Claims (14)
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk, welches zumindest einen Teil eines Schuhs umfaßt, enthaltend eine Oberschicht (1), ein Futter (2) mit einer wasserundurchlässigen, aber wasserdampfdurchlässigen Funktionsschicht, eine Brandsohle (3) und eine Laufsohle, wobei das die Funktionsschicht enthaltenden Futter (2) einen unteren Endbereich aufweist, welcher nach innen umgeschlagen und parallel zur Laufsohle angeordnet ist, wobei der umgeschlagene Endbereich mit der Brandsohle (3) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegt und einen inneren Rand aufweist, die Außenkante der Brandsohle (3) zumindest in etwa parallel zu dem inneren Rand des umgeschlagenen Endbereichs verläuft, die Brandsohle mit dem umgeschlagenen Endbereich verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufsohle flächig zumindest mit dem umgeschlagenen Endbereich der Funktionsschicht des Futters (2) verklebt ist, daß das untere Ende der Oberschicht (1) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Laufsohle angeordnet ist und zumindest im Gelenkbereich mit einer parallel zur Laufsohle angeordneten Halterung (6, 11/12) verbunden ist und/oder zumindest im Spitzenbereich ein Gitter (8) aus Monofilamenten mit dem unteren Ende der Oberschicht (1) verbunden ist, und daß das Futter (2) innerhalb der Oberschicht (1) lose angeordnet ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brandsohle mit dem umgeschlagenen Endbereich des Futters vernäht (gestrobelt) ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach der Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest im Spitzenbereich ein Gitter (8) aus Monofilamenten mit dem unteren Ende der Oberschicht (1) vernäht ist und somit den Spitzenbereich der Oberschicht (1) in Form hält.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest im Gelenkbereich ein Gitter (6) aus Monofilamenten mit den unteren Enden der Oberschicht (1) verbunden, vorzugsweise vernäht ist und somit die Oberschicht (1) in Form hält.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberschicht (1) im Spitzenbereich nach unten verlängert und nach innen derart umgeschlagen ist, daß der umgeschlagene Teil (9) der Oberschicht (1) parallel zur Laufsohle angeordnet ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberschicht (1) im Fersenbereich nach unten verlängert und nach innen derart umgeschlagen ist, daß der umgeschlagene Teil (1') der Oberschicht (1) parallel zur Laufsohle angeordnet ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Bereich, in dem die Oberschicht (1) nach innen umgeschlagen ist, die Außenkontur der Brandsohle (13) an der Funktionsschicht (1) anliegt und die Oberschicht (1) mit der Funktionsschicht (2) um die Außenkontur der Brandsohle (13) geschlagen ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 1, oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Endbereich der Oberschicht (1) zu einem Bund (12) geformt ist, indem der untere Endbereich umgeschlagen und mit der Oberschicht verbunden wird, daß in dem Bund (12) eine Kordel (11) eingelegt ist, über welche das untere Ende der Oberschicht (1) gehalten wird.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bund (12) im Spitzenbereich des Schuhs angeordnet ist und bis etwa zum Gelenkbereich des Schuhs reicht, und daß die aus dem Bund (12) im Gelenkbereich austretenden Enden der Kordel (11) nach innen und parallel zu Laufsohle angeordnet und miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kordel (11) ein Monofilament ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufsohle mit der Funktionsschicht über einen wasserdichten Kleber verklebt ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Futter (2) ein Laminat ist, bei welchem mit der Funktionsschicht eine Futterschicht verbunden ist.
- Wasserdichter Schuh nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Futterschicht abgewandte Seite der Funktionsschicht mit einer textilen Verstärkungsschicht verbunden ist, und die Verklebung der Laufsohle mit dem Endbereich der Funktionsschicht derart erfolgt ist, daß die textile Verstärkungsschicht vollständig in der für die Verklebung erforderliche Klebeschicht eingebettet ist.
- Wasserdichtes Schuhwerk nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die textile Verstärkungsschicht aus Monofilamenten besteht.
