Claims (10)

  1. Haarklammer mit:
    einem ersten Bügel (1), der eine erste Reihe gekrümmter, im wesentlichen paralleler Zähne (21-23) aufweist,
    einem zweiten Bügel (3), der eine zweite Reihe gekrümmter, im wesentlichen paralleler Zähne (41-43) aufweist,
    Gelenkmitteln (5), die den ersten Bügel (1) und den zweiten Bügel (3) verbinden, wobei ihnen jeweils ein Schwenken gegeneinander um eine Gelenkachse (6) ermöglicht wird, zwischen einer Öffnungsstellung, in der die erste Reihe von Zähnen (21-23) und die zweite Reihe von Zähnen (41-43) voneinander beabstandet sind, und einer Schließstellung, in der die Zähne der ersten Reihe von Zähnen (21-23) zwischen die zweite Reihe von Zähnen (41-43) eingreifen,
    wengistens bestimmte Zähne der ersten Reihe von Zähnen (21-23) oder der zweiten Reihe von Zähnen (41-43) eine verringerte Breite (L2) in der Nähe ihrer Basis aufweisen, wobei der Durchgang zwischen den benachbarten Zähnen bis zu dieser Basis frei ist.
  2. Haarklammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens bestimmte Zähne (21) eine maximale Breite (Ll) im Mittelbereich des Zahnes (21) aufweisen, wobei die Breite in Richtung zur Basis des Zahnes und in Richtung des freien Endes (19) des Zahnes abnimmt.
  3. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens bestimmte Zähne (21) an ihrer Basis und in der Nähe ihres freien Endes eine Breite (L2, L3) haben, die mindestens gleich ihrer dreifachen Dicke (E) ist, und im Mittelbereich eine Breite (L1) haben, die mindestens gleich dem vierfachen ihrer Dicke (E) ist.
  4. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne ein gekrümmtes Längsprofil haben mit, in der geschlossenen Stellung der Haarklammer, einem Basisbereich, der sich zu einem Abstand vom zweiten Bügel hin erstreckt, und mit einem Endbereich, der sich in Richtung des anderen Bügels erstreckt.
  5. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne (21) mit veränderlicher Breite eine mittlere längliche Öffnung (20) haben.
  6. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der geschlossenen Stellung der Haarklammer die Zähne mit veränderlicher Breite (21) der ersten Reihe von Zähnen (21-23) neben den Zähnen mit veränderlicher Breite der zweiten Reihe von Zähnen (41-43) mit ihren Mittelbereichen sind.
  7. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß:
    die Gelenkmittel (5) den ersten Bügel (1) und den zweiten Bügel (3) mit ihren jeweiligen Mittelbereichen (7, 8) zwischen zwei Greifarmen (9, 10) verbinden und die Klemmbereiche (11, 12), die die erste Reihe von Zähnen (21-23) und die zweite Reihe von Zähnen (41-43) aufweisen, eine Haarklammer mit profilierten Zähnen bilden,
    elastische Mittel (17) die Bügel (1, 3) gegeneinander in ihre Schließstellung schwenkend beaufschlagen.
  8. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkmittel (5) den ersten und zweiten Bügel (1, 3) entlang ihres Längsendbereiches (18) verbinden, wodurch eine Haarspange mit profilierten Zähnen gebildet ist.
  9. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Bügel (1, 3) drei Zähne (21-23; 41-43) aufweist.
  10. Haarklammer nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bügel (1, 3) eine Länge (L) haben, die ca. zwischen 9 und 10 cm beträgt, die Zähne (21-23; 41-43) eine maximale Breite (L1) haben, die ca. gleich 12 mm ist, und eine minimale Breite an der Basis (L2), die ca. gleich 10 mm ist, wobei ihre Dicke (E) ca. 3 mm ist.
