Claims (15)
- Paillette pour la conservation de petites quantités de substances, notamment des substances biologiques, se composant d'un segment de tube muni à l'intérieur de l'une de ses extrémités d'un moyen d'obturation, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen d'obturation est constitué d'un bouchon monobloc microporeux hydrophobe.
- Paillette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon microporeux est constitué d'une partie en matériau polymère.
- Paillette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon a une forme cylindrique.
- Paillette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon est composé d'une fibre pleine.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon microporeux a un diamètre de pores compris entre environ 0,001 et 10 µm.
- Paillette selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon microporeux a un diamètre de pores compris entre environ 0,2 et 2 µm.
- Paillette selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, caractérisée en ce que la fibre constituant le bouchon microporeux a un point de bulle d'environ 2.104 à 3.104 Pa (0,2 à 0,3 bar).
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par le fait que le bouchon a une longueur comprise entre environ 2 et 5 mm.
- Paillette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le matériau polymère est choisi parmi le polyéthylène haute densité (PE-HD), les polyamides, la nitrocellulose, les polyesters, les résines phénol-formol (Résines PF) et les résines perfluoroalcoxy (PFA).
- Paillette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le matériau polymère est du polyéthylène haute densité.
- Paillette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la fibre pleine est fabriquée par un procédé d'extrusion continu.
- Paillette selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la fibre pleine est fabriquée par le procédé de séparation de phase par inversion thermique.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être vidée soit par repoussage du bouchon, soit par soufflage à travers le bouchon.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce qu'elle ne présente pas d'inconvénients quant au détassage bien connu dans le cas du bouchon tripartite.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être vidée totalement ou partiellement et remplie à nouveau totalement ou partiellement.
