux caractères voisins.
- Composteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque molette (1) est encadrée par un élément comportant un bras pendulaire (6) dont sont solidaires deux bras latéraux (7 et 8) en forme de « fourchette », dont chaque branche en forme de « U », (9) et (10), est terminée par l'un des moyens (11,12) d'engrènement, capable de coopérer mécaniquement avec les encoches (4) pour entraíner la molette (1) en rotation lorsque le moyen (11 ou 12) se déplace verticalement dans un sens ou l'autre.
- Composteur selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que toutes les molettes (1) sont coaxiales autour d'un axe (5) capable de supporter les contraintes de la presse.
- Composteur selon la revendication 3 ou 4 caractérisé en ce que tous les bras pendulaires (6) sont montés pivotants autour d'un axe (13) parallèle à l'axe (5) des molettes.
- Composteur selon la revendication 3, 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que le bras pendulaire (6), les bras latéraux (7, 8), les branches en « U » (9, 10) et les moyens d'engrènement (11, 12) sont formés en une seule pièce mécanique.
- Composteur selon la revendication 3, 4 ou 5 caractérisé en ce que le bras pendulaire (6), les bras latéraux (7, 8), les branches en « U » (9,10) et les moyens d'engrènement (11, 12) sont formés en plusieurs pièces mécaniques.
- Composteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce que chaque molette (1) comporte un moyen de repérage de sa position par rapport à au moins un des caractères.
- Composteur selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que toutes les molettes (1) sont munies d'orifices (14) pour tous les caractères sauf un, et en ce qu'un système de repérage optique (17) est capable de détecter le passage d'un rayon lumineux ou analogue (16) lorsque tous les orifices (14) sont en coïncidence.
- Procédé de positionnement initial d'un composteur à molettes selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape dans laquelle un système logique vérifie si le rayon lumineux (16) est occulté ou non et, dans la positive, fait tourner ensemble les molettes (1) jusqu'à ce que le rayon ne soit plus occulté.
- Procédé selon la revendication 10 caractérisé en ce que le système logique fait ensuite pivoter une molette (1) jusqu'à occultation, à nouveau du rayon, ce qui donne la position N de la molette responsable de l'occultation, laquelle est alors ramenée en position N+1 ou N-1 de non occultation, cette position N+1 ou N-1 étant la position initiale de ladite molette, qui est enregistrée, après quoi le système reproduit l'opération pour chaque molette, ce qui donne la position initiale du composteur.
- Applications du composteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, ou du procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, à tout type de marquage, soit numérotation, soit marquage alpha numérique ou autres, symboles ou textes ou pictogrammes, logos, etc... sans enlever de matière, sur tout support métallique ou non, carton, papier, matière plastique, par tout moyen tel que compostage, encrage, marquage à chaud.
