Abstract

Es wird ein Dekorationselement beschrieben, das mittels eines Haftmittels an einer Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen einer Substanz angebracht ist, die in der Kosmetik oder zum Schreiben, Zeichnen, Malen, Markieren oder Stempeln Verwendung findet. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß das Haftmittel a) ein zerstörungsfreies Abnehmen des Dekorationselements von der Aufnahmevorrichtung erlaubt, b) im Falle des Abnehmens zumindest teilweise an dem Dekorationselement verbleibt und c) seine Hafteigenschaft im Falle des Abnehmens zumindest so weit behält, daß das Dekorationselement an anderer Stelle angebracht werden kann.

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Dekorationselement, das mittels eines Haftmittels an einer Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen einer Substanz angebracht ist, die in der Kosmetik oder zum Schreiben, Zeichnen, Malen, Markieren oder Stempeln Verwendung findet.
Ein solches Dekorationselement ist beispielsweise aus dem Deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 71 46 420 bekannt. Nach dem genannten Gebrauchsmuster ist das Dekorationselement an einem Schreibgerät angebracht.
Das Deutsche Patent 484 516 beschreibt ein Schreibgerät, an dem ein Dekorationselement mittels einer Überwurfmutter auswechselbar befestigt ist.
Die DE-OS 22 15 967 beschreibt einen Schreibstift mit einem Behältnis zur Aufnahme eines Dekorationselements. Der DE-PS 451 884 und der US-A-3,552,869 sind jeweils Schreibstifte mit einer Aufnahme zum Verwahren von Briefmarken bekannt.
Die DE-OS 32 33 431 und das DE-GM 78 27 437 beschreiben jeweils ein Schreibgerät in Kombination mit einem Stempel.
Schließlich ist es aus der Deutschen Patentanmeldung SCH 127 22 X/70a bekannt, einen Kernminenstift mit einem Dekorationselement, beispielsweise in Form einer Schachfigur zu versehen. Das Dekorationselement trägt dabei einen Zapfen, der in die Minenbohrung des Kernminenstiftes oder in eine sonstige Ausnehmung des Stiftes einklemmbar ist. Eine Weiterentwicklung der vorgenannten Technik beschreibt die Deutsche Auslegeschrift 1 006 754, die sich auf ein entsprechendes Zusatzpatent bezieht. Danach wird der Zapfen durch eine Hülse ersetzt, die auf das Stiftende aufgesteckt wird. In der genannten Auslegeschrift ist angesprochen, daß der Vorteil dieser Ausführung darin liege, das Dekorationselement auch für andere Stifte wiederverwenden zu können.
Die meisten der nach dem vorstehend beschriebenen Stand der Technik verwendeten Dekorationselemente sind nicht wiederverwendbar, sondern werden dann, wenn der Stift, an denen sie angebracht sind, aufgebraucht ist, zusammen mit dem Stift fortgeworfen. Das mit Hilfe einer Hülse befestigte Dekorationselement nach der Deutschen Auslegeschrift 1 006 754 ist zwar wiederverwendbar, jedoch nur im Zusammenhang mit einem weiteren Stift, der denselben Durchmesser wie der vorherige Stift haben muß, weil die Hülse sonst nicht passen würde.
Keine der vorgenannten Druckschriften beschreibt eine Wiederverwendung des jeweiligen Dekorationselements zu einem anderen Zweck.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es mithin, ein Dekorationselement der eingangs genannten Art anzugeben, das auch an anderer Stelle als an der Aufnahmevorrichtung angebracht werden kann, insbesondere dann, wenn die von der Aufnahmevorrichtung aufgenommene Substanz erschöpft ist.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß das Haftmittel
  • a) ein zerstörungsfreies Abnehmen des Dekorationselements von der Aufnahmevorrichtung erlaubt,
  • b) im Falle des Abnehmens zumindest teilweise an dem Dekorationselement verbleibt und
  • c) seine Hafteigenschaft im Falle des Abnehmens zumindest so weit behält, daß das Dekorationselement an anderer Stelle angebracht werden kann.
    • Das Dekorationselement nach der Erfindung ist nicht an die Aufnahmevorrichtung gebunden und muß insbesondere nicht dann mit der Aufnahmevorrichtung fortgeworfen werden, wenn die von der Aufnahmevorrichtung aufgenommene Substanz erschöpft ist. Vielmehr ist es nahezu beliebig an anderer Stelle anbringbar, weil es ja nur aufgeklebt werden muß. Mithin ist es vergleichbar mit mittlerweile verbreitet angewendeten Haftnotizzetteln, die auch an beliebiger Stelle angebracht, dort wieder abgenommen und wiederum anderweitig angebracht werden können. Auf dem Gebiet der Haftnotizzettel werden im übrigen die gleichen Haftmittel verwendet, wie sie auch erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen sind. Was die Zusammensetzung der Haftmittel angeht, wird mithin auf die entsprechende Technik bei den Haftnotizzetteln verwiesen.
    Die Anwendungsgebiete des erfindungsgemäßen Dekorationselements sind sind mannigfaltig. Beispielsweise kann das Dekorationselement (zeitweise) als eine Art Tätowierung getragen werden. Auch kann es - bei entsprechender Größe - auf einen Finger- oder Zehnagel aufgebracht und gewünschtenfalls überlackiert werden. Bei der Verwendung auf Finger- oder Zehnägeln ist erfindungsgemäß insbesondere daran gedacht, fünf oder zehn verschiedene Dekorationselemente vorzusehen, die dann gesammelt werden können.
    Während die Dekorationselemente nach dem vorstehend beschriebenen Stand der Technik jeweils an Schreibgeräten angebracht sind, ist es erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtung ein Kosmetikstift ist.
    Bevorzugt ist das Dekorationselement dabei an der rückwärtigen Stirnseite des Kosmetikstiftes angebracht.
    Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann ein Dekorationselement auch an einer abnehmbaren Schutzkappe des Kosmetikstiftes angebracht sein.
    Der bevorzugte Anbringungsort an der Schutzkappe ist wiederum die Stirnseite.
    Erfindungsgemäß kann es sich bei der Aufnahmevorrichtung auch um ein Behältnis handeln, dem die kosmetische Substanz mit einer Applikationseinrichtung zu entnehmen ist. Dabei kann es sich bei dem Behältnis beispielsweise um eine Puderdose, ein Maskarafläschchen oder dergleichen handeln.
    Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung mit weiteren Einzelheiten näher erläutert.
    Die einzige Figur zeigt einen Kosmetikstift 10 mit einer Schutzkappe 20. Auf die Stirnseite der Schutzkappe 20 ist ein Dekorationselement 30 aufgeklebt, das einen Schwan zeigt. Eine Draufsicht auf den Stift ist in der Zeichnung oben gezeigt. Das Dekorationselement 30 ist mittels eines Haftmittels an der Schutzkappe 20 angebracht, das ein zerstörungsfreies Abnehmen und ein Anbringen an anderer Stelle ermöglicht.
    Die in der vorstehenden Beschreibung, den Ansprüchen sowie der Zeichnung offenbarten Merkmale der Erfindung können sowohl einzeln als auch in beliebigen Kombinationen für die Verwirklichung der Erfindung in ihren verschiedenen Ausgestaltungen wesentlich sein.

