Claims (19)
- Wartungsgerät zur Druckluftaufbereitung, mit einem in den Verlauf einer Fluidleitungsanordnung (1) einschaltbaren Grundkörper (2) und einer über eine Bajonettverbindungseinrichtung (12) an dem Grundkörper (2) lösbar festlegbaren Aufnahmeschale (4), wobei an der Aufnahmeschale (4) erste Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) vorgesehen sind, die durch relativ zum Grundkörper (2) erfolgendes Verdrehen zwischen einer das Ansetzen und Abnehmen der Aufnahmeschale (4) entlang einer Montageachse (23) ermöglichenden Lösestellung und einer die Aufnahmeschale (4) am Grundkörper (2) fixierenden Verriegelungsstellung bewegbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeschale (4) an einem unverdrehbar an dem Grundkörper (2) ansetzbaren Haltekörper (34) gehaltert ist, wobei die ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) relativ zu dem Haltekörper (34) verdrehbar sind und wobei an dem Haltekörper (34) eine zum Erzeugen der Drehbewegung der ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) dienende, manuell betätigbare Drehantriebseinrichtung (33) angeordnet ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehantriebseinrichtung (33) über eine relativ zum Haltekörper (34) bewegbare Antriebsverzahnung (53) verfügt, die mit einer der Aufnahmeschale (4) zugeordneten Abtriebsverzahnung (58) in Eingriff steht, so daß bei Betätigung der Drehantriebseinrichtung (33) über die aneinander ablaufenden Verzahnungen (53, 58) die Drehbewegung der ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) hervorgerufen wird.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsverzahnung (53) eine bogenförmige Erstreckung aufweist und bei Betätigung der Drehantriebseinrichtung (33) um eine Drehachse (55) verlagert wird.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (55) der Antriebsverzahnung (53) durch das Krümmungszentrum ihres bogenförmigen Verlaufes verläuft.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehachse (55) der Antriebsverzahnung (53) parallel zu der Montageachse (23) verläuft.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehantriebseinrichtung (33) einen mit der Antriebsverzahnung (53) in Verbindung stehenden, insbesondere verschwenkbaren Betätigungshebel (57) aufweist.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Betätigungshebel (57) eine an dem Haltekörper (34) angeordnete Sicherungseinrichtung (65) zur lösbaren Sicherung der Grundstellung des Betätigungshebels (57) zugeordnet ist, wobei die ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) in der Grundstellung des Betätigungshebels (57) ihre Verriegelungsstellung einnehmen.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungseinrichtung (65) über einen an dem Haltekörper (34) bewegbar gelagerten Sicherungsriegel (66) verfügt, der zweckmäßigerweise federbelastet in eine mit dem in Grundstellung befindlichem Betätigungshebel (57) zusammenarbeitende Sicherungsstellung vorgespannt ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (57) in seiner die Verriegelungsstellung der ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) hervorrufenden Grundstellung zumindest teilweise versenkt in einer Oberflächenvertiefung (62) des Haltekörpers (34) aufgenommen ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtriebsverzahnung (58) einen sich in Umfangsrichtung bezüglich der Montageachse (23) erstreckenden bogenförmigen Verlauf besitzt.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Abtriebsverzahnung (58) im Bereich des insbesondere zylindrisch ausgebildeten Außenumfanges der Aufnahmeschale (4) befindet.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) fester Bestandteil der Aufnahmeschale (4) sind, wobei die Drehbewegung der ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) durch eine von der Drehantriebseinrichtung (33) verursachte Drehbewegung der Aufnahmeschale (4) hervorgerufen wird.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 12 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abtriebsverzahnung (58) ein fester und insbesondere integraler Bestandteil der Aufnahmeschale (4) ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeschale (4) an dem Haltekörper (35) um ihre Längsachse (14) verdrehbar und gleichzeitig axial unverschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekörper (34) über einen ringförmigen, die Aufnahmeschale umschließenden Halteabschnitt (42) verfügt, wobei der Innenumfang des Halteabschnittes (42) im wesentlichen entsprechend dem zylindrischen Außenumfang der Aufnahmeschale (4) konturiert ist und zusätzlich über längs verlaufende Montagenuten (47) verfügt, die beim Einschieben der Aufnahmeschale (4) in den Halteabschnitt (42) den Durchtritt der nach außen ragenden ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) ermöglichen.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Halteabschnitt (42) eine den Einschubweg der Aufnahmeschale (4) begrenzende, mit einer an der Aufnahmeschale (4) vorgesehenen Anschlageinrichtung (38) zusammenwirkende Gegenanschlageinrichtung (39) vorgesehen ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeschale (4) mit ihrem die ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) aufweisenden Befestigungsende (8) an der Oberseite des Halteabschnittes (42) herausragt, wobei an der entgegengesetzten Unterseite des Halteabschnittes (42) ein lösbar mit diesem verbundener, den Bodenabschnitt (7) der Aufnahmeschale (4) untergreifender Befestigungsabschnitt (46) des Haltekörpers (34) vorgesehen ist.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Haltekörper (34) von einem Außengehäuse (37) gebildet ist, das die Aufnahmeschale (4) mit Ausnahme ihres die ersten Bajonettverbindungsmittel (13) aufweisenden Befestigungsendes (8) vollständig umschließt.
- Wartungsgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Haltekörper (34) und an dem Grundkörper (2) zueinander komplementäre Verdrehsicherungsmittel (35, 36) vorgesehen sind, die beim in Richtung der Montageachse (23) erfolgenden Ansetzen der Aufnahmeschale (4) an den Grundkörper (2) miteinander in Eingriff gelangen und die zweckmäßigerweise als lösbar ineinander einsteckbare Vorsprünge (48) und Vertiefungen (52) ausgebildet sind.
