Abstract

A la figure 1 on a représenté une échelle 1 comportant une installation fixe de sécurité 2 qui peut être un rail ou un câble disposé au milieu des barreaux de l'échelle ou le long de l'un de ses montants. Un panneau 3 formant un obstacle au libre accès à l'échelle 1, est articulé par l'un de ses côtés autour de charnières 4 portées par une structure fixe, par exemple solidaire de l'échelle et comporte des moyens de verrouillage 5 coopérant avec des organes correspondants 6 eux-mêmes fixes par rapport à l'échelle. Ce rail peut accueillir de préférence par le bas un chariot 13 appartenant à l'organe portatif du dispositif anti-chute. A cette figure, le panneau 3 est représenté verrouillé et l'usager qui veut accéder à l'échelle 2 commence par actionner la serrure 7 pour déplacer vers la gauche la targette 12. Il introduit ensuite le chariot 13 dans le rail 8 et le fait coulisser à l'intérieur de ce rail. Au passage au droit du pêne 11, ce coulissement tend à repousser le pêne à l'extérieur de sa gâche à l'encontre de l'effet d'un ressort de rappel 14 du pêne en position sortie. Pour que l'effacement du pêne au passage du chariot 13 soit possible, le rail comporte une lame élastique 15 qui forme poussoir au droit du pêne 11, cette lame élastique s'écrasant au passage du chariot 13 pour repousser le pêne 11. Au droit du pêne 11 d'ailleurs cette lame élastique comporte un bossage 16 qui, au passage du chariot 13, pénètre à l'intérieur de l'ouverture 9 afin d'assurer l'extraction complète du pêne 11 hors de sa gâche à l'encontre de l'effet du ressort 14. La coopération entre chariot et poussoir est ici réalisée par glissement, la discrimination du chariot s'effectuant par le profil du rail lui-même. L'exemple de réalisation représenté à la figure 3 est une variante du précédent dans lequel les moyens 6 sont formés par un boítier 17 pourvu en regard du pêne 11 et de la targette 12 des ouvertures 9 et 10, ce boítier comprenant une pièce intermédiaire 18 en forme de poussoir mobile en regard des pêne 11 et targette 12 à l'encontre de ressorts 19 qui tendent à l'écarter de ces pièces. Des cliquets basculants 20 interdisent le mouvement du poussoir 18 en direction des éléments 11 et 12. Une ouverture d'entrée 21 du boítier 17 est adaptée à la forme extérieure du chariot 13 considéré, de sorte que lorsque l'on introduit le chariot 13 dans cette entrée 21, on actionne les cliquets 20 qui libèrent le poussoir 18 et la poursuite de l'introduction de ce chariot à l'intérieur du boítier 17 permet l'actionnement du poussoir 18 en direction du pêne 11 et de la targette 12. Si la targette 12 est escamotée par action sur la serrure 7, cette poussée permet d'escamoter le pêne 11 et donc de libérer le panneau 3. Si en revanche la targette 12 n'est pas escamotée, le poussoir 18 est arrêté dans sa course et aucun déverrouillage n'est possible. Lorsqu'on retire le chariot, le poussoir 18 est écarté du pêne 11 par les ressorts 19 et vient se replacer dans une position où il peut être encliqueté par les cliquets 20 lorsque le chariot est complètement extrait du boítier 17. La forme de l'ouverture 21 de ce boítier associée à la disposition des cliquets à levier 20 permet de dédier le boítier 17 à chacun des chariots qui sont disponibles sur le marché. Ce chariot 22 connu en lui-même possède une sorte d'anneau 23 qui peut coulisser sur le câble de sécurité d'une installation anti-chute et un levier 24 attaché au harnais de l'usager forme un frein qui vient serrer le câble à l'intérieur de l'anneau 23 lorsque l'usager choit. Les éléments 6 de verrouillage du panneau d'interdiction d'accès d'une échelle sont ici formés par un boítier 25 possédant les ouvertures 9 et 10 et une fente d'accès 26 pour le chariot 22. A l'intérieur de ce boítier une tige 27 est montée à coulissement vers le bas tandis qu'elle est rappelée vers le haut par un ressort 28. A son extrémité supérieure cette tige possède un poussoir 29 comportant une surface de came 30 susceptible d'être déplacée devant l'ouverture 9. Les moyens de verrouillage 6 de l'invention sont alors ici constitués comme ceux décrits en regard de la figure 4 si ce n'est que la partie inférieure 34 du poussoir mobile est pourvue d'un épaulement 35 et que le boítier 25 est pourvu d'une fente d'accès du chariot 36 le long de laquelle il peut coulisser. Les moyens de commande du déverrouillage de la porte sont ici contenus dans un boítier 70 solidaire d'une partie fixe voisine de la porte et qui comporte des gâches 71 et 72 pour accueillir le pêne 11 et la targette 12. En regard de cette targette 12, le boítier 70 contient une barrette 73 sollicitée en permanence par un ressort 74 en direction de la gâche 72. Elle prend ainsi appui par l'une de ses extrémités sur la targette 12 tandis que son autre extrémité est susceptible de pénétrer dans une encoche 75 ménagée dans une tringlerie 76 coulissante dans le boítier perpendiculairement à la barrette 73. Cette tringlerie 76 possède une portion en forme de crémaillère qui coopère avec une roue dentée 77 montée tournante autour d'un axe fixe du boítier 70.