    Claims (6)

    1. Dekorationselement, das mittels eines Haftmittels an einer Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen einer Substanz angebracht ist, die in der Kosmetik oder zum Schreiben, Zeichnen, Malen, Markieren oder Stempeln Verwendung findet,
         dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
      das Haftmittel
      a) ein zerstörungsfreies Abnehmen des Dekorationselements (30) von der Aufnahmevorrichtung (10, 20) erlaubt,
      b) im Falle des Abnehmens zumindest teilweise an dem Dekorationselement (30) verbleibt und
      c) seine Hafteigenschaft im Falle des Abnehmens zumindest so weit behält, daß das Dekorationselement (30) an anderer Stelle angebracht werden kann.
    2. Dekorationselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtung (10) ein Kosmetikstift ist.
    3. Dekorationselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an der rückwärtigen Stirnseite des Kosmetikstiftes (10) angebracht ist.
    4. Dekorationselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an einer abnehmbaren Schutzkappe (20) des Kosmetikstiftes (10) angebracht ist.
    5. Dekorationselement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an der Stirnseite der Schutzkappe (20) angebracht ist.
    6. Dekorationselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmevorrichtung ein Behältnis ist, dem die kosmetische Substanz mit einer Applikationseinrichtung zu entnehmen ist.
