- die erfindungsgemäß aus dem Flügelrad der Figur 1 bzw. 5 und dem Zellenrad der Figur 2 bzw. 4 kombinierte Flügelzellen-Verstelleinheit.
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer aus einem Flügelrad und einem Zellenrad gebildeten Drehwinkel-Verstelleinheit, insbesondere für Nockenwellen von Brennkraftmaschinen,gegeben eine erste Verstelleinheit (1) mit einem ersten Drehwinkel-Verstellbereich (V1) und eine zweite Verstelleinheit (2) mit einem zweiten Drehwinkel-Verstellbereich (V2), jeweilsausgerüstet mit einer Sperreinrichtung (3) zum Verriegeln des jeweiligen Flügelrades (4, 4') mit dem jeweiligen Zellenrad (5, 5'), wobeidas Flügelrad (4) der einen Verstelleinheit (1) zu Verstellbeginn (VB1) und das Flügelrad (4') der anderen Verstelleinheit (2) zu Verstell-Ende (VE2) verriegelbar ist,daß eine dritte Verstelleinheit (8, 8') hergestellt wird aus dem Flügelrad (4, 4') der ersten Verstelleinheit (1, 2) und dem Zellenrad (5, 5') der zweiten Verstelleinheit (2, 1), wobeibeim Zellenrad (5, 5') dieser ersten Verstelleinheit (1, 2) der Anfang (VA2) oder das Ende (VE1) des entsprechenden Verstellbereiches (V2, V1) mit dem Verstellbeginn (VB1) oder dem Verstell-Ende (VE2) des Verstellbereiches (V1, V2) jener zweiten Verstelleinheit (1, 2) identisch gewählt ist, wobeidas Flügelrad (4, 4') mit dem Zellenrad (5, 5') zu Verstellbeginn (VB1 = VA2) oder zu Verstell-Ende (VE1 = VE2) verriegelt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die dritte Verstelleinheit (8) hergestellt wird aus dem Flügelrad (4) der für eine Einlaß-Nockenwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine vorgesehenen ersten Verstelleinheit (1) mit einem Verstellbereich (V1) von ca. 40°NW-Drehwinkel undaus dem Zellenrad (5') der für eine Auslaß-Nockenwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine vorgesehenen zweiten Verstelleinheit (2) mit einem Verstellbereich (V2) von ca. 30°NW-Drehwinkel, wobeiFlügelrad (4) und Zellenrad (5') über einen hydraulisch steuerbaren Sperrbolzen (10) der Sperreinrichtung (3) eine zu Verstellbeginn (VB1 = VA2) verriegelte Verstelleinheit (8) für eine weitere Einlaß-Nockenwelle bilden mit einem Nockenwellen-Drehwinkel von 30°.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die dritte Verstelleinheit (8') hergestellt wird aus dem Flügelrad (4') der für eine Auslaß-Nockenwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine vorgesehenen zweiten Verstelleinheit (2) mit einem Verstellbereich (V2) von ca. 30°NW-Drehwinkel, undaus dem Zellenrad (5) der für eine Einlaß-Nockenwelle einer Brennkraftmaschine vorgesehenen ersten Verstelleinheit (1) mit einem Verstellbereich (V1) von ca. 40°NW-Drehwinkel, wobeiFlügelrad (4') und Zellenrad (5) über einen hydraulisch steuerbaren Sperrbolzen (10) der Sperreinrichtung (3) eine zu Verstell-Ende (VE1 = VE 2) verriegelte Verstelleinheit (8') für eine weitere Auslaß-Nockenwelle bilden mit einem Nockenwellen-Drehwinkel von 40°.
