Description
Für das Push-Pull-Verriegelungssystem sind zusätzliche Teile erforderlich (Arretierring, Schiebering), die ebenfalls eine hohe Präzision bei der Herstellung und einen hohen Montageaufwand erfordern. Die Kontakte sind aufgrund der benötigten Werkzeuge zur Herstellung und Montage der Einzelteile nur mit einem hohen finanziellen Aufwand (Investitionskosten) zu fertigen.

Das Steckteil 2 besteht im wesentlichen aus dem Grundkörper 7 mit beliebigem Anschlußbereich 8 und einem abgesetzten vorderen Bereich 9 mit einer Querbohrung 10 zur Aufnahme eines Querstiftes 11, vorzugsweise eines Knebelkerbstiftes. Weiter zum mittleren Bereich weitet sich der Stift nochmals konisch auf einen größeren Durchmesser, wobei hier der Konus 12 ausgebildet ist. Vor dem Anschlußbereich 8 wird der Durchmesser nochmals größer und ist in diesem Bereich mit einem 2-Flach 13 versehen. Der Leiteranschluß 8 ist im vorliegenden Fall als Bolzenklemme ausgebildet.
Anschließend befindet sich auf dem vorderen Bereich 9 des Grundkörpers ein Druckteil 20, das mit dem Querstift 11 gesichert ist, der in die Querbohrung 10 des abgesetzten Endes des Grundkörpers eingedrückt ist.
Die durch die Nut gebildeten Vertiefungen sind über eine ansteigende Gleitfläche mit zwei weiteren Aussparungen (Kerben) an der Stirnfläche verbunden. Diese sind zu den Ausgangsvertiefungen wiederum um 90° versetzt, sie befinden sich somit im Bereich der außenliegenden Rippen 21 des Kontaktteils. Sie haben eine geringere Tiefe, so daß ein gewisser Anstieg vom ersten Kerbenpaar zum um 90° versetzten zweiten Kerbenpaar vorhanden ist. Das Buchsenteil wird so auf das Steckteil gesteckt, daß die zwei Rippen des Schaltelements in die zwei Schlitzte 4 der Buchse eintauchen.
Jetzt kontaktieren sie mit ihren hinteren Außenflächen auch gleichzeitig die Buchseninnenseite und werden gegen diese gepreßt. Es entsteht eine innige Kontaktierung, die durch die zusammengepreßten Federelemente 18, 18' (Tellerfedern) aufrechterhalten wird.
Claims (7)
daß das Druckteil (20) durch einen endseitigen Querstift (11) im Ansatzende gegen Abrutschen vom Ansatz gesichert ist.
daß das Axialspiel des Kontaktteils (15) durch beidseitig angeordnete Federelemente (18, 18')begrenzt ist, wobei die freien Enden der Kontaktlamellen (16) in einer Grundstellung ohne axialer Einwirkung des Druckteils noch nicht mit dem Konus (12) in Berührung gelangen.
daß der Querstift (11) auf eine Schrägfläche des Druckteils (20) einwirkt, wobei bei einer Verdrehung des Druckteils in Bezug auf den Querstift dieses axial verschoben wird, so daß die freien Enden der Kontaktlamellen (16) gegen den Konus (12) gepreßt werden, so daß diese radial nach außen, d. h. gegen die Buchseninnenseite, gedrückt werden.
daß das Druckteil (20) mit mindestens einer Rippe (21) versehen ist, die beim Zusammenfügen der Steckteile in einen entsprechend bemessenen axialen Schlitz (4) des Buchsenteils (1) eintaucht.
daß die Stirnfläche des Druckteils (20) mit einer radialen Nut (22) versehen ist, in die der Querstift (11) bei Erreichen der Verriegelungsposition einrastet.
