Claims (5)

  1. Wärmetauscher mit dichter Wirbelschicht, der ein Gehäuse (1) aufweist, dessen senkrechte Längswände (1A, 1B) aus ein Wärmeträgerfluid transportierenden Rohren bestehen, und der in Richtung seiner Länge in Kammern aufgeteilt ist, die voneinander durch eine halbhohe Überlauf-Trennwand (10) getrennt werden, die aus einer Wand besteht, die aus ein Wärmeträgerfluid transportierenden Rohren besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die senkrechten Längswände (1A, 1B) aus waagrechten Rohren (11A, 11B, 12A, 12B) bestehen, und die halbhohe Trennwand sich ausgehend von der unteren Wand des Gehäuses (1) über eine Höhe erstreckt, die geringer ist als seine Höhe, und aus quer verlaufenden und übereinanderliegenden Verlängerungen von Rohren (11A, 11B) jeder der senkrechten Längsseiten (1A, 1B) in Form von Haarnadeln besteht, die zu den Rohren lotrecht sind und sich bis zur gegenüberliegenden senkrechten Längsseite (1B, 1A) erstrecken.
  2. Wärmetauscher mit dichter Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Verlängerungen sich senkrecht von einer Seite zur anderen abwechseln.
  3. Wärmetauscher mit dichter Wirbelschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aus einer doppelten Rohrwand bestehende halbhohe Trennwand innen von Abstandshaltern (14, 19) verstärkt wird.
  4. Wärmetauscher mit dichter Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes zweite Rohr (11A, 11B) jeder senkrechten Wand (1A, 1B) eine solche zur anderen Wand (1B, 1A) gerichtete Verlängerung aufweist, und dass sich zwischen zwei solche Verlängerungen eine Verlängerung der anderen Wand (1B, 1A) einfügt, die sich auf der gleichen waagrechten Ebene befindet wie das Rohr (12A, 12B) der anderen Wand (1A, 1B), das keine Verlängerung aufweist.
  5. Wärmetauscher nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil der Trennwand abgeschrägt mit abnehmenden Querschnitt gestaltet ist.
