Definitions
- the invention relates to a joint seal according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a joint seal is for example from DE-OS 21 41 419 known.
- This joint seal is characterized by this from the fact that a sidewalk on the edge of a road surface is true to the surface can be sealed. Thanks to a seal that is true to the surface is to prevent moisture from entering the bridge structure can penetrate, from above onto the joint seal incoming water should be drained laterally.
- cap beams to use as a base for the walkway. These concrete parts extend laterally outside downwards over the sealing plane even if the sealing level is lowered. This too Cap bars have increased rigidity. Because of the differences in stiffness exist in the proposed low pavement joint tapes the problem that the Ballast and / or cap beams do not bend as much than the bridge itself, so that the beam when loaded, so when the bridge bends, the pavement joint tapes come in handy used as a support after not being in the middle is more supported so that these areas are heavily burdened become.
- the invention has for its object a joint seal for a bridge structure according to the generic term of Claim 1 to create that despite improved sealing effect allows the use of concrete beams without being pulled up and especially to be protected sealing profiles required would be.
- an offset between the main and secondary seal in the longitudinal direction of the bridge considered to make, despite a roadway even inside inclined substructure for the sidewalk, which in itself leads to increased water exposure to the transition area between sidewalk and roadway, an improved Achieve sealing.
- the offset allows a vertically hanging apron immediately after the surface seal that the Covers the top of the bridge substructure.
- the Apron is in the transition area between the track and the sidewalk angled so that a connection to the deep joint seal the sidewalk is possible.
- the secondary seal can work better and itself the movements of the beam used for the walkway adjust better.
- the movements are the relative movements between support or fill and wing on the one hand and the superstructure on the other, but also the movements between the substructure and the superstructure to understand.
- Under Sidewalk not just sidewalks in the narrow sense, but for example also sideways on railway bridges, which can be used for maintenance purposes.
- the joint seal according to the invention can be particularly inexpensive use on bridges with a span of 10-25 meters, however, the use of the joint seal according to the invention is not limited to these bridge structures.
- Bridges with a comparatively short span have a corresponding reduced longitudinal movement - both because of of temperature changes as well as due to the deflection - on.
- the apron can be made from any suitable elastomer exist and is via a terminal block or in any otherwise suitably connected to the surface seal.
- the surface seal can either be on the top Front edge of the substructure must be pulled around or over an angular profile clamping a connection can be guaranteed.
- filter stones used on the one hand a work in the longitudinal direction of the Tolerate bridge and on the other hand a particularly good one Ensure drainage.
- Joint seal is an essentially Z-shaped concrete beam intended for the sidewalk.
- This has a particularly high Stiffness, with the one lying on the outside of the bridge Area as a cap beam the substructure in front of the side Water ingress protects while facing the road Part of the beam to form a gravel beam upwards protrudes.
- the outside edge of the Bridge substructure can face the cap beam with be sealed with a cap joint tape and the top can be inclined inwards, i.e. towards the road.
- the joint tape is pulled up on the outside of the bridge so that even standing water does not spill over.
- the well-known joint tape for the secondary seal either quickly bent upwards by 90 degrees, or if necessary sealed with a glued-on elastomer flap.
- connection between the apron and the Joint tape forming the secondary seal also by means of an adhesive connection realized, either by the apron is overlapped over the secondary seal, or by the apron on the end face of the joint tape with a suitable Glue is glued on.
- the substructure of the bridge be considered too protective structure on the top and the top bounding edges up to the movement joint compared to the Support is completely sealed.
- the joint seal according to the invention in connection with an apron especially if the movement joint is additional is closed with the compression band.
- an inventive one extends Joint seal 10 both over the area of a Lane 12 and that of a walkway 14.
- a main seal 20, which has an inserted compression band 21, extends closer to the middle of the bridge than one Secondary seal 22, which is designed as a joint tape.
- one is Horizontal joint 24 is provided, with an end face 26 of the Substructure 28 of bridge 16 from an apron 30 is covered.
- the apron 30 is in a manner known per se via a terminal block 32 on the top edge of the front Substructure 28 attached and sagging limp below beyond the horizontal joint 24.
- the substructure 28 also has one on its top Surface seal 34, which extends at least up to the top edge extends and there over an angle profile 36 is connected to the apron 30.
- the apron 30 extends in its end region 38 over the joint gap of the bridgehead 40 in the longitudinal direction of the road beyond and thus also beyond the area of the secondary seal 22 and up to another terminal block 43.
- On the joint tape forming the joint seal 22 is the Apron 30 connected moisture-proof.
- the walkway 34 is cast on site or where appropriate prefabricated gravel bar 46 provided extends above the plane of the surface seal 34.
- the Ballast 46 is in the illustrated embodiment also designed as a cap beam, and extends thus essentially Z-shaped. In the area of joint seals 22, a recess 49 is provided so that a lighter Assembly of the secondary seal 22 is possible, which on the Surface seal 34 either by gluing or by Terminal strips is attached.
- the bridge structure has in the present embodiment further in continuation of the bridgehead 40 beyond the secondary seal 22 a wing 46, which is usually from the outside is provided with a fill.
- a wing 46 which is usually from the outside is provided with a fill.
- a fill In the top view results an essentially U-shaped formation of the Bridge ends.
- the inside of the U is regular with soil heaped up, the apron 30 in the provided here preferred embodiment with filter stones 50 in front of the ground is protected.
- the filter stones 50 also serve improved water absorption and drainage into the soil inside.
- a cover plate 52 vertically on the inward side of the ballast beam 46 attached and covers the comparatively wide joint the recess 49 in the ballast 46 safe.
- the cover plate 52 is fastened on one side, so that the required mobility is given.
- the joint tape extends 22 essentially in the shape of an inverted U. It is via terminal strips 56 and 58, each with subsequent surface seals 34 and 60 connected liquid-tight.
- connection between the apron 30 and the joint tape 22 can be in any suitable Way, for example by gluing or welding be realized, it being favorable if the surface seal 34 each over the upper edge of the substructure 28 extends.
- a head flap is on the joint tape 22 vulcanized a head flap.
- the head flap is over the End area 38 of the apron hung and together with this clamped over the terminal strips 42.
