Claims (11)

  1. Locking device (16) for a door (10) that is to be mounted on a frame (12), said door (10) having an inside face (10B) and an outside face (10A) and said frame (12) having an inside face (12B) and an outside face (12A), the locking device (16) comprising:
    - an outside door handle (18) which is to be arranged on the outside face (10A) of the door (10), and an inside door handle (20) which is to be arranged on the inside face (10B) of the door (10), and
    - a first bolt (22) which is to be carried by the door (10) and is movable between a protruding position and a retracted position,
    - a first removable strike box (24) which is to be carried by the frame (12) opposite the first bolt (22) and comprises a movable part (26) which is capable of tilting about a tilting axis, independently of the position of the first bolt (22),
    - a latch (28) which is to be carried by the frame (12) and is movable between a first position (28A), in which the latch (28) cooperates with the movable part (26) in order to keep it immobilised so that it forms a stop for the first bolt (22) in the protruding position, and a second position (28B), in which the latch (28) is held away from the movable part (26) in order to allow it to tilt freely about the tilting axis,
    - mechanical means (30) for actuating the latch (28), which means are to be accessible from the outside face (12B) of the frame (12) and are capable of displacing the latch (28) between its first position (28A) and its second position (28B), and
    first displacement means for displacing the first bolt (22) between its protruding position and its retracted position,
    characterised in that:
    - the first displacement means for displacing the first bolt (22) are activatable only by the inside door handle (20) from among the inside door handle (20) and the outside door handle (18),
    and in that the locking device comprises:
    - a second bolt (37) which is to be carried by the door (10) and is movable between a protruding position and a retracted position,
    - second displacement means for displacing the second bolt (37) between its protruding position and its retracted position, the second displacement means being activatable by each door handle from among the inside door handle (20) and the outside door handle (18).
  2. Locking device (16) according to claim 1, comprising electronic means for controlling the first removable strike box (24) which are switchable between an out of service configuration, in which said movable part (26) is immobilised, forming a stop for the first bolt (22) in the protruding position, and a release configuration, in which said movable part (26) is free to tilt about its tilting axis.
  3. Locking device (16) according to claim 1 or 2, comprising:
    - first detection means (32) for detecting the position of the latch (28), and
    - first transmission means for transmitting a signal to a control unit (36), which means are capable of transmitting a signal according to which the door is out of service when the first detection means (32) detect the latch (28) in its first position (28A).
  4. Locking device (16) according to claim 3, wherein the first detection means (32) comprise a button (34) which is movable between a top position and a bottom position, said button (34) being arranged close to the latch (28) so that the latch (28) in its first position (28A) cooperates with the button (34) by moving it into its bottom position.
  5. Locking device (16) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the means (30) for actuating the latch comprise a form of engagement which is to be accessible from the outside face of the door and is to cooperate with a complementary actuating element, especially a key.
  6. Locking device (16) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising:
    - second detection means (40) for detecting the position of the second bolt (37),
    - second transmission means for transmitting a signal to a control unit when the second detection means (40) detect the second bolt (37) in its retracted position.
  7. Locking device (16) according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising:
    - a third bolt (42) which is to be carried by the door (10) and is movable between a protruding position and a retracted position,
    - an actuating element (44), especially a door knob, which is to be carried by the door (10) on its inside face (10B),
    - third displacement means for displacing the third bolt (42) between its protruding position and its retracted position, these third displacement means being activatable by the actuating element (44).
  8. Locking device (16) according to claim 7, wherein the third displacement means for displacing the third bolt are activatable by the inside door handle (20) in order to move the third bolt (42) from its protruding position to its retracted position.
  9. Locking device (16) according to claim 7 or 8, comprising:
    - third detection means (48) for detecting the position of the third bolt (42),
    - third transmission means for transmitting a signal to a control unit when the third detection means (48) detect the third bolt (42) in its protruding position.
  10. Locking device (10) according to claim 3 or 4, taken in combination with claim 9, comprising a control unit (36) and comprising visual display means (50), such that:
    - when the control unit (36) receives a signal according to which the latch (28) is in its first position (28A), then the display means (50) indicate that the door (10) is out of service,
    - when the control unit (36) receives a signal according to which the third bolt (42) is in its protruding position but it does not receive a signal according to which the latch (28) is in its first position (28A), then the display means indicate that the door (10) is locked by a user.
  11. Locking device according to claim 10, taken in combination with claim 6, comprising audio indication means (52), such that:
    - when the control unit (36) receives a signal according to which the second bolt (37) is in its retracted position and the control unit (36) receives a signal according to which the latch (28) is in its first position (28A), then the audio indication means (52) transmit an audio message according to which the door is out of service, and
    - when the control unit (36) receives a signal according to which the second bolt (37) is in its retracted position and the control unit (36) receives a signal according to which the third bolt (42) is in its protruding position but it does not receive a signal according to which the latch (28) is in its first position (28A), then the audio indication means (52) transmit an audio message according to which the door is locked by a user.
