Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum gesteuerten Auf- oder Abwickeln eines länglichen Gegenstandes auf einen bzw. von einem Spulenkörper, bei dem der mindestens eine längliche Gegenstand (11) von einem Führungskopf (35) zum Spulenkörper (15, 16) geleitet wird, welcher für dieses Auf- oder Abwikkeln drehbar gelagert ist und von einem Antriebsorgan (20) gedreht wird dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine programmgesteuerte Einstellung des Drehzahlverlaufs sowie des Drehmomentes des Antriebsorganes (20) in Abhängigkeit des messbaren Wickeldurchmessers (15') für einen Auf- oder Abwickelvorgang des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) erfolgt. dass mittels eines Reglers (50) der Istwert der Zugkraft am länglichen Gegenstand (11) via das gemessene Drehmoment am Antriebsorgan (20) mit einem einstellbaren Sollowert verglichen und bei Abweichung der Istwert (57) wieder an den Sollwert herangeführt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der jeweilige Wickeldurchmesser von einem ausserhalb des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) angeordneten Sensor (52) gemessen und an einen Computer (56) oder dergleichen weitergeleitet wird. welcher in Abhängigkeit des festgestellten Durchmessers die Drehzahl sowie das Drehmoment am Antriebsorgan programmgesteuert einstellt und an den Regler (56, 61) meldet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebsorgan (20) vom Regler (50) mit einer Sollgrösse für das Drehmoment angesteuert wird, die sich aus einem mittels eines Potientometers (54') oder dergleichen eingestellten Sollwert (54) sowie aus der programmgesteuerten Einstellung durch den Computer (56) zusammensetzt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die programmgesteuerte Einstellung des Drehzahlverlaufs sowie des Drehmomentes des Antriebsorganes (20) und der Sollwert (54) für die Zugkraft von der Drahtbeschaffenheit. des Drahtdurchmessers und/oder von anderen Faktoren ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungskopf (35) während dem Aufwickeln eine parallel zur Drehachse des Spulenkörpers (15. 16) hin- und hergehende, proportional zu der gemessenen Drehzahl des Antriebsorganes (20) ausführende Vorschubbewegung ausführt, so dass dieser als Kabel oder dergleichen verwendete Gegenstand (11) ohne Abstand gleichmässig nebeneinander in mehreren Lagen aufgewickelt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass der Führungskopf (35) während dem Aufwickeln eine senkrecht zur Drehachse des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) erfolgenden Bewegung ausführt, mittels der dieser längliche Gegenstand (11) in einem konstanten Winkel zum Spulenkörper zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum gesteuerten Auf- oder Abwickeln eines länglichen Gegenstandes auf oder von einem Spulenkörper, welcher drehbar gelagert ist und für das Auf- oder Abwickeln von einem Antriebsorgan (20) gesteuert antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spulenkörper (15, 16) auf mindestens zwei Antriebswellen (22, 24) aufliegt, wobei wenigstens die eine, vorzugsweise beide Antriebswellen (22, 24) mit dem Antriebsorgan (20) drehverbunden sind, und dass eine Hebevorrichtung vorgesehen ist, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass der Spulenkörper (15, 16) auf die in Ladeposition abgesenkte Hebevorrichtung rollbar bzw, von dieser wegrollbar ist, wobei die Hebevorrichtung den Spulenkörper durch ein maschinelles Anheben auf die vom Antriebsorgan (20) antreibbaren Antriebswellen (22, 24) hebt bzw. von diesen wegkippt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass die Hebevorrichtung eine Kippwanne (40) mit einer den Spulenkörper (15, 16) aufnehmenden Öffnung aufweist, wobei die Kippwanne um die annähernd koaxial zu der Antriebsrolle (22) verlaufende Kippachse schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine zusätzliche Anpressrolle (25) auf der Oberseite des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) vorgesehen ist, die eine gegen die Antriebswellen (22, 24) hin gerichtete Anpresskraft auf den Spulenkörper erzeugt, damit letzterer während dem Wickeln nicht von diesen Antriebswellen fällt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebswellen (22, 24) mit einem acht bis fünfzehn Mal kleineren Aussendurchmesser als derjenige des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Führungskopf (35) vorgesehen ist, welcher den länglichen Gegenstand (11) während dem Auf- bzw. Abwickeln führt, wobei diesem Führungskopf (35) eine Vorschubeinheit zugeordnet ist, welche dem Führungskopf (35) eine parallel zur Drehachse des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) hin- und hergehende Bewegung erteilt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungskopf (35), die Vorschubeinheit und die Anpressrolle (25) in einem Verlegerahmen (30) angeordnet sind, welcher oberhalb des Spulenkörpers (15, 16) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist.
