Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'ancrage permanent sur un élément de charpente (3) tel qu'un chevron, d'une construction pour ancrer ou accrocher, de manière non permanente, un ou plusieurs dispositifs de sécurité tels qu'échafaudage, nacelle, échelle, plate-forme, harnais de sécurité ou autres, ledit dispositif d'ancrage comprenant une pièce de fixation (1) sur ledit élément de charpente (3) et un crochet de sécurité (2) pour ancrer ou accrocher ledit ou lesdits dispositifs de sécurité, la pièce de fixation (1) étant constituée d'au moins deux platines (1A, 1B) disposées à angle droit,
caractérisé en ce que la première platine (1A) est agencée pour s'appliquer sur une face latérale de l'élément de charpente (3) au moyen d'au moins un organe de serrage (8) traversant ladite première platine (1A) et ledit élément de charpente (3), en ce que la seconde platine (1B) s'étendant en porte-à-faux par rapport audit élément de charpente (3) comporte une lumière allongée (10) dont l'axe longitudinal (Y) s'étend perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal (Z) dudit élément de charpente (3), cette lumière (10) accueillant au moins un organe de fixation du crochet de sécurité (2) sur la pièce de fixation (1), et en ce que ladite première platine (1A) comporte en outre au moins une aile (16) s'étendant sous la seconde platine (1B) pour assurer le raidissement de l'ensemble. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la pièce de fixation (1) présente un axe de symétrie confondu avec l'axe longitudinal (Y) de la lumière (10) de la seconde platine (1B). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que la pièce de fixation (1) est constituée d'une seule pièce pliée de manière à former la première platine (1A) et la seconde platine (1B). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que le crochet de sécurité (2) est fixé dans la lumière allongée (10) de la pièce de fixation (1) par un organe de fixation, en particulier propre à permettre une fixation par boulonnage. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce que la seconde platine (1B) présente des ailes (11) en saillie au-delà de l'axe d'intersection (X) des plans des deux platines (1A et 1B) et situées dans le même plan que la seconde platine (1B). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que les ailes (16) de la première platine (1A) s'étendant sous la seconde platine (1B) sont obtenues par pliage et éventuellement découpage de la première platine (1A) de telle sorte que la première platine (1A) présente à l'état plié une surface d'appui de section triangulaire ou trapézoïdale, la grande base du triangle ou du trapèze correspondant sensiblement à l'axe d'intersection (X) des plans des deux platines (1A, 1B). - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que le corps allongé du crochet de sécurité (2) est conformé de manière à présenter une première partie d'extrémité (2a) pourvue d'une partie formant crochet (15) pouvant reposer sur un élément de couverture (4) selon la pente de la couverture et une seconde partie d'extrémité libre (2b), à l'opposé de la première partie d'extrémité (2a), pouvant être fixée avec la pièce de fixation (1) sur un élément de charpente (3) selon la pente des éléments de charpente (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que, au voisinage de l'extrémité libre (2b), le corps allongé comporte deux coudes délimitant ainsi la première partie d'extrémité (2a) pourvue du crochet et la seconde partie extrémité libre (2b), de longueurs inégales, non parallèles et reliées par une partie intermédiaire oblique (2c), l'angle entre les deux parties d'extrémité (2a, 2b) correspondant sensiblement à l'angle entre les éléments de couverture (4) et les éléments de charpente (3). - Dispositif selon la revendication 8,
caractérisé en ce que l'angle α entre la première partie d'extrémité (2a) et la partie oblique (2c) est de 145° et l'angle β entre la partie oblique (2c) et la seconde partie d'extrémité libre (2b) est de 141°. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 et 9,
caractérisé en ce que la distance (A) entre le coude séparant la première partie d'extrémité (2a) et la partie oblique (2c) et le coude séparant la partie oblique (2c) et la seconde partie d'extrémité libre (2b) est égale à l'épaisseur d'au moins un liteau (5).
