Claims (16)
- Bac réalisé à partir d'une ébauche plate (1) découpée et pliée de façon à former un corps de bac polygonal avec un fond (3) et des côtés (4, 5), surmonté d'un cadre (2), constitué de pièces d'angle (9) possédant deux branches (10) et de tronçons rectilignes (11, 12) de profilé assemblés aux branches (10) desdites pièces d'angle, lesdites branches et tronçons chevauchant les bords supérieurs desdits côtés (4,5) en les recevant dans un espace interne à la pièce ou au profilé, ledit cadre autorisant le gerbage et étant fixé audit corps de bac (1) par des moyens de fixation (8, 25), caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'angle (9) coopèrent, au niveau de leurs branches (10) avec les extrémités adjacentes desdits profilés (11, 12) par des moyens d'assemblage rapide (18, 28) par friction et/ou blocage de forme.
- Bac selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage (18, 28) utilisent un emboítement avec friction, d'une partie de profilé (11, 12) ou de pièce d'angle dans, ou sur une partie de la pièce correspondante adjacente.
- Bac selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'emboítement s'effectue par pénétration, dans le tronçon de profilé (11, 12), d'un prolongement (28) de section convenable présenté par la branche correspondante (10) de la pièce d'angle (9).
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la branche (10) de la pièce d'angle possède une section analogue à celle du profilé (11, 12) de sorte que notamment leurs faces supérieures (15, 23), sont dans l'affleurement l'une de l'autre.
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (28) présenté par la pièce d'angle (9) vient de moulage avec la pièce (9) elle-même.
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement d'assemblage présente une simple section rectangulaire pénétrant dans un canal (18) de section correspondante présent dans le profilé (11, 12).
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit prolongement (28) présente un aspect de surface tendant à augmenter l'effet de friction, notamment un crantage (29).
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte dans la pièce d'angle (9), au moins un ergot de verrouillage (25) faisant saillie dans l'espace interne inférieur (22) de la pièce d'angle (9) destiné à recevoir la portion de bord supérieur de côté avec, éventuellement un volet ou rabat correspondant, ledit ergot de verrouillage (25) pouvant pénétrer, lorsque le cadre est fixé sur le corps de bac, dans un trou (8) pratiqué préalablement dans la paroi de ladite portion de côté et/ou de volet ou de rabat.
- Bac selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les ergots de verrouillage (25) présentent une surface inclinée (26), faisant office de chanfrein, pour faciliter l'emboítement de la pièce d'angle sur le bord, au niveau de l'angle, du corps de bac (1), cette surface inclinée (26) se terminant par un rebord (27) perpendiculaire à la paroi de bac, munie du trou préfabriqué (8), reçue dans la pièce d'angle.
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 8 à 9, caractérisé en ce que chacune des branches (10) d'une pièce d'angle présente au moins un ergot de verrouillage (25), et de préférence deux ergots de verrouillage situés à faible distance l'un de l'autre.
- Bac selon l'une des revendications I à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'espace (22) de la pièce d'angle (9) recevant le bord supérieur du corps de bac présente la même largeur pour chacune des branches (10) de la pièce d'angle, cette largeur étant déterminée pour recevoir l'épaisseur double de paroi.
- Bac selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le bord du côté (4) qui n'est pas recouvert par un volet, possède une hauteur supérieure à la hauteur du bac, pour former un rabat (7) susceptible d'être rabattu le long d'une ligne de pliage et former ainsi une double épaisseur.
- Bac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les profilés (10, 11) et/ou les pièces d'angle (9) présentent, du côté externe par rapport au bac, un prolongement s'étendant vers le haut, perpendiculairement à leur face supérieure (15, 23), et sur l'un des côtés de cette face de façon à permettre un emboítement d'un bac sur l'autre lors du gerbage.
- Pièce d'angle pour bac telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
- Pièce d'angle selon la revendication 14, obtenue par moulage injection d'un seul tenant.
- Profilé pour bac tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
