Claims (22)
- Paillette (1) pour la conservation de petites quantités de substances, notamment de substances biologiques, se composant d'un segment de tube muni à l'intérieur de l'une de ses extrémités d'un moyen d'obturation, caractérisée en ce que ledit moyen d'obturation est un bouchon bipartite (2) constitué d'une membrane (3) microporeuse et hydrophobe et d'un insert (4) percé d'un orifice sensiblement coaxial (5).
- Paillette selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'insert est en un matériau choisi parmi les matériaux élastomères, les matériaux thermoplastiques et les matériaux élastomères thermoplastiques.
- Paillette selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que l'insert a une forme extérieure sensiblement cylindrique.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'insert est tubulaire.
- Paillette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice sensiblement coaxial de l'insert est sensiblement cylindrique.
- Paillette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice sensiblement coaxial de l'insert est sensiblement conique.
- Paillette selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'orifice sensiblement coaxial de l'insert est sensiblement biconique.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la membrane entoure l'insert.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la membrane est positionnée sensiblement perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal de l'insert.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'insert est bipartite.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'insert est surmoulé sur la membrane.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'insert est soudé ou collé sur la membrane.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que l'insert comporte un arrondi à ses extrémités.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'insert comporte un segment d'étanchéité (6) sur sa paroi externe.
- Paillette selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la membrane entoure l'insert sur une partie de sa longueur.
- Paillette selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que la membrane entoure l'insert sur toute sa longueur.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisée en ce que la membrane microporeuse a un diamètre de pores compris entre environ 0,001 et 10 µm.
- Paillette selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre de pores de la membrane est inférieur ou égal à 0,2 µm.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisée en ce que la membrane est en matériau polymère.
- Paillette selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que le matériau polymère est choisi parmi le polyéthylène haute densité (PE-HD), les polyamides, la nitrocellulose, les polyesters, les résines phénol-formol (Résines PF), les résines perfluoroalcoxy (PFA) et les résines fluorocarbonées.
- Paillette selon la revendication 20, caractérisée en ce que le matériau polymère a un point de bulle P supérieur à 6.105 Pa (6 bars) pour 0,2 µm.
- Paillette selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 21, caractérisée en ce que le matériau constitutif de l'insert est coloré.
