Claims (10)
- Steuerung für die Schaufelklappe einer Baumaschine, insbesondere eines Baggers, mit mindestens einem mit mindestens einem Hydraulikzylinder (4) zusammenwirkenden Steuerschieber (9), der über mindestens ein von mindestens einer Steuerungseinrichtung (14) elektrisch betätigbares Ventil (10 oder 11,34) mit einem hydraulischen Steuerdruck beaufschlagbar ist, indem bei Auslösung eines Betätigungselementes (16',39',40'.) die damit elektrisch zusammenwirkende Steuerungseinrichtung (14) das Ventil (10 oder 11,34) und über dieses hydraulisch der Steuerschieber (9) und der Hydraulikzylinder (4) mittels einer zeitlich vorgebbaren Stromrampe (22) betätigt wird,
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Proportionalventil (34), das in Wirkverbindung mit einem die Funktionen Schaufelklappe (1) öffnen und Schaufelklappe (1) schließen auslösenden Wechselventil (35) steht, wobei die Betätigung des Wechselventils (35) über das Strömstoßrelais (17) mit Wechselkontakt (18) erfolgt. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
zwei als Proportionalventile ausgebildete Ventile (10,11) zur Ansteuerung der Funktionen Schaufelklappe (1) öffnen und Schaufelklappe (1) schließen, wobei die Öffnungs- und die Schließzeit der Schaufelklappe (1) proportional zu dem von ihr zurückgelegten Weg (s) ist. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei der Auslösung des Betätigungselementes (16') das jeweilige Ventil (10 oder 11) vor dem Aufbau der Stromrampe (22) mittels eines Betätigungsgliedes (17,18) angesteuert wird. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsglied ein Stromstoßrelais (17) mit Wechselkontakt (18) ist. - Steuerung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Aufbau der Stromrampe (22) der Steuerungseinrichtung (14) die Betätigung des Stromstoßrelais (17) über eine weitere Signalleitung (19 oder 20) gemeldet wird. - Steuerung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch
zwei Betätigungselemente (39',40'), denen die Funktionen Schaufelklappe (1) öffnen sowie Schaufelklappe (1) schließen zugeordnet sind und die über entsprechende Signalleitungen (41,42) unmittelbar mit der Steuereinrichtung (14) verbunden sind. - Steuerung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente (39',40') mit den beiden Eingängen des Wechselventils (35) verbunden sind. - Steuerung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Signalverlauf beim Öffnen und Schließen der Schaufelklappe (1) in die Bereiche Anstiegsrampe (a), Konstantphase (b) und Abfallrampe (c) unterteilt ist. - Steuerung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Steuerungsfunktionen Schaufelklappe (1) Öffnen und Schaufelklappe (1) Schließen gleiche Stromrampen (22) vorgegeben sind. - Steuerung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Steuerungsfunktionen Schaufelklappe (1) öffnen und Schaufelklappe (1) schließen verschiedene Stromrampen (22) vorgegeben sind.
