- Figur 1
- in perspektivischer Darstellung eine Abschirmeinheit mit einem noch nicht eingesetzten Masse-Federkontakt sowie eine Federleiste,

Es ist elektrisch günstiger, wenn an der Abschirmeinheit 3, wie in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellt, mindestens ein zweiter einpreßbarer Masseanschluß 13 ausgebildet ist. In vieler Hinsicht als optimal hat sich die in Figur 1 und 2 dargestellte Konfiguration herausgestellt, bei der die Brücke 6 an dem dem messerleistenseitigen Ende der Abschirmeinheit 3 gegenüberliegenden Ende angeordnet ist und bei der die Einpreßanschlüsse der jeweiligen Signalkontaktspalte sich spaltenartig zwischen dem hinter diesen Einpreßanschlüssen liegenden ersten Masseanschluß 7 und dem vor diesen Einpreßanschlüssen liegenden weiteren Masseanschlüssen 13 erstrecken. Dies geht genauer aus den in den Figuren 3 und 4 gezeigten Konfigurationen der Anschlußbohrungen auf der Leiterplatte hervor. Die Anschlüsse sind insgesamt so verlegt bzw. ausgeformt, daß eine optimale Führung des Rückflußstromes möglich ist. Um die Entflechtung bezüglich der Leiterbahnen auf bzw. durch die Leiterplatte hindurch nicht zu erschweren, ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Anschlußbohrungen für die Masseanschlüsse am vorderen Rand der Baugruppe und/oder hinter den Signalanschlußreihen 15 wie dargestellt in einer Linie 14 liegen. Angedeutet in den Figuren 3 und 4 ist auch die Lage jeweils einer Abschirmeinheit 3. In Figur 4 ist eine alternative Kontaktierung dargestellt, bei der Druckkontakte, mit einer großen plastischen Verformbarkeit und einer ausreichend großen elastischen Rückkstellwirkung, zwischen den Signalanschlußreihen 15 liegen.
Claims (10)
- Leiterplatten-Verbinderelementa) mit einer Vielzahl von gitterförmig in Spalten und Reihen in einer Federleiste (1) aus Isolierstoff angeordneten Signalkontakten (2),b) und mit einer Abschirmeinheit (3), die ein erstes und zweites Masseplättchen (4, 5) enthält, die leitend sind, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten mindestens eines der Signalkontakte (2) angeordnet sind und die über eine Brücke (6) leitend miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Abschirmeinheit (3) einen von ihr abstehenden ersten Masseanschluß (7) aufweist, der mit einer Leiterplatte leitend verbindbar ist, wobeic) die Masseplättchen (4, 5) sich jeweils über alle dazwischenliegenden Signalkontakte (2) einer Spalte erstrecken,d) und nur für jede zweite Signalkontaktspalte eine Abschirmeinheit (3) vorgesehen ist,
- Verbinderelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federkontakt (8) von gegenüberliegend an den messerleistenseitigen Enden der Masseplättchen (4, 5) jeweils ausgebildeten Schneidklemmkontakten (9, 10) gehalten ist. - Verbinderelement nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Federkontakt (8) mit seitlichen, in Längsrichtung der Federleiste (1) liegenden Schultern (11) ausgebildet ist, die durch die Schneidklemmkontakte (9, 10) gehalten sind. - Verbinderelement nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am messerleistenseitigen Ende eines Kontaktschenkels des Federkontakts (8) eine breite, in Längsrichtung der Federleiste (8) liegende Fahne (12) ausgebildet ist, die an den Seiten jeweils durch einen Schneidklemmkontakt (9, 10) gehalten ist. - Verbinderelement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mittlere Signalkontakt (2) der jeweiligen Spalte durch den Federkontakt (8) und durch den Masseanschluß (7) ersetzt ist. - Verbinderelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Abschirmeinheit (3) mindestens ein zweiter, einpreßbarer Masseanschluß (13) ausgebildet ist. - Verbinderelement nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücke (6) an dem dem messerleistenseitigen Ende der Abschirmeinheit (3) gegenüberliegenden Ende angeordnet ist und daß Einpreßanschlüsse der jeweiligen Signalkontaktspalte sich spaltenartig zwischen dem hinter diesen Einpreßanschlüssen liegenden ersten Masseanschluß (7) und den vor diesen Einpreßanschlüssen liegenden weiteren Massenanschlüssen (13) erstrecken. - Kombination eines Verbinderelementes nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit einer Leiterplatte, wobei sich die Einpreßanschlüsse und die einpreßbaren Masseanschlüsse (7, 13) in die Leiterplatte erstrecken.
- Kombination nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußbohrungen (14) für die Masseanschlüsse (7, 13) auf der Leiterplatte jeweils in einer Reihe vor und hinter den Anschlußbohrungen (15) für die Einpreßanschlüsse der signalkontakte (2) liegen. - Anordnung, bestehend aus einem Verbinderelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, oder einer Kombination nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, und aus einer damit durch Stecken verbindbaren Kombination einer Messerleiste mit einer weiteren Leiterplatte.
